It's a nice store in the popular Vegas mall, so I was a bit surprised when the sales lady notified me they don't carry a size 14 in much of anything. Is there no profit in accommodating a big foot? I gave the store 4 stars anyways for the resourcefulness and honesty of the sales woman. I appreciate the staff's helpfulness in assisting me in what appears my personal problem.

I went into the store after seeing a pair of shoes online. Tried on said shoes but did not love them. Purchased two pairs of Gianni Bini platforms. Thank you to Patty who helped me. She was amazing!! Can't wait to wear my shoes!

Bought a dress there for a wedding. Bought a beautiful 3 piece petite pantsuit from them online for another wedding but the pants legs were too long. Their alterations department was wonderful! Many thanks, Vicki!

Great sales on the men's clearance racks. Sales ladies on the men's floor, not so great. The lady at the Alien counter was very nice.

First time Dillard's customer and I enjoyed the experience. I stopped in to see what they had for Men's cologne and was impressed with the selection they have. The gentleman that assisted me had great customer service and was very helpful with helping me find something new. The gentleman suggested Eternity Summer and after smelling several others that's the one I ended up purchasing. My wife was with me and we walked the store to check it out. We both really liked it and will definitely come back to shop again.

They had rest show selection, I was very pleased, however there were at least 5 sales associates and only one greeted me, and no one asked me if I need help or a size and I could tell two specifically just overlooked me. I stayed there a good bit of time, before taking my business elsewhere. I tend not to sho where I'm not acknowledged or appreciated, no thank you, I'll shop with the competitors or find an alternative.

Went in to get some perfume for the wife’s birthday. Okay news up buying a few other things. The people there are awesome and willing to help. We even got a few samples of other scents for men and women amazing service. My new go to from now on.
