    Just went here to deposit some money into my account for my rent on the 1st. There was only one person ahead of me in line so I didn't have to wait in line for too long. Maybe around five minutes if that. Which is good because sometimes you can wait a long time in line. I've gone to this Branch a couple times and I've never had a problem. If I'm ever on that side of town and need to stop by the bank I would definitely stop there again.

    It should not take 20 minutes to have a document faxed that should be allowed to be emailed to begin with. Whatever has changed, management, pandemic, whatever it needs another change. Waited 20 minutes for the girl to clear her drawer, pick up her purse, and get her belongings together to go home, then for her to come out and say "Sorry but for some reason the fax is not going through" Its being faxed to their own company but they can't manage to send it?? Sound incompetent? Get your customer service together Chase staff.

    I don't leave many 1 star reviews, but they've earned it. Awful hours, usually a 10-15 min wait, and 2 of last 5 times I've gone for change (bills not coin) they haven't had what I needed. Oh and one time I was frustrated with the wait time so I took a picture of the line and a security guard rushed over to tell me "no cameras" which was a total lie, not posted anywhere. Skip this branch. Drive the extra 2 miles to rampart/lake Mead

    Everyone at the different locations of Chase that I have worked with has been very helpful. Broad statement, but true. I have had nothing but good experiences from the half dozen branches I have been dealing with. This branch in particular with the help of a guy named Alex. Very helpful and efficient. I've had more banking to do in the last few months, and thanks again to Chase for making it a little easier at the branch level.

    That 1 star is for convenience but that god awful location/parking lot...ugh. So glad I don't have an account with this bank anymore. 9 out of 10 times anyone I come in to contact with here either won't know what they are talking about, aren't listening, or are too coked up to focus. I hate that they can't get anything right! Closed my account almost a month ago and they are still messing up. You guys make BofA look spectacular!

    I had an issue with a client that sent me a fraudulent check and my account was blocked, Jeanette Ellis was very nice with me and helped me get my account back, she was extremely friendly and helpful, and that’s something rare to find. I’m just making the review because again she was extremely nice and I think that good people deserve to be recognized by their excellent job. Thanks Jeanette 🙌🏻

    I have never been to a worse bank in my life. Nobody would answer the phone over the course of an hour so I had to call their 800 line who took forever to get through to. The 800 line answered my question just to get to the bank to find out the 800 person gave me the wrong information so employees are not trained thoroughly. They let people cut to the front of the line before people who been waiting 30 minutes then charged $10 to cash a $50 check from THEIR bank. Stay away from chase. So glad I left them for wells fargo.

    Location is right next to my house super convenient when I need to make a deposit but everytime I try. both atms are down or there not accepting deposits due to a issue with the unit or units .after hours is the initial time I can get to make a deposit please fix or replace the atms if it happened once or twice I get it but everytime there's always something down or something wrong please fix

    My daughter and her family lives literally across the street from this particular bank she goes there every month to get a cashier's check for her rent the past 6-7 years so today my daughter goes in mind you she is hearing impaired so the teller Andrea Solis starts off irritated her body language is coming off i dont want to help you .. then my daughter tells her why are you being rude n rushing me shiwing her frustration towards my daughter .. her n my daughter r writing so she goes to tell my daughter she needs to say she sorry first .. n my daughter told her im not telling u im sorry my daughter was back and forth 3 times .. andrea solis has poor customer service and i will be calling corporate tomorrow beware her attitude is not good at all negative 0 my daughter shouldn't have to come to this establishment or any other to be treated in such way

    My fiancée and I went to this location because it was closer to our home and we needed to wire money in a short period of time. The wait in line was kinda long but we understood that and Matis helped us out a lot with expediting the process we literally had minutes to get it done. It was completed correctly and done in a timely manner he has great customer skills! Thanks

    2 tellers on a Friday afternoon, and about 15-20 people in line to chash or deposit a check? Wow that is bad service, bad for business. Hope to see a better service next week.

    Good good place, really appreciate the service in here. Not that many people in here, so you can still come in even if it’s Sunday. So I’ll be even more here and it’s super close to my house, so I really appreciate it being simple. Ama about to move in closer and so whatever is best for everyone, I just had to say that this service this Sunday is going to be amazing, so recommend this spot, just like all the other chases. What else do I have to say other than God bLess everyone and God Bless Chase, haha, even though the Lord is the Lord of money, still, gotta have it somewhere and for now it’s here, hehe, amen.     Okay don't anybody judge that's my job just kidding LOL I'm a Wells Fargo customer my landlord is a Chase Bank customer he lives in California so to pay my rent because I don't have a computer at this time set up for direct deposit I need to go to his bank this has been an adventure my first attempt was yesterday at the Boca Park location see my review on that for a good one person however at this location an employee made up for it I was frazzled and over spent in Uber charges trying to find this sparsely located Bank that never seems to have a location that you can see from the street or comprable to where I seem to be going not their fault. It was how difficult the prior location made it seem for me to deposit my rent hence my second visit second location running out of time to frazzled one thing both banks had in common. Little to no customers and I went on a Monday to the first one and was on Friday at the quote primetime at the second one. I guess they're only used to dealing with a few people so they are very slow I was about 12 13 minutes standing behind the same person about to come completely in courts because they were talking about everything from the weather anything but banking laughing laughing all I want to do is give my money and go my Uber was waiting and I knew that it was going to ching ching ching ching. A very nice lady walked over to me ask me what I needed I just said I need to make a deposit she said come with me she opened up a window just for me explained everything to me that the other lady hadn't and actually clarified some truth that the other lady apparently didn't know.... I was relieved I felt wonderful it was a great experience how one person can make such a difference I don't know her name because I was like I said in such a hurry very pretty Latino woman I'm guessing she was one of the managers because of the post she had there long dark hair if she reads this or anyone that works there does they know who she is please please give her a reward or a mention for her excellent customer service. Actually left there thinking not such a bad Bank after all but I wouldn't be Wells Fargo if you paid me sorry guys I love my bank I've been with them since they're on set in Las Vegas wouldn't leave ever.
