Being a Las Vegas resident, we try and avoid the strip as much as possible and do most of our shopping elsewhere. Even though the Fashion Mall is the largest and most pleasant mall in Las Vegas, it's always been our belief that it tends to be, shall we say, slightly overpriced for the sake of tourism. It's also almost always overcrowded and difficult to find convenient parking. Because of the pandemic, we thought, why not do some window shopping here. The first store we entered was Macy's. Having been to the Macy's in Henderson and Summerlin countless times, we weren't expecting much of a difference except for the prices, were we wrong. This store (actually both stores, men's and women's) are much larger than what we're familiar with. As a result, the merchandise is distinctly different and more fashionable than the other local Macy's. We could immediately see the difference in fashion, maybe to attract the tourism trade. Still, the prices and sale items were similar to the other Las Vegas and Henderson locations we shop. Hopefully, this isn't just a result of the pandemic. When we shop at Macy's, it will be these two stores on the strip. RECOMMENDED: Yes SERVICE: Good PRICE: $$$ COVID: Practices pandemic regulations. PARKING: Convenient REASON/INTENT: Shopping

Love this location for shoes, and adult clothing. The clearance rack usually doesn't disappoint especially for the shoes and men's clothing. Stores typically clean. Staff can be thin in terms of getting help but appreciate the self-scanning to check pricing need more as they are to far apart and need higher signage for them.

I was doing a little shopping today and decided to go into Macy's men's shoes! I was greeted by a lady with glasses on. She was very nice and helpful. I had been looking for this boot in my size. I could never find it. But, today she found it in my size and it was on sale! I didn't get her name . I hope someone will know who I am talking. She is a great sale associate! Thank you 😊

My review will cover my experience in the store and also my Online order. Service was good at the shoes department. There was a particular lady offering great customer service. I forgot her name but gave feedback to her manager. I went looking for tennis shoes. I found a pair of nikie interlock 75 but they didn’t have them in 7.5. Next to the shoes racks there is a concesión ??? Called finish line where they sell all the sport shoes. So at this point I don’t understand who was selling the shoes: Macys or finish line? The attendants assisted me opening a Macys American Express card and also placing the order of my nikie shoes available on line in the size 7.5. I paid $80 plus tax. Next day I realized Nordstrom had the same shoes for $64 plus tax. I contacted Macys using online chat to request price match which was denied because I needed to request it the day before when I placed the order online with Macys. With that answered and no much help for me as a customer, I went straight to Nordstrom and I purchased the same shoes with a nice saving of $16. Where is the customer service here making decisions? They assumed the cost of the shipping and the pair of shoes went to their shelf. Conclusion: no sell, extra cost on shipping. Not the service I was looking for. Besides this experience, the store has a nice selection in clothes, shoes, makeup , fragrance, etc.

I spent the better part of 3 hours trying on pants. I may have tried on every pair of pants that a man can have. I have to say I finally found me a pair of pants. The pants fit well and I like em. If you're looking for pants this may be the place to get pants. If you don't need pants they may have something else that fits your fancy.

What a disappointing experience this was today. Barely any staff to help, and if you don’t need help but want to buy, no one around to take your money. I DID manage to buy shoes, but we couldn’t buy makeup and clothing couldn’t be tried on, so I pray it doesn’t need to be returned because I don’t fancy waiting another half hour to be rung up. Stock levels in some departments looked low and I just didn’t get a great vibe from here at all. Such a shame this isn’t the fun, bustling department store it once used to be.

We were prom shopping. A little more help would have been nice, but after 15 dresses (no assistance) we found "the one" we're from out of town and took advantage of shopping a mall with department stores we don't have. Macy's dress selection was very good, neat and clean. However with a 6 item limit and no assistance with finding sizes or items it could have been a more fun experience with some help.

I love shopping at Macy's. I bought a very classy matching traveling bag and purse. Both were on sale and I ❤️ love them both, I was getting plenty of compliments.

Love Macy’s! I had to get a bunny rabbit for Easter, and they have many lovely clothes for children and everyone else!! They are all so helpful & efficient! No waiting! Love it!

It was my first time shopping in this location. A personable lady named Melissa Andrews helped me a lot, in the jewelry department. She was able to guide and help me in my purchase with her knowledge and patience. And I am very happy with my purchase. Such a polite and respectful lady deserves a reward.

I was at Macy's Fashion Show mall Las Vegas on May 8, 2023. I stopped by the Christian Dior counter and I showed to the salesperson name Rhianna the Dior Luminizer powder that I purchased a week ago be was hard. Rhianna gave me a dirty look and she's rude telling me that maybe my brush was dirty and I don't know how to apply it on my face. I told Rhianna that I have different clean brushes for each of my powder and I know how to apply it on my face. I told Rhianna that she should be nice to her customer and not to act rude. I told this incident to the Dior counter manager and she said that she will talk to Rhianna about her being rude. Rhianna stated that because her father was sick that's why she's RUDE. I told the counter manager that I am innocent about the sickness of Rhianna's father for her to act Rude to me. FROM now on, I will just shop at Macy's. Com online and customer service at Macy's online are all courteous.. I reported this incident to the Beauty Manager name Susan as well.

The store looks old and wore down. However, the employees were nice and helpful. Also, the store had good deals all over the store.

Great store. It's worth your time while in Vegas! Unfortunately, due to the crime happening . They can't leave scents out for smelling or trying.

One of my favorite places is Macy's in Fashion Show Mall Las Vegas. The have a extensive selection. One of the things I like is the Men's Store is in a separate location down the hall. Also they have a Finish Line sneaker store in their shoe department which was very convenient for me. This is definitely a vibe.

The biggest Macy's in Las Vegas. This Macy's has a large variety of everything. I'm always impressed when I shop here; This store is organized and clean, including the fitting rooms.

Pleasantly surprised by the big collection of plussize clothing! The store was large and therefore a bit confusing to navigate.The prices were okay too and I picked up a cute sundress on sale.

Honestly I am very surprised with the quality of this store. Since when does a store of such prestige collect completely empty perfume bottles all over the counter in the perfume department…. Since when do the sales agents at this store and specifically in the perfume department look at you with such a bad face when you ask to try a single perfume??? Since when does this department say that the company has not sent any type of mini perfume samples to give to a client who spends more than 200 and $300 on perfumes??? Totally satisfied with all the customer service of this very cheap store today

Great place for homecoming outfits. I'm sure there's an organizational theme, but I couldn't figure it out. Glad I had my friend that shops there frequently along to help navigate.

Meh. Another example of a large retailer trying to squeeze every last nickel of profit out of the employees before it goes bankrupt. At least that’s the impression I got while I was trying to shop there. (Not enough staff on hand to help me to keep the place from looking like a tornado had passed through). I did appreciate the quality of the products to cheese from.

We had an outstanding shopping experience at Macy's, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Frederick Morgan. He went above and beyond to assist us, and his kindness was truly remarkable. Lots of stores to shop including Saks Fifth, Neiman Marcus, Macys, Nordstro1. m and Forever 2There is a food court and restaurants for dining. Plenty of parking.

I visited this Chanel Beauty location twice (during the week, day time) and had the exactly same experience with this employee. - Didn't say anything (she was alone, not talking to any customers/co-workers) when we visited so I had to say hello first. - I was looking at products, she still wouldn't help. - I had a question what the difference between similar products but she didn't give clear answer then went to talk to some co-worker. Never came back. - I felt ignore so I left. I went there with my friend the both times and she felt the same way about how we were treated. She didn't have either attention on us or respect during our visit. I can't believe this happened at CHANEL. Need a better training for service.

The lady that helped me, I cant remember her name unfortunately, was very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. She looked at other locations for suit pieces in my size so I didn't have to drive all over. I had to leave and get my card. Upon returning she greeted me by name and was very quick and helpful to get me rang up and out. She noticed I had my mom with me who's health isn't the best and she can't be up and out for long periods of time.

Men's dress shirts were too expensive at this time than what my husband was looking for.

I went for Stride Rite walking shoes for my 7 month old and sadly they no longer sell them. I wish I would have known before coming. It was hot in there but a great place to ppl watch.

Some of the best brands around. Most of them you can get cheaper buying directly from the brand but it is convenient to have all these nice brands together. From Nike to Tom ford.

Excellent hotel and staff. We stayed in room 832 on the 27th floor. I'm not sure if all room 832 have the same view but I was very impressed. The even numbers face the strip. The view was over the pools. From the 27th you have great views but we're close enough to see the pools and gardens. We had a food and beverage credit but it was only good in the bars. Useless for food. Parking was covered but you cannot bring a trailer. We found a lot over by the Linq to drop ours off.

My son wanted to pick up some new shoes after wearing out his flip flops. You’d think, at the prices Macy’s charges a salesperson would actually be interested in helping. Well, no such luck and when the salesperson checked for sizes and none were in the correct size not even an offer to help. Quite disappointing.

Purchased a pair of walking shoes while there. The staff was accommodating and friendly. There was a woman that was (what I guess) from advertising as she was taking pictures in the shoe department. If you go to Macy’s and see the grouch with a camera in the shoe department run the other way!

Picked up my boots at service pick up and it was easy and simple. Looks like their clothes inventory is picking up...hopeful there will be nice clothes to choose from soon. Really tired of ruffles, prairie style, club look and great-grandma style clothes last year or so. Classics are nice...not everyone is going to the club!

I've been to the Mesquite Texas Macy's...but the Las Vegas Macy's blew our Texas branch out of the water. Three days after Thanksgiving it was spotless. This is after black Friday sales, where in my town in Mesquite it would be filthy and messy any day of the month, but Las Vegas had an excellent selection, and all items were stacked or hung elegantly. I had no trouble finding my sizes, and as a plus woman this is sometimes difficult. Beautiful place!
