Words cannot explain how i feel about the services provided here. I'm greeted with a receptionist that smiles and attentive. The chiropractor here is great. Rich, Mike, Lucas, Allen, Jenny you guys are an awesome team. Donna in billing you are awesome. I recommend this to anyone they always have availability to see me. Kaiser will NEVER compare to your amazing service. Thank you for everything.

I've been to many different PT, chiropractors, and massage therapists and the folks here at NW Medicine and Rehab are top notch! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, positive, and great to be around. The office is clean and parking has never been an issue. I went from quite a bit of pain to a little leftover nagging pain in a short period of time. I'm glad to have found a place I know will help me get better!

I've only had a couple of appointments with Dr. Back but, so far it's been good! The staff are all nice and welcoming and I feel like my range of motion has already improved. Will update again if needed.

Chiropractic services seem to be working on my pain centers. Acupuncture elsewhere was ineffective. The service is great here.

The doctors, physical therapists and staff here are committed to their patients! They listen to your concerns and welcome questions about your treatment plan. Everything was explained in an easy to understand way, and they maintain a very relaxed, friendly and upbeat atmosphere. I started feeling better from my very first appointment. I would (and have!) recommend them to anyone in need of chiropractic and/or physical therapy care. They were so amazing with me that when both my sons needed physical therapy I called them. They were able to get us in quickly and offered the same excellent level of care to them that I had received.

No mask mandates during this pandemic! I was in this office today for my first appointment sitting in the waiting room under 10 minutes, filling out paperwork, while 4 patients had come and gone, none of them wearing masks. I asked the receptionist about their COVID policy/practice, she stated, “ the staff wear masks but the patients are not required to wear masks.” I made the decision to leave and search for a chiropractor’s office that takes this pandemic more seriously.

Very amazing team focused on making you feel better. Quick, simple, friendly, helpful and very talented. They are always upgrading and adding new equipment, services and they all focused on Lifelong learning which they use to offer the best care to everyone they help. I love how simple they have made it because they now offer medical services at the same location now too. They have a great schedule that works well for me. Open early and stay late and even have weekend and evening appointments which makes it easy to get the care I need on days and times that are convenient for me. They offer every service you may want at one location so you can get everything done in one stop. Line up your appointments so that you can get everything done in one stop. I highly recommend NW Medicine & Rehab to everyone!

DR. Back is seriously , by far the the best Chiropractor I have we have ever been to. He is Very personable and pays close attention to my ailments . After a few questions , he Always knows where the underline source of your pain is , and adjusts us accordingly! In my option he is a miracle worker! . I feel relaxed there it so clean and bright . The staff are so friendly and helpful . They treat us like family . I would recommend the physical therapy they offer as well , I have seen it work magic on a couple family members . They were much better off after physical therapy . Experiencing little to no pain. Just wanted to share about this place from my own experience. They truly change lives.

I've been going here for many years (for chiro and massage) and moved away in 2015, but whenever I get to Vancouver, I still stop in for an adjustment when I can because Dr. Rich is the best! The whole staff is friendly and welcoming, there's always such a great vibe when I enter the building. I've referred many friends to go here and they have all been just as happy with their treatments as well. Keep up the great work, guys!

This place is amazing, they are beyond kind and genuinely care about you getting better. They provide the best care and the staff is amazing from Dr MacKenzie, Kiara, Donna, and Gloria. You can not ask for a better team. If their services cover anything that you need, do not even bother looking anywhere else, this is the place to go!
