We’ve ordered here for some time but last order we did received their “meatazz” pizza with no meat 🤨!! I called in and was told I could come back and get another but I asked if I could get a refund instead the young woman said she would mail out a gift card for the amount of the pizza but never received anything and the pizzas were not that good which is sad they used to be good.

Just order pizzas and one came a mess, sauce all over. Called in to report and pizza insurance like Domino's promise, and was told nothing could be done that's how the pizza comes. Battle Ground Domino's is always fast with service, and orders are always correct. 5 stars

Not sure what has happened at this location, but this is the third time I've received items that look like this from this specific Domino's location. The first time I assumed it was a one off, because we're usually very satisfied with what we order, but after giving them a chance a few more times--this seems to be their new norm. Really disappointing. Clearly some training needs to happen, because there's no longer consistency in the quality of their food. Who puts these items in the box and thinks "yeah, that looks good", and sends it to the customer? Pizza that's mostly crust with all the sauce and toppings in middle, cheese dip that's cheese a globby greasy mess, and the bread twists....well, just look at them. C'mon.

Let's start off with I have never felt compelled to leave a negative review for a business or product.....until now. The process start to finish was terrible. Called and waited on hold for 15 minutes before driving down to place an order. I asked for the $12.99 special, and was charged $17.99. It took 10 minutes to explain to the cashier that I wanted 1 pizza with different topping on each half. Asked for red peppers and parmesan cheese on the way out and of corse they charge. As you can see it looks like I either went to a soup kitchen or they dropped it on the ground or something.

These best ever! These guys, on this day, made THE best pizza ever! Honestly it sucked compared to that bread. Thx fella’s!!!

Had a horrible phone experience trying to move a timed order and was hung up on by a call center representative. The employees in store had no sympathy, refused to apologize, and complained they were busy. Food was ok, service was absolutely awful. I will not be returning and recommend you don't order from here. To the GM Nicole H and Jen, do better. You know who I am

manager was like 18 19-21 im not sure but mad skills mad skills, i shoulda try being a driver for her instead of a doughboy sorry. but still thank you for the amazing oppurtunity

Some are okay and in all others Unhealthy all pizzas areas prove its own Personal in claiming it, By Truth and hug thank you and good Heart Making. one: kind of flour, Second: hehind it sugar and salt Some Types Are High in Calories, Carbs, Sodium and Sugar, they hide it in and all pizzas areas and your results in restaurants thank you Supportive and Serving in helping hand and have a search and good Heart only to see it. Family of 6, nobody liked this pizza. We usually get pizza from any of their 3 competitors, thought we'd try Dominoes for a change. We got a veggie pizza and a pepperoni. 3 spinach leaves on the entire pizza. Way too much tomato. Way too much sauce on both pizzas and too "ketchupy" of a flavor. We didn't care for the cheese of crust either. Pizza was over seasoned. Just gross. They were friendly and the pizza was ready promptly, but we threw them out. We won't be back.

I'm a local guide and do not leave a negative review lightly. I tried to order online, but their system was down. I tried calling, got the automated system, asked for a person and got a person not in this store. She couldn't help me order a special, so sent me to the store which was a different automated system. In no reasonable world should it take longer to order a pizza than it does to make a pizza. I'm ordering pizza elsewhere tonight.

I ordered 60 plus food for my son's birthday. They were really rude when I picked up my order. Pluse on top of that they did not give me my dipped sauces that I payed for and the 2 liter. My boyfriend picked it up not know everything I ordered. But they know what I ordered and payed for.

In getting pizza from Domino's it's best to go into the store and order if you want to get it at the lowest price possible. My experience has always been calling on the phone it sends you to a call center who charge a lot more. At the store just a few days before Christmas I ordered a large three topping pizza for just over $10. From walking into the store and walking out with the pizza was just 15 minutes while I checked my email and text messages. By the way, the pizza tasted great.

Pizza was not very good. Not like I remember it. It's been a couple years since eating Domino's and used to enjoy it alot. Tonight was a huge disappointment.

This is what I ordered (first pic chicken Parm) this is what I got (second pic) and the chicken bacon ranch was even worse!! So dry and descusting,,it's in the trash!😡

Ayla who was working tonight 7/3/23 at the battle ground location had such an attitude. She ignored the phone call for my order ; after the phone stopped ringing she took them off the hook with such an attitude. She didn’t even wash my hands to begin my order . I saw all this when sitting in the parking lot before I loaded the app to make my order . She needs seriously needs to be talked to . I understand it’s almost closing time ; she needs more compassion. Also didn’t make it right !

Constantly messing up my simple orders. If someone messes up an order a few times here and there, no problem. We're all human and I've done it before myself, but this is CONSTANT. Lack of effort and I wouldn't be surprised if the young employees there were high while at work.

Don't care for its customers. Made order to deliver to parking lot at Domino's parked by front door paid for delivery and tip. Total order $30 and they canceled my order. And I have to wait 4 days to get my money back. Employees have no training in customer service. MANAGER could care less that I drove 42 miles to get to store. Domino's needs to moniture their franchisees. They just sell their franchisees to anyone with money. It will bite them in the butt. Someday.
