The night clerk Ethan ( ? ), he has helped my husband and I every time we've stayed here, always with an infectious smile and cheerful greeting. Next time, anyone who decides to stay here, ask him about his hobby of numbers and guessing correctly the amount of quarters you have in a handful for laundry, he'll tell you and spot on. He may be one off but it's just his interesting hobby of numbers. He's a gem and you will not be disappointed staying here. Rooms are clean and they smell good. Plus you get a cook top range and full fridge and microwave. I LOVE it here!! If the hotel sees my review, you can tell Ethan that we were that couple who could NOT fish, he listened to our funny story that day. Thank you😊

A few things. #1 the price I was told and the price I was charged were different, they charged me about $20 more. #2 If you are a pet friendly hotel you should make sure that you assure it is ok to put people in a room that previously housed pets. My wife has severe allergies to dogs and cats and it was very apparent we were in a room that had animals in it prior. #3 if you are going to over charge me provide some sort of breakfast. #4 No pool We will not stay here in the future. Ever! I suggest you do not wait her!

I flew to Portland from Houston to visit my daughter and grandaughter and I stayed at My Place hotel in Vancouver WA for a week. The rooms were super clean and the staff was great! The area around the hotel was quiet and clean. I would rate my stay there at a 10/10. Thank you my place hotel for making my visit awesome . I will definitely come back!!!

Great location by the upscale Vancouver Mall, but as with elsewhere in Vancouver, there are increasing homeless issues. One broke into the hotel in the middle of the night, and the next day there was continuing related police activity. Fortunately, the Staff was highly proactive in keeping this from escalating. The Vancouver Mall location is still better than most downtown hotel locations from a security perspective. While the rooms are very nice overall, the showers are borderline dangerous, with excessive high pressure shower heads with no apparent user adjustment. Breakfast is not included, and the $5 "breakfast- -in-bed" is frozen food from the lobby pantry, however, the in-room kitchenettes are nice, noting there are no dishes. The new Voodoo Donuts is a 5-minute walk, as are several other good dinning options, if you don't get run over in the busy Mall access road crossings - be careful! Overall a mixed-bag for this review.

Great location. Friendly staff, clean rooms and no crackheads wandering about outside. The only thing that I wish to be different would be a free continental breakfast. It's a must for us when we stay in a hotel. Other than that, our visit was great

I finally have a moment to write a review after two months of an ongoing personal crisis. On April 29th a kid driving approx 100 mph ran his car through my bedroom wall. I had to be displaced to this hotel, to wait for a new apartment. I was in a PTSD panic (having attacks). But I ended up having a terrifically peaceful time, overall. The staff was tremendous. Everything was spotless. The service workers were friendly and accommodating. And when those in charge of covering my expenses were “gone for the weekend” and the card they gave for payment was “denied,” they didn’t kick me to the streets…but gave me grace over the weekend, until they heard back from the Property Management for the back fees and received payment through the end of the week (something they were not obligated to accommodate). I was there for over a month and I can’t say anything negative in the end. It was far better than I ever anticipated! Jackie

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. For the price, I expected to compromise a bit on the room. However it was clean, comfortable and well maintained. I just needed a comfortable bed and good shower, and I got both. The staff were friendly and my stay was quiet. I have no complaints, except no breakfast, which I knew going into it.

Fantastic hotel! It has a larger than average room size, and super clean. The beds and the pillows are some of the better I've stayed on too. But the shower pressure -- holy cow! It's the best pressure I've ever had in a hotel! We enountered 3 staff people during our stay and all were extremely friendly and helpful. 100% will be staying again. Only bad thing is they do not do a continental breakfast, but 7-11 is across the parking lot, so who cares!

Pretty mediocre. The rooms themselves are fine nothing really to complain about, nothing to really compliment, they are fine if you need a place to sleep. The staff, however weren’t the best. I booked through a third party however I am a rewards member and this seems to be a confusion the whole time. I’m not sure I was ever put down as a member. The second night my keycard stopped working, the guy at the front desk seemed like he really didn’t want to be there, which is fine it’s a job. But he also asked me if I was sure I had tried the correct room which was a bit annoying I had signed up for late check out. I ended up getting a room call asking if I had extended my stay because some staff member said I had. I explained I was just using the late check out and the woman told me that was for member only (which I am based on how many emails I receive). I said the person I had talked to yesterday at the desk said I could be out between 12 and 1, and that he would put me down for that, she informed me check out needs to be by 12. All of this in a somewhat annoyed tone. Seems like this should be something to be annoyed at the other staff not me but apparently not. So I got out of there by 12. Overall if you are just looking for a decent place to stay the night there is nothing to really complain about in terms of the room but the staff leave something to be desired.

I needed to travel for a family emergency, this hotel was half way between my house and my next stop. I booked the hotel in advance as I wrapped up a few things at home before leaving. The emergency became more dire and I needed to change the date to an earlier one in the week. The hotel would not accommodate this. If I cancelled they would not issue a refund. I offered to pay any difference and they still wouldn't. Expedia tried calling them for me, and they still wouldn't. My only choice was to rebook a different day and lose out on the money on the later hotel room date. I chose to go go a more accommodating hotel instead. Will not ever book or stay at this place ever. Response to the hotel: It was the assistant manager that wouldn't help me, or wouldn't help Expedia. We tried. You wouldn't budge.

The people at the front desk were really nice. When I got in the room the bedding was dirty. And it wasn't till I came back to the hotel and wanted to shower that I realized the room had no soap. Not even a bar of soap to wash my hands.

This hotel is so amazing! Starting with the staff who are just so great, caring, & definitely understanding! They have nice clean big rooms, with kitchens, and it’s near the mall and lots of other great places to eat and see or do.

This is the closest hotel to the Vancouver Mall Tesla Superchargers and destination chargers, so it was the perfect place for me. It’s a relatively new hotel with no frills, similar to the Tru hotels with laminate floor or extremely thin carpet, but that didn’t bother me. The breakfast is only what you can buy from the front desk, which resembles a 7/11 selection of packaged goods, but there are good restaurants somewhat nearby, like the cameo café. They require $100 deposit on your card, which is pretty standard. It was refunded to my account within about three days of leaving the hotel. The sheets, pillows, and towels were all very clean, which is probably the most important to me.

Loved all the appliances to help on eating out less. Clean room. Not the cleanest but can’t complain for it was only one area. Not the friendliest staff in the afternoon: loved the one girl who checked us in and the guy who checked us out. Very friendly Loved the location next to the mall and had a variety of fast food options. Many things to do and easy access from the interstate

Good location next to the mall. Several restaurants nearby and easy access to other areas of Vancouver and the Portland airport. Rooms were clean and have a large refrigerator, microwave, two stove top burners and a small kitchen sink. However, there are no kitchen utensils of any kind, which is strange when you have the other kitchen amenities. Complementary coffee near the front desk was nice to have, but I wish complementary continental breakfast was available. All in all, a good value for the area.

This is a centrally located hotel and is close to shops, the mall, food, etc. The rates are reasonable also. Upon my arrival the front desk staff were friendly and professional. A special shout out to Abby who was especially nice and helpful. The room was good with kitchen amenities - stove, fridge, microwave. It was also pretty clean with the exception of the bed head board that I wouldn't have noticed if the sun hadn't been shining directly on it. I think the bed is one area that should be extra clean. Maybe this was oversight or the stain just won't come out. That being said I was impressed with how fresh the sheets and pillow cases smelled. This hotel is 100% non-smoking however there is a picnic table and chairs directly outside the side entry door where people go to smoke even though it is very close to the building (within 25 feet) so if you think you're going to relax there expect smokers to be there also.

Awesome hotel. Front desk was helpful. The room was nice, well laid out. Bathroom is nice. The AC is cold. We got a room with a kitchenette which was helpful for my wife to make bottles of milk for our 6 month old daughter. Rooms were pretty quiet. Can hear people walking past the door but its not too bad. One small complaint is that a screw came off the door lock so closing the door was annoying but other than that everything was great.

On December 06 2022 Tuesday . I Needed A room ASAP to escape for quiet time. The only BIG ISSUE I had was that I'm allergic to every chemical smell in this world and I can't breathe with these products being used. The office changed my room and I had the same problem. The office was not understanding about my medical condition and my issues. How up setting. I ended up leaving this hotel and going to the Hospital parking lot to get some sleep. I Needed some much needed rest. Since my friend was in the hospital having open heart surgery.

Right by Westfield shipping center ruby is a big mall. And close to WinCo, target, rid, Paris closet, dutch Bros and more. Place has kitchens in rooms. Super awesome and all workers have been amazing for the whole week I've been here. Starting another note.

Front desk was so helpful and made movie night special for my kids. I just want to say thank you for helping us make memories on our road trip.

Made reservations over the phone. Was told I could park my RV out back. They don't even have a back. When I asked again, upon arrival, they said the SIDE. I told them there was no room. Then they said ACROSS THE STREET, NOT on their property, at the Vancouver mall. They don't even have windows facing it. The desk clerks had enough tattoos on their faces, necks, and arms, I thought I was in line at a carnival.

Affordable but not really worth the money if you stay on the main floor. Front desk is loud and they actually started vacuuming at 5am. Room was a little smelly but the bed and bedding was nice.

I plan on going here for a visit soon so I can properly review the rooms but I think I will love them. I came to visit because I was disappointed in 711 for not having French Vanilla creamer cups and I thought I would be here. Hazelnut creamer is a decent alternative for a desperate for coffee in the morning kind of woman that I was. Ethan... You didn't have to give me any creamer but you did and I appreciate you. We talked for a decent amount of time and had I been looking for a room for the night, and had funds to stay with me, you would have been a good reason why I would have. I hope you get a bonus from the manager because of this review. You deserve it! I'm going to follow through with what I said I would do and who knows? Anyone looking for a good place to stay, stay here.
