I visit here weekly and the service is always great. The drinks are always made correctly as well and I love that consistency. 4 stars for the atmosphere due to it always beeing freezing in there.

They never mix the matcha in my drinks, it’s so frustrating. No other Starbucks gives me clumpy matcha.

First time at this location and David was amazing! I will definitely be making this my "home" location! Thank you David for being so sweet!

Staff is friendly but took over 30 minutes to get my mobile order my food was ready 30 minutes before I got my drinks.

I just think that huffing and puffing while you make my coffee that I paid for is rude. If you aren’t happy with life change it up babe.

The music was great, people were friendly. I didn't eat there, but the Caramel Frappuccino was awesome

One way in and one one out and to top it off they were out of the item I wanted with 3 cars in front of me and 2 cars in back of me you do the math 😡😡need bigger location and drive thru 🤔

They should open up another one right next-door. Because this one is always crowded. Great service.

Cozy atmosphere and the staff are wonderful. you can tell they love what they do and care about making every single customer happy. My order is always perfect and I go out of my way to come to this location vs. others in the area<3

I was here recently like 5 minutes ago and the drinks are tasted horrible. I have to trash them immediately right after leaving the store. Even my 4 years old couldn’t drink it.

Always get really great customer service here. I got a gift card through work and they helped me figure out how to enter it in their system. 😂

Nothing special, the service, Quality of sandwiches as well the coffee is a hit or miss with mostly missed.

Being in the drive - thru line for 20min so they can tell you on the window no bills over $20. Very inconvenient. 3:50 pm 11/16/23
