    used to work at Starbucks/my boyfriend works @ this location. The people here really do care about the quality of the coffee as well as the human connection they make with customers. I know on google you see some bad reviews - Yes their line is long and always busy - but they work hard w/ great service. 2

    I go here because it’s the more convenient 1 for me. But to be honest the taste of the coffee is just not the same as the other Starbucks everywhere else. It’s like they don’t put nothing into it! It’s more like a job instead of making good coffee and having happy customers! Every blue moon it’s normal but never really good like other Starbucks!

    best starbucks i’ve been too. the staff here are super friendly and always ask me how my day is. i come here everyday because all the staff always put a smile on my face. and on top of that they always make my drink delicious

    I ordered through the mobile app. Said my order will be ready at 6:21pm.Got there at 6:21 everyone walk pass me because my drink was not ready. Stood there for 8 minutes with them walking pass me before they acknowledged me. They took 2 girls order that walked in 4 minutes after me and they received their order before me. After they handed them their drinks that’s when they decided to acknowledge that I was there. Horrible customer service.

    My sister and I was looking for a place to grab a quick treat while we wait for our take out order at another restaurant. I ordered my first iced Chai Tea Latte and my sister ordered the White Chocolate Mocha. The Chai Tea Latte was the best I have tasted. The service was great and fast and we were able to get pur drinks in a timely manner and able to get back to our other destination.

    Very clean and well maintained shop. Staffs are very friendly. Drive-through are always crowded but dine-in very convenient and not to noisy. A lot of parking nearby. Good place to work

    Nice interior and friendly staff. No problems here. This Starbucks is a nice Starbucks to go to if you're around the east-west connector. This location has a lot of customers so it gets crowded and busy really quickly so be prepared to wait a few minutes for your order.

    This is definitely the noisiest and most crowded Starbucks I've been to. Definitely not a place to sit, relax and study. The music is up loud like a club. I came another time and they had the dining area closed because someone didn't show up to work. Drive thru only. That was disappointing but short-staff is affecting everyone right now. Guess I'll drove further out or find a local coffee shop without all the noise and distractions.

    I have visited a lot of Starbucks locations in my day and I am sorry to say this one does not come close to the standard set by others I have been to. In the multiple times I have visited, the main issue with this location is they always seem to be out of cold brew! I understand supply issues with more nuanced items but cold brew is one of the more popular items and if I go to a different location they are able to fulfill my order. I overall have not been impressed and would recommend driving a little further to a different location to avoid the guessing game of if they have the item you want in stock. Edit: Gave them another chance and my mobile order took over 35 mins to complete... At least they had cold brew lol

    Went thru the drive thru and received a poorly made chai latte with almond milk. Brought it back because it definitely was not almond milk and disagreed with me with every sip.. walked inside and got another made. Was the right milk this time but still tasted off. Not sure what was going on but im disappointed

    This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve personally experienced and I’m an adequate Starbucks goer. It’s rare that you go through the drive-thru and don’t have to wait 20 minutes or more. To prevent the long wait, I started using mobile order, but even that time isn’t always accurate. On Saturday morning, I waited 15 minutes past the estimated completion time and the staff stated that my order wasn’t in queue yet and I’d have to wait additional time. I left without my drink. Google reflects a 9:30 closing time, you arrive and the staff state they close at 9. Very poor customer service.

    Went in around 10:20am and they were completely swamped with orders inside and drive thru but did a great job getting everything out as quickly as possible. Shout out to the girl with the locks taking care of those mobile orders, I see you boo. You were so nice and patient with everyone even that one rude girl who gave you attitude for absolutely no reason. Thanks y'all for doing your best and showing up.

    My coffee order is generally pretty simple - small black coffee. It is what it is. Starbucks does a good job with it but I'm pretty sure everyone knows what to expect from a Starbucks coffee. This location is really good, friendly staff and a generally quiet place to meet and work.

    I went through the drive-thru earlier today and ordered a blueberry muffin. When i got to the window, they handed me a pumpkin muffin with weird cream in it. When I politely told the barista at the window that it wasn’t what I ordered, she just told me that they didn’t have blueberry muffins. So basically, they just took the liberty of just giving me whatever they had and still charging me for it. The girl at the window wasn’t super rude but definitely not friendly. She acted like I was in the wrong to want what I ordered or at least be informed that they didn’t have it so that I could make my own decision. It was honestly just really weird, I have never had a bad Starbucks experience but I will not be back.

    This Starbucks use to be a sit in cafe but after Covid they have refused to open their sit down area during regular hours. Today, it’s raining. I came next door from discount tire to get coffee and to work on my laptop. There were several cars parked out in front of the Starbucks so I assumed it was open. The door was locked with no sign at the front stating that it was a drive in only. As I walked back to the tire shop 3 other people pulled in to attempt to go in to the Starbucks to avoid the congested drive in. I called the Starbucks to see if they would take my order and they said at 9:20am they had open the door. It would be nice to have the hours posted that are accurate and when they are actually open or closed. This experience made me feel that they are not really wanting to help serve their customers.

    The service here is very friendly, but incredibly disorganized. They seem to always be in the weeds and frantic. They are inevitably out of one ingredient or another and the drive-through is never worth lining up for. The chocolate chip cookie and the breakfast sandwiches are the best part about this location. The worst part, aside from the obvious poor management and constant issues with inventory, is the fact that their coffee is terrible. Every latte I've ever had here tastes like they are reusing their grounds. I finally gave up on lattes and started ordering blonde roast coffee. I've had it three times here (they didn't have it on several occasions) and it tasted like it had been sitting there for ages two out of three times. Unless you are hungry for a breakfast sandwich or cookie and have about 20 minutes to spare, do yourself a favour and skip this location.

    This is the slowest Starbucks ever, do not go here if you are in a rush it doesn’t matter what time of day you go expect at least a 30 min wait. To top it off they are ALWAYS out of something. The fall line up just came out and they are already out of stuff it’s ridiculous. I hate that this is the closest location to me just my luck I get the worst Starbucks ever. Service is fine and the drinks are always good but I avoid coming here for the above reasons.

    The service here sucks. The drive thru line always is wrapped out of the parking lot. If u do a mobile order here u get skipped because they have no order here and it will take over 25 minutes to get a simple drink.

    This location has the absolute slowest service of any Starbucks location I have ever frequented. I have never waited less than 30 minutes for a single coffee in the drive thru. The customer service is completely absent, and they are constantly out of items. I have no other local Starbucks, so I truly hope corporate does something drastic to improve the customer experience at this location.

    I had a minor issue, and I went to the counter just to be ignored. As soon as a couple walked up behind me, they got helped immediately without waiting. Nobody said we would be right there or anything. I ordered something with my stars ( points), and it never came up. Possible my order went somewhere else, but I just wanted to ask someone who would know. I never will come up here to work.

    I prefer the mobile order option to save time but still sitting here explaining each item of my order, nearly 30 minutes after it was placed is a waste of my time and money. Some competent staff at such a busy location would make sense but instead you've got a lost old lady trying to run the computer and a bunch of children argueing with customers in the drive thru and skipping mobile orders...

    Had to change my rating of 5 stars from 5 years ago to 1. The drinks are terrible now. I go 5 days a week because it’s on the way to work. Starbucks has always had a reputation of being consistent. It doesn’t matter what location you go to, you can order the same drink and it will take the same or extremely similar. Not here. They even manage to make an iced white mocha taste bad

    I give Starbucks ratings based on their staff and atmosphere. Only cause the coffee is the same at all their locations, and to be honest, it's mediocre coffee, however superior to gas station coffee. With that said staff here was very polite, and orders were coming quickly given how busy it was. Great job to the staff and this location was clean.

    I'll never order food there again. My coffee was great (as usual) and the staff is always friendly even if they're not always knowledgeable (they do always ask someone else who has been there longer), but the microwaved food comes out a bit rubbery & definitely not worth the calories. Some of the pastry items might be better, but I didn't try them. I attempted to go with a healthier / lower calorie option with a spinach & egg white wrap. I also got a sausage, egg & cheese on an English muffin for a friend who said it was just as awful as my wrap.

    The service at this Starbucks is always great. They were out of the peach syrup for my green tea, but immediately recommended a substitute, which I really appreciated. Not all of the Starbucks in my area (Vinings) offer thoughtful service.

    I have never been to a Starbucks where an employee comes from behind the counter to ask how each guest is doing and offer water after a busy rush! “Dove like the soap” was the nice gentleman who did this. Everyone at this location has always been friendly to me, but this was an above and beyond, genuine touch! P.S. - the young lady who made my iced matcha made it with love. (:

    This location has nice employees BUT I noticed they don’t make the drinks properly. I use to work at Starbucks so I am aware of the ratios .last 2 times I went and got a tea the girl just added the liquids in the cup but and added one pump of sweetener at the top . She didn’t use the shaker at all or the right amount of sugar pumps. Then she lastly added ice . My tea wasn’t good needless to say .

    First of all, I will say that my fiancé and I are regulars of Starbucks. Well we were until she got pregnant now I’m by myself on the journey. Every time I come to this particular location I order 10 to 15 minutes prior to me arriving and I still have to wait 20 minutes in order to receive my order. I asked individuals inside of the store when my order will be prepared only to be breast of two out of the three times that I have addressed the situation. I just expect to be treated like the remainder of the customers will come in and get their orders in a timely fashion.

    Love this place!! I had placed a Mobile order with a Drive Thru pick up. When I got to the store they let me know that their system had crashed so they couldn’t see mobile orders. I was bummed as I just had foot surgery so I couldn’t walk that well on my foot, especially not with 3 drinks. The Young guy at the window had asked for me to go inside and give them my order again. I advised him of my situation. He asked me to come to the curb upfront and somebody will be out to help me. A young lady came out and explained to me what happened and took my order. She also brought my order out to me to my car. Thank you so much! I appreciate it! It was the store Manager that brought it to me Apparently! ♥️

    They gave us the wrong order. We called back many times to which they would not answer and when they finally did a girl with an attitude got on the phone and I started to tell her our order was wrong, never even got the words out fully , to which she then hung up and now won't answer the phone. I literally called them a total of 15 times after the fact to which they still would not answer. You can't leave a message because it just says memory full and hangs up.

    I had a very big and complicated order during what I would consider a rush (I was behind a line of 8-9 cars) and my drinks were all made correctly and the drive through employee (Liz) was extremely charismatic and very patient with me. Really appreciated this service and I will come back to this location over Battlefield.

    I visited this Starbucks location with the intention of purchasing vanilla and caramel syrups, which I have done on multiple occasions in the past, including just a month ago. However, I was informed by the employee that they do not sell these syrups separately at this particular location. I politely informed her that her statement was incorrect, as I had purchased these items here before. I kindly requested that she consult with a manager to confirm her assertion. Unfortunately, when she returned, she displayed an attitude and reiterated that they do not offer the syrups individually. As a result, I decided to go to another Starbucks located within a nearby Kroger store, approximately ten minutes away, where I was able to successfully purchase the vanilla and caramel syrups.

    I went to this location on my birthday and order a drink and bakery item. I told them I wanted to use my birthday perk and when I got to the window I handed then my card to pay for the bakery item to find out they changed for my full order and when I asked the lady working she just told me it was too late to change it. I also went there the other day for a London Fog and all I got was 1 tea bag for my venti and steamed milk. Not planning on coming back to this location.

    Terrible experience. Ordered ahead, arrived and received 1/3 of my order. Waited 10 min to get another 1/3 of my order and another 10 min for the barista to tell me they didn’t have one of the items I bought. Them he stared at me. Total POS. Why have mobile pay if there’s no staff dedicated to mobile orders? While I was standing there 2 people requested their money back. Can’t find a decent Sbux anymore in the area. Same terrible experience everywhere I go.
