Last week my son had an appointment for three fillings at this dental practice. On the morning of the appointment he went to work and came home as he was being very sick. I called the dentist to advise he wouldn’t be able to make the appointment due to being ill. The receptionist told me that she would have to speak to Dr Tan to see if they would charge!! I said even though my son is being physically sick ( which was later diagnosed as gastro by the dr) she said yes because you haven’t given 24 hours notice. My son then got a message saying he was being charged $50!!! I’m assuming they would be happier for him to have gone and vomited in the practice than cancel the appointment? I wouldn’t mind but he was going to rebook appointment anyway. I wonder if he rebooks if they will cancel the $50??? Doubtful . I will presume their reply to this will be the the dentist lost money due to the appointment being cancelled, however I bet they filled the appointment as a late booking and still expect my sons money 😡😡😡

This dentist practice is a absolute joke my son normally goes to Brighton Beach dental which he will be going back there as I have never had any issues like the one the receptionist has made for me today! I called as soon as I could clean up both my twins from vomit and gastro symptoms to do the right thing and cancel so dentist doesn't become sick to be told there will be a cancellation fee of 50 dollars!!! I've never had any of these issues at my other dentist in Brighton they are very understanding not like this practice very heartless receptionist she called me rude over the phone and then finally agreed with me saying yes she wouldn't want kids coming in with gastro and that she doesn't really agree either with policy but she's just doing her job. This practice has just lost 5 patients due to this and definitely do not recommend to anyone especially if you have children because they only care about money not wellbeing of babies children and other people! I NEVER SCREAMED AT YOUR STAFF ????????????? And I never signed anything????

Dr Matthew Tan, i couldnt recommend enough! Finally somebody who listens... i am very happy with my visit today, i appreciate what you have done for my smile 2 weeks before my wedding when another dentist wasnt listening at all. Thank you!

I was referred to kinross drive dental by a family member. For someone who absolutely hates going to the dentist it was a lot to overcome, but as soon as I stepped into the practise I was welcomed kindly by the receptionist which put me at ease straight away. The dentist and nurse were excellent and made me feel as comfortable as possible, they did a very thorough job. The tv on the ceiling is a big bonus and helped to take my mind away. I could not recommend Jess and her team more!

I finally found an amazing dentist! What a lovely lady Dr Jessica is and how safe and relaxed I felt today when having a long overdue checkup and a detailed followup chat about my future options. Beautiful practice, ultra clean, newest technology and all staff are just superb. Looking forward to my journey with the whole team.

I would never go anywhere else for my dental needs and have recommended all family and friends also. Dr Jessica is the absolute best she makes you feel at ease and comfortable throughout your service and she is very thorough. All the staff there are lovely and have great customer service I could not recommend them enough if your looking for a new dentist.

Really good highly qualified dentist whom you feel relaxed and confident they will look after you. I have been seeing jessica or quite a few years and would not go anywhere else. prices are reasonable and never kept waiting long on appointments.Excellent!

I found it really hard to find a family dentist I could trust, I was recommended here and I couldn’t speak highly enough about the practice or the staff. My son had some issues with his teeth and finally when we come here we were put on the right path, well looked after and staff are so friendly and my son no longer fears the dentist🙏! Dr Jessica is an excellent dentist. She is very thorough, patient and gentle. As many of us, I am generally not enthusiastic about visiting dentist, buy with Dr Jessica I know I am in good hands. Highly recommended!

Dr Matt was absolutely brilliant!!! I was extremely anxious. He kept me calm. Explained everything that was going to be done/happen. Will absolutely recommend him.
