The housekeepers are fantastic, great breakfast. The owners and their response to customers? Horrid. I turned in my overhead light not working on day 2 of a 7 day stay. I turned this same light in 3 times. I found out that new owners purchased the property earlier this year, and these owners have the housekeepers doing maintenance - climbing ladders, fixing toilets, etc! I have stayed here for years, but I’m afraid the hotel is going to go down because of poor leadership. The housekeepers diligently tried to fix the light, which is in a tall ceiling. Really inexcusable in my opinion! I spoke with the owner twice about my light, and both times, he was on his earbuds, didn’t stop his conservation as he pretended to listen to me. He actually said he would “take care of the light” and never even asked for the room number. Wow - such respect for customers! Sad situation!

Great location close to the freeway but, set back far enough in a very quiet place. We chose this location for their pet policy. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing holding back 5 stars is the bathroom. The shower area looked moldy and under the sink, the water damage needs repaired or replaced. The pet walk areas were very nice with waste bags and disposal available. The staff were okay. The morning desk guy just sort of nodded when I said good morning to him. They are pretty much hands off unless you need something. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the hostess keeps a clean area for meals. Other than the bathroom, we enjoyed our overnight stay.

Nice hotel. But they charged over $200 dollars For one night that included $50 deposit that they didn't mention. I would recommend somewhere else.

Great service, great hotel. Clean, quiet, refreshing stay. Kristen at the front desk was very helpful with my reservation. Will definitely stay here again next time in Louisville.

Stayed here on a Friday night. Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Large shower, soft towels. Nice pool and workout room. Checking was easy and pleasant. Breakfast was decent, fairly typical free breakfast. The breakfast space was good sized, and the employee kept it clean and well-stocked.

Stayed for 2 nights. The room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. Nice, new, walk in shower with sliding glass door. The breakfast had a lot of options (scrambled eggs, sausage links/patties, waffles, biscuits w/gravy, cereal, danish, yogurt, etc). Staff was friendly. Our only dislike was the king bed was uncomfortable. It was very hard. We'd stay again though because the rest of the hotel was so nice.

Very nice hotel , being a Wyndham member doesn’t mean anything to them though no perks , no easy check ins they charge hours before you get there then there’s a separate $50 deposit they charge too which isn’t mentioned , called the hotel once the 50 said completed vs cancelled to understand, the guy really didn’t take time to understand me and started going on about how they reverse it , nothing made sense

Hotel is located in a great area, customer service is great at front desk and rooms are not bad either. The ONLY reason I chose 4/5 is because the hallway on our floor smelled strong of marijuana and that was bothersome because we have kids with us this trip.

Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. At around 2:30 am the smell of weed came into the room from another room so at 3am we left. Other than that it is a quietish peaceful hotel. Doubt I will go back though. Far from the best but for the price can't complain to much.

Very nice and clean! In a great location. And the breakfast buffet was very good. I would highly recommend staying here for your money

Overall not a bad stay. Check in was easy. Room smells and looks clean. Rooms come with standard expected amenities. The hotel Sports a modern look, yet the room is rundown. The climate control barely works, seems to have a mind of its own half the time. The fridge makes very odd sounds that can be bothersome while sleeping. The shower door was falling off its rail. I had to put it back on the rail to avoid it falling and breaking. The USB outlet delivers inconsistent energy that makes your phone beep constantly as if you had just plugged it in. The light above the chair is very dim and not usable. The toilet is missing the lid entirely which causes several issues. Water pressure on the shower is low, but atleast it is hot. The arms were falling off the chair so I had to tighten them. This could be quite a nice hotel if they kept up with the maintenance.

robin was so accommodating! the room was very nice and clean, however somewhat dimly lit. made it nice and cozy for sleeping though. great location, next to a lovely cafe if you sleep through breakfast in the morning. would love to stay here again

Room 124 has poor lighting. There were supposed to be two we queen size beds one slept like a full. No place to hang towels except hook on bathroom door. Breakfast has a good variety. Very good coffee.

Nice quiet, clean hotel to stay in. It’s in a safe area and is only about 3 years old. Our room had refrigerator and microwave but not all rooms do. The breakfast bar was good but no biscuits and gravy to be had.

Great location for us, visiting family. Comfortable rooms in general. Could use more light and at least one more armchair or loveseat. It would be nice to have your room cleaned daily without having to ask for it as well. Paid more per night on this visit than ever before.

I have stayed here many times at this point, and have always liked the property itself. I have, however, had a really miserable experience with this one person at the front desk named Robin. She is always very snippy and rude to me. She’s also quite passive aggressive and finds ways to make the checking in and out process more difficult for me. During my most recent stay, she shushed me and for a one night stay at $140 there were three separate charges on my bank statement for that amount and another completely separate charge for $190. It took about 10 days for these charges to fall off of my account. I am really reluctant to stay there again in the future and definitely will not stay there if she is working at the front desk simply because I don’t want my bank account to get screwed up again. I will have to call in advance to make sure that she is not there before booking as she is the only employee where I have these kinds of troubles. It’s pretty sad actually that she is still working there. I am going to call the people at Wyndham Rewards and Wyndham Corporate to let them know the situation. This has been an ongoing thing with her, and I feel more like a victim than a guest. Apparently, there are recently under new ownership. I doubt that the new owners are aware of what’s been going on with Robin.

Very nice hotel that won't break the budget. Was surprised to see they offer a veterans discount. Got the room for a very good deal. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and modern with a comfortable bed. Very nice pet policy and low fee as well. Can't believe how much I got this room for.
