😠 The only reason I give them a star is because the apartments are nice and new. On the flip side the office staff are very nice when your applying and moving in, but once your in their totally different. Very rude and careless!!! They moved a lot people in on section 8 and let these apartments turn... People often mention people,

The only reason I give them a star is because the apartments are nice and new. On the flip side the office staff are very nice when your applying and moving in, but once your in their totally different. Very rude and careless!!! They moved a lot people in on section 8 and let these apartments turn into something else. The kids in the complex tear up, sit on your steps smoking while your trying to get in the house and are outside all hours loud. The police is there all the time. This apartment complex had so much potential but the office staffed move any and everybody in and don’t address none of the issues.

Went with my sister to tour this place after recommending it to her since a friend lives here. Very nice apartments but do not follow the pricing on the website. My sister applied for a 1 bedroom under the impression that the max price was $723 seeing as this does not include most utilities which you must pay for separately which she had no issue doing. After applying and waiting a month to hear back which she was more than happy to do since it was fairly busy when we went to tour. She was told that she fell into the 70% which meant her rent would be $866 a month which is what is listed as the max price on a 2 bedroom. She now has to move back in with our parents until she is able to find a place within her range. The website should be better phrased as call for details so that people may not be mislead when going to apply.

Nice apartments, but Need new office staff! I was paying almost $900 a month and could never get any sleep at night, because of all the noise from residents in my building . My son would wake up in the middle of the night crying on different occasions, from all the noise. A lot of night we would stay over family and friends house just to catch up on sleep. I reached out for months about the issue and the staff didn’t care. They only care when you go over their heads. Working 12 hour shifts and coming home, not being able to sleep was horrible, Especially when I became pregnant. The only time the manager ever acted like she cared was when I reached out to corporate. The police is at the apartment complex just as much as the staff. Theirs always a lot of alterations and mess going on at these apartments. I moved out after my lease was up, my deposit was kept and I charged for 1k in damages. When I moved I was 8 months pregnant and tired but was super happy to move and finally have some peace of mind. I wasn’t aware of the bill until now 6 months later, because the bill was sent to my address at monon crossing which made no sense, because I had already moved out, turned in my keys and notice before the charges was sent out. I’m just glad I’ve kept all my emails and a paper trail of everything. I also have pictures of my apartment on moved out day. I would love to be enjoying my newborn baby but instead I’ll have to deal with this. I’m absolutely distraught of how they went about this.

I would give them a 0 star if I could Office people seem to not car at all with the place and always wanted inspection every one that lived there was loud out side and parents leaving there kids outside being disrespectful throwing rocks at cars and destroying property like windows and ding dong ditching people's houses, this place needs to kick out most of these people due to the drug smell from the people upstairs or jumping up and down at night I have gotten barley any sleep for a year there has been several people coming out mowing and now they have no one to mow, this place is so nasty on 4th of July you can't leave because of people setting off fireworks to Almost setting cars on fire and now there's kids riding there bikes blocking the parking lot and almost hitting cars this is unacceptable... DO NOT LIVE HERE!!

Apartments are nicely sized and parking is nice but they do not offer pest control in the leases
