Usually by far my favorite donut shoppe on Earth 🌎 but our last visit was all day old products (other than the 2 donuts). Our Cannolis were inedible. The cream was darker and crunchy, what always happens to icing with sugar over a day or two being left out. The brownies were hard and stale as well, more like stale cake vs their yummy brownie recipe. My chocolate glazed donuts were amazing as ever but smaller than in years past. Very sad that this was our experience especially considering we're not often able to stop in. We stopped in a couple months back and everything was great but this last dozen was at least half a waste of money, as we had no choice but throw away.

Amazing donuts, amazing people. The drive thru is a game changer since I have kids who don't always appreciate changing out of their PJ's before breakfast. The best donuts in the area!

The folks at Honey Creme served us warm, fresh donuts, and they were quite delicious! The staff was amazing and friendly, sparking up a conversation about our travels and even recommended a local coffee shop down the street to go with the superb donuts.

My mom and I visited this place a few years ago and it was soooo good. The doughnuts were tasty, I loved the art on the building, and just thought it was a really unique little place. We haven't had a chance to go back until recently when my husband started working night shift, because the location is so far from our house. I was excited to get to experience them again, but this experience was terrible. My husband arrived around 6:30AM when doughnuts should be at their freshest. We placed a larger order getting a big sampling of what they had available as well as a dozen glazed, but when we tried them instead of the delicious doughnuts I remembered they were all very stale and greasy. I immediately contacted the store to inform them of the issue and asked if they were made fresh daily, the guy told me no that they only had someone to come in on certain days to make them. He said because our order was bigger he would have to contact the owner about what to do. When he called me back we were offered a replacement of our order. About a week later we went back to try again, we called ahead a few days so we could be sure they would be fresh, but it didn't seem to matter they said just to come in and reorder. Once my husband got there and was letting them know what we had the first time he was argued with they didn't want to replace the eclairs we had in our first order despite us being told they would be when we called with the problem. They told him that was just how they tasted and replacing them wouldn't be any different. My husband called me to see what he should do, and I told him to just get custard long johns instead. They just threw them in a bag on top of each other with no custard. The whole situation turned into a mess. They didn't have some of the items we had purchased before and it was confusing trying to peice it together. This could have been avoided if they would have just remade our order and had it ready for us when my husband arrived. Like I said above I called a few days in advance to let them know when he would be there. The only positive note was at least the regular glazed were fresh this time so not all was lost, but we certainly won't be going back. While I appreciate them attempting to correct the situation, the attitude we got when we went back to get the corrected order should have never happened. We were told the problems were due to being short staffed, but when someone is paying money for goods and those goods are bad, having excuses dosen't make that person feel any better about wasting their money.

I'm brand new to the area so this was my first visit to Honey Creme. Stopped in to get 2 dozen doughnuts (variety) for a client meeting in New Albany. Parking was available in front of the shop so that was super convenient and the woman that waited on me quickly put the order together and I was out the door and on my way. I cannot comment on the doughnuts myself b/c I did not eat them but my client sent an email this morning saying, "the doughnuts - they were delicious!" My client is happy so I'm happy which means I will be back. Thanks Honey Creme.

We bought half a dozen donuts and they were all dreadfully stale. This was a Saturday morning when you’d assume they’d be fresh. The interior was also dirty. Very disappointing.

Honeycreme has the best donuts in town! Staff is super nice!! My kids and I stop in some mornings before school. I've taken them to work. If your not from here and looking for some good donuts look no further!

I want to give this shop 5 stars. The employees are always very friendly and I wish that made up for their quality control. I have had donuts from here that are some of the better donuts I have eaten. I have also had donuts from here that I wouldn't eat if you gave them to me for free. It's just too much of a hit or miss. It certainly seems they are selling day old donuts, and just like Kramer said in Seinfeld "we can tell, we dig."

I normally don’t say anything but I’ve been coming here for the last month or so at least twice to three times a week in the morning times anywhere from six to 8:38 AM. They never have any of the stuff that I want they always saying we are out or we are currently baking I understand stuff happens. But it’s every time we come here, no compensation nothing
