Ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese English muffin. It arrived without egg and cheese. I went up to the cashier and inquired why no egg or cheese. She said it was because SHE didn't like them. Ended up talking with frontend manager and after about 10 minutes they finally remade the sandwich. I'd recommend checking your order for accuracy when purchasing here.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the region. Shouting and yelling by the staff, incompetent order taking, cold coffee (when it’s supposed to be a hot order), cold hash browns with employees using their uncovered fingers to put into the bag. They need a do-over and corporate should investigate this franchise owner.

I went in this location twice in the last two days because Einstein Brothers was closed and I regretted it both times. Yesterday and today the cashier was the same and had no idea what she was doing and did not seem interested in trying. I had to repeat my order several times both occasions. Yesterday they said their machines were self cleaning and they had no control so we could only get iced coffee or hot coffee. We got one of each and both were terrible. Today, I ordered two smoothies and they were both watered down so bad that we had to throw them away, and the lady next to me was there before me but was still waiting after I left on two drinks. The lady making them seemed to be in no hurry and had no idea what she was doing. Both experiences were terrible.

Placed an online order earlier this morning Wednesday October 12th, 2022. My brother went to go pick it up for me. They forgot 6 of my donuts which was fine. I called up there this young girl, who was very sweet apologized and asked me to come back up there and said she’d have them ready for me when I got up there. I went back up there with my brother waiting at the pick up line. An older African American lady maybe in her late 20s early 30s with braids (not the same girl I talked to on the phone) was there. She was standing behind the counter on her phone. I said “Hello” she looked and me and rolled her eyes. I explained to her that I was there to pick up the donuts missing from my order. She shoved the box into my hands. Everything else was fine, but she was rude and nasty and doesn’t need to work there. Don’t work in food service, if you’re going to have a nasty attitude all the time.

Well this place is certainly leaps and bounds better than it was two years ago when I was there last. The service was great, cashier was very friendly. The donuts were on point and tasted very fresh. And they had proper amount of icing! Ate there twice while I was recently in town and both times were perfect. Great job!

Good doughnuts and coffee. The atmosphere was not so great. Dirty and dingy. Also very cramped. We intended to eat there but got our stuff to go and went back and ate at our hotel lobby. Service was good but the facilities need a lot of attention. I like Dunkin Donuts but will most likely not be back to this location. They do not represent the brand well. The doughnuts and coffee were good but they really should clean the place up.

always forgets half of my food items when i order here. i have to double check every time and every time they're missing 1-3 items & every time they give attitude if you ask for it.

This place was awesome! Fast service and the drinks were perfect. The breakfast sandwiches stayed hot walking back to our hotel which is amazing! Definitely recommend.

Love the staff- super friendly. I live in the area and always enjoy coming in! If there is a convention in town order ahead on the app way in advance!

Thank you for being open early for the morning commuters. Service is friendly and the food and coffee are fresh. Update: Morning staff is super sweet, BUT please get him some help. He’s doing the register, coffee and food alone. There was lime of people all week, from a volley ball tournament. Poor guy had to do everything plus the mobile orders. Managers, get him some help!

Every time I decide to give Dunkin a try, I am reminded of why my loyalty lays with Starbucks. Dunkin’s “strongest” coffee taste like water water w some color. I literally paid for dirty water. Awful. No half and half unless they add it. No brown sugar anywhere. Puff, today I was reminded why I rather drive out of my way for a Starbucks.

I usually have a good experience here. However, today I was trying to order my usual order– a large chamomile tea– and the man on register misunderstood me. I was trying to be polite, as I knew English was not his first language, and asked for the mint tea I was mistakenly given to be swapped for chamomile, and the woman making drinks rudely declared that I ordered mint, and argued with me when I insisted that I did not. She did eventually get me the correct drink, but not without loudly complaining so that she could be heard across the lobby. I even tipped them $5 prior to all this, regrettably. Awful service today.

It’s alright. Nothing super amazing but also nothing that was terrible. Just your typical Dunkin’ Donuts. Stuff was kind of rude, but drinks were good.

Today, I'm vending at a special event at Fourth Street Live. It was a bit cold, so I decided to walk to Duncan Donuts for some coffee or hot chocolate. First of all, I walked in and no one spoke to me. When I inquired about where I should order, someone took my order. The young lady that gave me my hot chocolate was sweet, but by then, I was totally turned off. AND...The hot chocolate wasn't even good. I will NEVER go back, and I will let all my friends, family, neighbors, and sorority sisters know NOT to visit there, too!

Went to pick up a doordash order and went to ask the lady where do i pick it up and she replied hold one. I watched 3 other people do the same thing that entered after me and she helped all 3 of them instantly. I went to ask her again and was told to hold on again so i said i was just canceling the order. She asked me what i said and i replied that i was canceling the order and she said i should go get a real job. Its sad that I was supposedly called by the owner and the owner agreed with her and told me i shouldn’t go back to the store. Starbucks > Dunkin!

Read reviews on how bad in store service was so I downloaded the app hoping for better. Went to place order only for site to show they had no glazed donuts. Ordered 2 croissant sandwiches for immediate pickup. Walked across street. Waited 10min at pick up. Watched them serve entire line in store. Watched sandwich makers tell each other jokes. I asked about my order … to be told they had no croissants and THEN they asked if I wanted something else.

The small selection of food is decent but I go for the coffee and Iced Latte😃. Great customer service from the staff. I'd recommend utilizing the Dunkin Donuts app to get in and out quicker.

This dunkin is one of the best places I’ve been to thus far. Great staff, great management, and excellent customer service! Staff is very attentive and friendly and will do anything to make sure us customers get treated right! Will definitely keep coming back.

Awful customer service. GM was rude to customers. Here is my cold brew “with cold foam” in which they argued with me that it did have cold foam when I questioned where my cold foam was. As you can see, it was just cold brew (no foam). I had to just trash it when I walked out. A wasted $5!!

Went to dunkin to pickup my mobile order. While drinking my iced coffee a giant black wadded up hair went through the straw and into my mouth that had been floating in the drink.

This was a nice clean cafe with cheap prices. Great for on the go snacking or having a relaxing time out. I tried the new Donut Fries which were a good snack with a light cinnamon sugar dusting;would like to have a frosting dip. Also tried the waffle batter chicken tenders, pretty good but not excellent, a mildly sweet crust. Would be better if there was a syrup dip. Staff very friendly and helpful.

One hour for two hot chocolates good morning manager was very rude I think she said her name was levada something like that I would never go back and they need to work on getting that C off the door

Horrible . My husband was using the bathroom and the worker started banging on the door screaming at him saying get out right now !!!!!! You can’t use our bathroom !!! Beware of this Dunkin they will literally chase you out of the bathroom , even as a paying customer .

Overpriced and extensive wait time for food/drinks. Place was packed in the morning we went. Felt bad for the guy with tattoos although he maintained a good attitude and was able to get the food out after a wait

Thank you Dunkin' 4th Street and owner, Amit, for providing breakfast items during my recent family reunion....went above and beyond to have our bulk coffee, donuts and rolls available each day when needed. The owner even came from another location to deliver to our hotel on the final day since the 4th Street property was closed...excellent service!

You have 4 people working the counter handling one order at a time and a line of 15 customers waiting. Doesn't matter that the 4 people behind the woman ordering 3 dozen donuts only want a cup of hot coffee. Maybe a dedicated line to customers who want a plain coffee would be a good idea?

We were in on a busy Friday morning, visiting from out of town. There were only 2 staff members working. The line was long l was about to tell my daughter we couldn’t have Dunkin, but she begged! The two staff members were incredibly efficient and most importantly kind they kept the line moving. Our order was ready quickly and was hot and fresh.

christy was excellent, she was the only worker there and was calm and pleasant through the whole ordeal. the reason it is a 1 star is because the line was to the door and was waiting for over 30 minutes. people left and the line was still to the door. the manager should be fired for leaving 1 person work alone with the convention across the street knowing there is going to be a lot of business. to add to it was christy’s first day and someone was supposed to be there to show her around.

If you go to the 4th street location, be prepared to possibly have to wait a while. It seems that they often get slammed by big groups, often at times you think they would not be busy. I had to wait about 15 minutes for my order this time, but the manager was very nice- he was very apologetic and was working very hard to help the workers send out orders. Thanks for making my delicious “custom” Dunkacino!

The best donut 🍩 experience I ever had in my life 😍 the donut tasted so good that when I bit into it I lifted up into the sky like an effervescent bright light spiriting like a fire rocket to the moon! 🌒 BLAST OFF! Note: (I'm being sarcastic) but the donut really did taste good!

Slow, disorganized. Asked for an iced Americano. Said "We don't do that"! Uhh, you make a hot one - PUT IT ON ICE! Only came here because of an Android Pay promotion. Once that's done, I'll not likely be back
