Raina did such a beautiful job of my classic eyelash extensions. I don’t think I’ve ever had a more comfortable experience. Other classic extensions (at other salons) I’ve had have been too heavy or hung too low so they rubbed my eye, but these are light and flawless. The salon is beautiful too and has a lovely atmosphere, friendly staff. Thanks Raina!

OBSESSED! I have always been super nervous to get my eyebrows done due to being insecure of the limited growth I have. I had the lovely Raina give me a brow lamination, tint and wax and the result was incredible! I have found a new level of confidence and didn’t know I could have beautifully sculpted brows till now! Would highly recommend the salon and its service to anyone and everyone its minimalistic aesthetic is calming and perfect for us content girlies! The staff are gorgeous and playlist has immaculate vibes🤍

5/5 stars for Mae who always goes above and beyond on my lashes giving me both what I want and advice on how to best care for my lashes to keep them healthy. I don’t love the chop shop turnover of the table vibe however where the technicians are trying to finish your appointment under the allotted time so they can do the admin of rebooking you in for next time and taking payment. I would appreciate the shop to have an admin at the front taking care of this so I can get the full hour I’m paying for to be honest but I sincerely appreciate how fast and thorough Mae works to make up for this time pressure.

Raina made sure that I was comfortable the entire time and did her best to give me exactly what I wanted with my lash extensions. These are the most comfortable lashes I've ever had. It's not scratchy or pokey at all and the shape suited my face perfectly! Loved the service and would recommend!

I had lashes done by Talia and brows by Jasmyne and both of them were so incredible and personable and sweet. The vibes in this place is absolutely incredible, and they’re all so helpful and kind, and it really gives off such “barbie land” vibes where it’s just a really safe place for girls to get beauty done and have a good chat. Super happy with the service :)

I got a full set of classic lash extensions 11 days ago and about 80% of them have already fallen out. I am so extremely disappointed and now have to basically pay for a 4 week refill somewhere else when it hasn’t even been 2 weeks since I got them done! I have had lash extensions a few times before and have never had this much fall out. They are actually detaching from the base and then hanging in all different directions. The girl that did them was lovely and the venue was pretty but this was just a waste of my money. I won’t be returning. I have attached a photo of one of my eyes reminding you this is not even 11 DAYS later!!

Had such a great experience here. Had a lash lift and tint done with Jennie and I can’t get over how amazing they look, will definitely be requesting her next time! I also had a brow sculpt and tint with Raina and I absolutely love them. She was so lovely to chat to as well. Such a great vibe inside, really comfy beds, privacy curtains and great music!

I used lash candy as my usual girl was sick, and I was really impressed by the professionalism of the salon. Jenny was really sweet and did a great job of my full volume lashes, she was on time and the retention has been great. It was a lovely experience and I will be going back.

Firstly 5 stars is not enough! The team at Eyecandy in Malvern East are friendly, extremely talented, very professional and genuine. I always walk out with the biggest smile from ear to ear. I’ll keep going back long term for my lashes and brows! Their work is seriously amazing.

They always have such a calming and kind atmosphere which is so welcoming. My lashes always look amazing after getting them done and I get so many compliments from friends and family. Lauren was so sweet! Had a eyebrow lamination which came with a wax and tint and also an eyelash lift she was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable and happy with everything. Want wait to come back and do it again!
