Solid fish and chips at a reasonable price. Had the single pack and the fish and chips were flavourful and delicious. Expect to spend around $20 for a meal here.

Value-for-money seafood with friendly owners. Tasted good and the portions were huge, enough for two to share. They give a lot of chips/fries!

Ordered a single pack over the Easter break and was pleasantly surprised at how big the portions were and it was delicious. Such a friendly welcoming place. I will definitely order again. Great service and very tasty food.

I have ordered here a couple of times in the last month. I avoided this place in the past with the previous owners, but much prefer it now. The chips are crispy, the grilled fish is spot on and the customer service is much better, well done and thank you!

The family always comes back here for the potato cakes and calamari rings, one of the cleanest and neatest shops you’ll find (well maintained and organized). The potato cakes are consistently some of the best we’ve ever had, nice crispy batter (not too thick or chewy) with a super large slice of fluffy potato. I asked the owner where he gets them, and he mentioned he makes each one himself hence the batter is consistently thin and crunchy. Definitely a winner and you can see the owners take pride in their fare. Kept their prices & quality consistent even when there was a bit of a chip/potato shortage and energy and oil costs were going through the roof the past few years. Happy to support this quality and fair business, with generous portions.

Best fish n chips I've had in Melbourne. Always consistently great...fish is always extremely fresh and perfectly cooked.

It's great that these shops are still open. McDonald's, in response to Chris's comments, have dropped quality standards horrendously. Do you know they cook the beef patties and leave them in warming drawers for up to 2 hours? They have refused to cook me fresh meat (🤣) on the grill when I asked. Fish and chip shops are such a part of Australia. The variety. Once all Greek. Now, mostly Asian. As long as there are deep fried scallops and shark and steak sandwiches and souvlakis...happy days. 😺

Underrated. This is exactly what a fish and chip shop should be. Good fish, good chips, good potato cakes, and good quick service.

been going here for ages now, but with the newer owners they have really stepped up their stuff, really good food that you can tell they actually put effort into. haven't had a bad experience since the switch of new owners
