I was given a couple of options, was quoted a reasonable price and had the earrings individually fitted to accommodate where my ears were pierced. We ordered a bespoke pendant. It was an investment and will become a family heirloom to pass on. The care and service of Ara and Karmen was outstanding. They have made us feel very welcome each time we visited their shop and we would not go elsewhere now. Thank you for a beautiful piece.

Really disappointing experience here. I bought my earrings in here to have the centre stone tightened and less than 2 weeks after getting the earrings back stones began falling out around the sides. I bought them back and they said it had nothing to do with them, they took no responsibility whatsoever. I’ve had these earrings for 10 years and wear them everyday and never I’ve had a stone fall out around the sides. They’re really well made earrings doesn’t matter how expensive or cheap they are. After the owner was so rude saying to me “and?” After I explained what happened he then said the stones can be replaced at a cost. There was no responsibility taken for anything and I since went somewhere else to get the stones replaced and they charged me less than what this place was gonna charge me. I believe they were too rough when repairing my jewellery causing further damage and the owner is rude and arrogant.

I am totally blown away with how beautiful my ring turned out. I had my parents wedding bands added to a ring my mother gave me and i added stones which I had bought years ago . The ring is perfect and is now a family heirloom which will be passed down . Thank you for making the most beautiful ring for generations to enjoy.

I went to Jewellers Mark to re-design my grandma’s precious ring and they were very helpful with the whole process. The ring turned out so beautiful. I have also purchased a couple of earrings from the shop and every time I was there, the service was second to none. Karmen & Ara are so friendly and nice. So glad that there is such a great local jeweller around the area.
