    So now that they don’t bulk bill wouldn’t you think you get better attention. I had a blood test and was waiting for the results. When I called, I got into a dispute with the receptionist as he could not tell me if my results had come in. I have done this many times and all I wanted was a yes or no so I can make an appointment. But he said he couldn’t do this so I had to make an appointment and then ask the doctor are my results in! Seems like wasting my time and doctors. When I emailed the Practice manager obviously didn’t read my email properly and also advised they cant give out this information. When I emailed back and explained again I just wanted to know if my results came I didn’t want to know the actual results. She replied back oh yes we can do that I will have to give the receptionist some training Apology - zero Why is it hard to get you customer service ? Just received a bill for the telephone consultation where she spent 5 mins giving me my blood test results. Why should we be charged first to see them and then to get the results ! It’s like double dipping getting every patient to get blood test results and charged them twice !

    I have been a patient at this medical centre for many years. Granted the wait time for Doctors is appalling. Recently they abolished bulk billing. Last week when I paid my medical bill, I was not given a receipt to show the claim from Medicare. I rang reception after a week of not having received any rebate from Medicare asking for proof of submission. She told me she would email me. I’m still waiting. Yesterday I went into clinic asking about my rebate only to be told that they would ring Medicare and that they would call me back. NOTHING!!! Medicare always reimburse within 48hrs of submission, which makes me wonder whether they have submitted my claim. The reception staff don’t communicate anything to you!! On a positive note Dr Rohini is a lovely and caring doctor when I finally get in to see her.

    I waited a good 45 minutes for my appointment. For anyone who has a newborn, they would understand that it’s extra hard to keep them calm for that period. It’s appreciated if you could let us know if the doctor is running late so we can adjust accordingly. Bedside manner of the doctor wasn’t great too. Won’t see her again.

    I was there for my kid's injured leg yesterday, the kind lady in reception and the supportive nurse were very very nice then the doctor looked less considerate. Wish all the staff the best. Working in this field needs a great heart. I returned there today to remove the stitch and all staff were supportive and kind.

    All staff is really helpful. I took my daughter to the emergency, and she got immediate attention. After one day, I took my daughter back again to the medical Centre, because she took her Band-Aid off, the GP attended her without the appointment, being so busy on Saturday. Highly recommended. Thank you, Forest Hill Medical Centre, for your help and support.

    I have been going to this centre for more than 16 years and I can say it’s services has been increased alot better. I know Dr Singh ever since I started going there and he is the best GP I had so nice and always thinking the best treatment option to the patient unfortunately he is not a regular now so it’s hard to catch him for a consult. There’s alot more GPs the So many specialists Ihave seen the centre growing over the last 16 years of my life and it’s remarkable. Also the pharmacy in there is also became my goto for everything as the GP directly send the scripts to them so no need to worry about it. But over the time they’re service has become money minded.I only go for the medicines not for any other products.

    Doctors are wonderful! Staff are wonderful! But trying to speak to someone over the phone is a real nightmare! Really needs to be a better system when trying to contact them. Maybe to consider having different staff answering the phones who are not assisting in the clinic. Reception are always happy to help in the clinic & over the phone.

    The receptionists were compassionate and considerate in ensuring I was informed of the wait times and how many patients were to be seen before my baby which really helped me determine how long I had to distract him for. Having a baby who doesn’t feel at their best is an anxious situation, so the understanding and patience from the receptionist to the doctor who saw us helped to calm me.
