So
now
that
they
don’t
bulk
bill
wouldn’t
you
think
you
get
better
attention.
I
had
a
blood
test
and
was
waiting
for
the
results.
When
I
called,
I
got
into
a
dispute
with
the
receptionist
as
he
could
not
tell
me
if
my
results
had
come
in.
I
have
done
this
many
times
and
all
I
wanted
was
a
yes
or
no
so
I
can
make
an
appointment.
But
he
said
he
couldn’t
do
this
so
I
had
to
make
an
appointment
and
then
ask
the
doctor
are
my
results
in!
Seems
like
wasting
my
time
and
doctors.
When
I
emailed
the
Practice
manager
obviously
didn’t
read
my
email
properly
and
also
advised
they
cant
give
out
this
information.
When
I
emailed
back
and
explained
again
I
just
wanted
to
know
if
my
results
came
I
didn’t
want
to
know
the
actual
results.
She
replied
back
oh
yes
we
can
do
that
I
will
have
to
give
the
receptionist
some
training

Why
is
it
hard
to
get
you
customer
service
?
Just
received
a
bill
for
the
telephone
consultation
where
she
spent
5
mins
giving
me
my
blood
test
results.
Why
should
we
be
charged
first
to
see
them
and
then
to
get
the
results
!
It’s
like
double
dipping
getting
every
patient
to
get
blood
test
results
and
charged
them
twice
!
