We have been using Glen Iris Veterinary Hospital for the past eight years for our pets. The service from all staff including reception, nurses and vets has always been exceptional. Such gracious, kind and empathetic service on every visit. They treat your pet as if it were their own. Providing very thorough and highly detailed medical examinations, diagnosis and treatment plans along with a very clear explanation of the costs involved and confirm with you before proceeding. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. A big shout out to you all, you do such a wonderful job and we are very grateful for the care you provide to our pets.

The team at Glen Iris Veterinary Hospital are the best I’ve ever experienced. We have brought 3 of our dogs here and won’t take any of our dogs anywhere else. They are extremely empathetic and showed this through one of the most tough times we went through with one of our dogs. They helped us not only with their medical care but also emotionally through this difficult time and I am forever grateful for the care they gave to our girl. My daughter's cat was tragically hit and killed by a passing vehicle. From the moment we received the news until my husband collected the cat for burial, the Glen Iris Veterinary Hospital staff provided exceptional care. They greeted us with compassion, listened to our concerns, and went above and beyond, and they were so kind and patient with us, as we needed time to process what had happened to dear Iris, and for my daughter to decide to bury or cremate her belated fur baby and also for sending out a beautiful card , paw print and sample of Iris’ fur, they are amazing

I have a dog with complex needs & we are regulars at the vet. I’ve tried 2 other vets previously & this one surpasses both on all fronts. The vets, nurses & reception staff are delightful to us & it’s such a comfort to me that my dog is being treated with expertise, compassion, & care. I feel heard & understood, treatments are very well explained to me & appointments at short notice are always accommodated. Love this clinic! All staff, from the vets and nurses to the reception staff are down-to-earth, welcoming and genuinely caring towards animals. I trust them completely with my puppy’s welfare, and I never feel rushed by the vets - they are always happy to answer my questions and ease my new pawrent anxieties. 🐾

Since moving to this practice about 18 months ago, we have found the standard of care to be wonderful. The staff are all friendly and caring, thorough, professional and they have excellent communication skills. Our pets are "getting on a bit" and need special care . We never feel rushed or pushed into decisions. Very reassuring 😊

I gladly travel almost 2 hours from regional Vic to see the team here, whenever my pup needs a check up. We always have the most gentlest, knowledgeable and professional service here. I highly recommend having these guys (and at Armadale Vet Hospital) look after your fur baby. I can't thank them enough.

Lovely staff who treat everyone and all animals with care and respect. My dog is always relaxed and happy to visit and receive treats and pats whether it’s for illness, injury or a simple health check.

We could not ask for better care than our beautiful Ridgy Cross always receives at Glen Iris Vet Hospital. Her recent adult spaying was their latest episode of top quality work and tender-hearted follow-up care (for our dog and her humans) from this superb team of vets and support staff. Amazing service at this vet. Not only did they manageto squeeze me in for a late appointment, the Vet Brendan was wonderful. He answered all my questions until we were both satisfied that my fur baby got what she needed for her sensitive skin and flea bites. 10/10 would recommend Glen Iris Veterinary Hospital and Cattery every time!

I have been to many clinics over the years but this is by far my favourite. It's obvious that all the doctors genuinely love animals. We have seen doctors Francesca, Kate and Leon - all so kind and knowledgeable. It puts my mind at ease when I have to leave my anxious pooch there all day. The reception staff and nurses are mostly very friendly too.

A very clean and easy (and COVID safe) premises to access. Excellent service from Reception and Vet - punctual, friendly, personable and professional. We would never take our pet anywhere else, PLUS their cattery is equally wonderful.

All the vets we see at Glen Iris Vets have been terrific - always comprehensive advice, detailed explanations and a reassuring manner. They have a great rapport with both owner and the furry client. Gerry the labradoodle has been going there for years and can’t wait to get inside. It’s a good sign that the animals feel comfortable about seeing the vet.

As a first time dog owner I’m quite nervous and unsure. We came to the practice for my puppy’s vaccination. Brendon immediately put me at ease and was very kind with both myself and my pup! He gave him a thorough health check and had him, quite literally, eating out of the palm of his hand! We’ll certainly be back, thanks Brendon!

We went to Glen Iris Vet Hospital for an emergency for my elderly dog and unfortunately we had to say goodbye to him. Dr Meaghan O’Brien, as well as the whole team of nurses and admin were exceptionally helpful, compassionate and caring. This was the first time we visited the Hospital, they did not know us or our dog and yet we felt like we had family around us during the most difficult time. Our dog was able to spend his final moments in a loving environment. I could not speak more highly of them and would recommend anyone to see them as they will be sure to look after you and your beloved pets. Thank you Dr O’Brien and team who were there on Saturday 4th Nov. We’re forever grateful.

I have four cats that I have been bringing to this clinic for a number of years, the Vets and staff are always friendly and attentive, and the care that my cats have had is fantastic!

Very nice doctors that gives their best effort. Despite my cat still passed away during a sugary to remove a blockage in his small intestine, the doctors there still provided their best effort. Special thanks for the staff member, thank you for your effort to help my cat recover. Regards
