Walked into this store yesterday with my girlfriend to shop for an engagement ring. The store was empty, with 3 staff - 2 of which were having a social conversation. Went to the display where the 1 staff member was and she ignored us. We continued to look at rings and made our way over to the display where the 2 staff were and they didn't even bother to break from their conversation to serve us. It was absolutely rude and disrespectful that they took one look at us and didn't even bother. It ruined the mood for the entire day, as we felt we were going to get treated the same at other stores. Terrible service, never going again. If I could 0 review, I would.

Salma & Lindsay we’re by far the best jewellers we had visited across all the stores in Melbourne, they were sooo nice, welcoming, attentive, professional and accommodating to the point where we didn’t even want to look elsewhere once we got there, Salma is soooo nice and and there wasn’t a problem to big for her or a request that was too small which made us really impressed. Lindsay was by far the most knowledgeable jeweller we came across during our wedding ring hunt and made the the process soo easy and even fun and enjoyable and even made some recommendations that with the ordering process as we were quite restricted with time and even helped me find a 2 gifts which my wife ended up loving. Honestly I can’t say thank you enough to Salma & Lindsay to Chadstone we wouldn’t have been able to do this without you guys and I will definitely be back.

Ness helped me find my engagement/wedding combination today, she took the time to help me find my style and then provided alternatives based on what I liked, I am that picky person who needs to try on every combination and Ness was patient throughout the whole process!! It was a fun, easy experience, no pressure at all and she went out of her way to get rings in store for me to see! It’s been a great process so far.

Had an amazing experience with Lindsay and Angus at the Chadstone store. Had originally purchased a ring and a few months down the track changed my mind. We had not yet picked up the ring from the store. Lindsay and Angus helped us out and let us exchange the ring to the new one we had chosen. Haven't bought a ring yet, but my partner and I went ring shopping not knowing much about the whole process. Lindsey was there to help us and was very helpful and friendly. Quite disappointed with the service. Brought back an item that was gifted to me because a claw had snapped off to get it repaired. Without giving me an option, they said it was faulty and refused to return it to me. It had sentimental value to me and I would’ve rather kept the original broken piece, but they literally took it away from me and walked off with it so I couldn’t have it. They replaced it with a smaller size because they didn’t make the original size anymore and couldn’t pay me any difference given it would’ve costed less when it was first purchased (because there had been price rises). And this was after they made such a fuss about how they couldn’t connect to the systems of other stores, when all was required was a quick phone call to highpoint which they refused to do. Go to the highpoint store, because the pieces are stunning.

Customer service is so wonderful, they are such lovely ladies. My engagement ring is from here and I’m obsessed with it, I absolutely cannot recommend their stores and jewellery any higher! Thankyou 💞💞💞

I have a few Secrets Shhh items but my issue is when you have an issue. For Christmas my husband brought me the Bagette All Rounder Ring Which we had to return before even getting to wear it as one of the claws was broken. The Manager at Secrets Chadstone was lovely and did a swap on the spot however we don’t live anywhere near the store so it was over a 3 hour turn around with a young baby. Then I hadn’t really worn the ring at all and again same issue different ring. Again the Manager at Chadstone was lovely and we worked out that the claw was getting caught on their packaging/box. So we changed for another style. However I had to pay an additional $40 as when I brought the original ring I got 20% off and even though the new style I had to choose was cheaper at full price it was $40 more. In good faith I just wanted the process to be over and done with so paid the additional $40 when in fact I should have been refunded $100. That came just this week via post as it had to be resized. 2 and a bit weeks later. Whoever resized it has skimmed the gold. See attached image of ring and my ring which the band is now paper thin. At this point I am so over the whole quality, process and service of Secrets Shhh I contacted their head office and they suggested it does look too thin and for me to send it back and they will get another one custom made. That turnaround time would be about 10 weeks. Which is beyond unacceptable for a ring I was meant to have for Christmas nearly 6 months ago. Two days later after this suggestion they haven’t sent me a returns label which was promised or tried to come to any solution with me. I actually emailed them about another issue with another product I have of theirs and they got back to me within 3 hours. So obviously this case is all too hard and now I am stuck with a ring I cannot wear. I would never recommend their company or products now to anyone and will be telling anyone I can of my experience with them. As well as going to consumer affairs now to get a resolution!

Brought my wife a ring December 2020 stone have fallen out had it repaired even though it was under the 12 warranty they still insisted on charging me $200 to repair now 15 months later band snapped in half Very disappointed with quality This is there response Thank you again for your patience whilst our team have been conducting an assessment and review of your ring. (#RR014529). It has been determined that this product is not covered by our Warranty and/or Guarantee and is therefore not eligible for a return or a free of charge repair. Our Master Jeweller has determined that the current condition of this ring was caused by either: Accidental damage/exposure to unreasonable wear and tear Misuse or unreasonable treatment Due to the recent repair of this product (#RR009806), our Master Jeweller did closely examine the material used and the previous workmanship to ensure there were no faults or concerns with the quality. Once completed, our Jeweller was satisfied that there are no faults with the product itself, nor were there any concerns with the previous workmanship. The ring appears damaged as evidenced by the following: Visibly scratched band Multiple stones knocked out of place Unknown material/thread wrapped around the setting in the area requiring repair. (Please see the images attached) As mentioned, this repair will not be covered by our warranty and a substantial amount of resources and materials will be required to completely rebuild your ring due to the extensive damage. Our Jewellers have quoted $535.00 to restore your ring to its original condition. Please advise if you would like to proceed with the repair. This is the response i get after spending $200 on 1 repair now they are asking for $535 the ring was only 2 month after its repair They seem to shift the blame on everyone else besides there quality EVERYONE BE AWARE Never go back to Secrets

I could not have asked for a better service from Lindsay at the Chadstone store. I bought my ring in for resizing and unfortunately as the ring was returning to the store, StarTrack had lost my ring. Lindsey was incredible she went beyond my expectations not only did she replace my ring, but she kept me updated all the way. Highly recommended 10/10

On Sunday they were open with one staff only, we waited for more that 1hour and 30 minutes. That poor lady was all by her self, she looked so stressed and overwhelmed. A company like your should not allow their staff to work in such a stressful environment. I am discussed, you have not treat her as a human being. You company like yours don’t deserve to be open.
