We have worked with Ashia before and looked here initially because we really loved her kindness and professionalism; she's great. We moved specifically from one Mission Rock property to another, so we're definitely fans. The property manager, Carla, is very personable and friendly and really solidified the experience. The dog park is also exceptional and we're very happy so far:)

Moved back to the Kemah area, second time living here. The entire leasing team (Carla, Ashia, and Olivia) have been great to me and my dog. Took a tour of three units, selected the one I liked, applied on a Thursday, moved in on Monday. Pet friendly, pet rent is higher than normal but that’s beyond leasing teams control. I go to the office for coffee often on my way to dog park. My dog absolutely loves the dog park here. She runs the entire obstacle course they have set up. Pool is clean and hot tub has been great. There were issues with this the first time around I lived here. Small touch ups were done after turning in my move-in inspection sheet. Compressor on AC unit went bad in the first week and they immediately fixed it. JoJo in maintenance is awesome. Happy to be back in the area and living here again.

Carla and Ashia were the absolute best to work with. They made me feel welcome. The property is amazing with its close proximity to the marina. I can literally walk out my door, throw a football, and hit boats on the water (don't do this BTW). The residents were extremely welcoming on my first weekend. The apartment itself is amazing. Well done!!

Well my lease was expiring and went to meet with the amazing staff and talked to the Manager about renewing my lease. She made it so easy and was done in no time. I appreciate the staff as they are extremely helpful and friendly. This apartment is really nice and peaceful. I feel safe with the security gates and all my neighbors that look out for one another. They recently did some upgrades to the property and looks wonderful. I can guarantee if you live here you will be extremely happy.

Apartment shopping is dreadful, but I was lucky to walk into the office at the park at Waterford harbor! The staff is fabulous and truly cares about your questions, concerns, and communication. Ashia was patient and went back and forth with us with all of our questions even after leaving the tour. Also, they have a great manager Carla. They make you feel right at home.

I feel very blessed to join the committee in this beautiful place.since meeting Olivia and Aisha when I signed up last June. JoJo is a resident centered ( kind, competent, and respectful handy man and the neighbors, friendly and helpful.

I love living in this apartment community. The apartment is very nice & spacious.The gym & pool amenities are amazing. The apartment staff is very friendly & helpful & they always deliver exceptional prompt service. I’m very happy here & would recommend others to come & live here as well.

Went to tour the apartment and i would like to say that this community is pretty sharp, clean and well maintained. The leasing agent was very friendly despite our late arrival near closing hour. The Interiors are beautiful the only thing i could see lacking is the fitness center, very dull and out dated in comparison to other newer kemah/seabrook apartments. Would like to see the fitness center renovated and other modern apartment features and i think it would benefit the community greatly. Looking forward to calling this home in the near future !
