I only gave 1 star because I had to. I got a trashed sandwich. Looks a mess! I called and they want me to return for the 3rd time! I asked for the manager and in an unprofessional way was told I was speaking to him so I asked for the district managers name and number and was told he had no clue what it was! Is this how you run things in New Lisbon!

The employee in my photo provided 5-star customer service. GIVE HIM A RAISE! I dropped my cone on the way out and he was quick to make me a new one. He had a great sense of humor, too. Technique and size were great! Flavor was good. Would definitely return if I didn't live 4 hours away.

Gas station McDonald's usually are unpleasant for me but this one was an exception. Clean and comfortable seating. Friendly, patient employees. Food came out hot and the fries were crispy. The toys in the Happy Meal are outdated and didn't match the current theme but my son didn't care.

This is the worse fast food joint. There never open at 6 n they one guy always gets your order wrong. It’s better to go to the one in Mauston then this place.

I purchased 2 coffees 1,Frappuccino snd 1 ices coffee..I was told to purchase my items on the kiosk because it was easier for the workers, which I did. I was waiting for a while I went up to the front desk and lean over and no one was making my drinks.i asked why Noone was making them and the gentleman told me that they were behind because staff. I said ok well I wish someone would've told me.""""" Otherwise, I wouldn't have got them. Then I told them that they had 2employees just standing there and them one manager a female,long hair,girl that wears eye glasses, she started to hight toned me saying that she's calling other people to cone in and help .but she shouldn't have been yelling at the customers like that, and if her job it's to intense for her, then she shouldn't be a Manger. The other manager, the guy that was there he was awesome and talking normal to me.. as a worker should. I had asked for her name and she yelled at her own employees telling don't tell her my name which I stated to her that I was going to call corporate because of the way she acted not just towards me also towards her fellow employees!!.

So friendly! Hot fresh fries! And they were not stingy with the bacon on our sandwiches!

I ordered a singular hash brown on my app, and it took them 7 minutes to get it to me. I was also waiting at the counter for them to take my coupon, and I had to ask someone to come take my order... The employee took my coupon and went to get the manager, and when the manager got there she was extremely rude. She rudely asked for my coupon and in no way actually wanted to help. The employees in the kitchen were very unprofessional as well. They weren't even wearing uniforms, and even with long hair, they were not wearing hats or hair nets.

I’m traveling across all states . I’ve been In every state. I gotta say many McDonald location’s don’t serve you a fresh food. I know.. it’s spoused to be fresh, but unfortunately not every place are great. But this location, I was amazed how fresh and delicious double cheeseburger was. It blew my mind honestly. I don’t know if I got lucky. Buy thats how real McDonald it’s spouse to be! After trying food here, I just realized how bad food I was eating from other McDonald locations.

Enough is enough. This is hands down the worst fast food place I have ever been to. Countless times, it is always the same. Today I arrived at 0623, they open at 6. Sat at the drive-through kiosk for about 5 min and nothing, so I drove up to the window. I had to beep to get someone's attention. The lady told me they would be open in 5 min if I wanted to wait! She stated nothing was set up! So I went to the second window and waited as instructed. The same lady came back 10 minutes later and asked if anyone took my order......um no, still sitting here! Ordered, took 10 more minutes to get my food! The female manager was walking in as I was waiting. What a joke, it is like this every time.

This McDonalds will punish you if you use curbside ordering. You will be waiting a minimum of 20 minutes if it is 3 drinks or 3 cheeseburgers. At least 10 cars will have come and gone through the drive thru & the entire parking lot will have rotated at least once before curbside receives the order. This has happened frequently but due to injury I can't just "run in and grab it".

Quick, friendly service. Food was good and hot. Easy to get to, connected to a Shell gas station. Not a huge place but clean comfortable seating.

Love their cheese burgers with just ketchup. Just something about them. I know a 10 to 1 patty is really filling. So I usually order 2 for myself. And there staff is awesome to.

The employees seem nice but two days in a row they have forgotten an item from our order. These items were clearly on the receipt.. Quality checks seem to be lacking.

Inaccurate menu boards. They show orange juice in the meal photos right next to the price, then have an upcharge for it. May not meet the legal definition of false advertising, but it's an unethical practice and that's the reason for my review.
