I placed a mobile order to pickup. Arrived at 7:29pm. 5 cars in front of me. Ordered at 7:32pm. Got my food at 7:43pm. I usually go to a different location but since my last experience was so bad, I decided to try this location. I read the reviews from the last couple of months and noticed that most of the reviews are complaints of getting the wrong food or missing items. I also read some reviews that talk about mean/rude employees, so I video taped my experience just in case anything important happened. The car in front of me was handed a bag immediately as he drove up, he checked his bag and handed it back to the employee then we sat in the line for 7 minutes until this customer got his correct order. Meanwhile the app tracker goes from “being made” to “ready.” I intentionally checked my bag to make sure all of my items were in the bag. I didn’t realize that I should open each item to make sure it wasn’t old. Originally I was only going to dock 1 star for the hygiene of the young man at the window. His hair was so greasy, he needed to shower. He was also wearing a very dirty gray sweatshirt. Then I started thinking about how the customer in front of me was handed a bag, then the bag was passed back into the store. This is contradicting the reasons that the lobby is closed. This was definitely against all Covid policies. (I’m a nurse that worked in the hospital with Covid patients during the entire pandemic.) All of the stars were eliminated once I drove the 5 minutes to my house and took out the food. Please see pictures. I had 1 fresh taco. 2 of them were soggy and old, 1 of them was actually cold on my first bite, the shells were crumbled. Also I didn’t get a receipt. I want a refund.

I ordered a cheese quesadilla, and asked for extra sauce because most of the time it’s never enough. Unfortunately when i opened my quesadilla, i was faced with a tortilla filled with about a gallon of sauce. No cheese, just sauce. i went in for a bite anyways, just to see if the 5 dollars i had just spent was worth it, 5 seconds later there’s sauce all over me, dripping down my hands. You have lost a valuable customer today taco bell. Maybe it’s for the better.

This is the WORST Taco Bell location we have ever dealt with. Unfortunately it is one of the few fast food places in our area. They make our order wrong 9/10 times. It doesn’t matter if you order at the window or through the app, it never fails to be wrong. When you go back to get your correct items they treat you like you are the inconvenience with nasty attitudes/comments and then will STILL not make your items correctly. I have looked for information to find who owns this location with no luck thus far. It needs ALL NEW EMPLOYEES & MANAGEMENT. Today was our last time giving this location our money and I would recommend you drive to Snohomish or 128th for your Taco Bell needs. This location is a complete Dumpster Fire.

I know it goes without saying to check your bag before you go, but I just spent $20 there tonight only to open up my bag at home and find it filled with bean burritos that are a, not my order, b, waaaaay under the price of my order. Thought about going back but then I realized they never gave me a receipt. The drive thru wasn't even busy at the time.

I bought a sausage crunch wrap and there was no egg or hash brown inside ...if I wasn't on my lunch break,I would head back right now for a refund

My favorite Taco Bell Location, not stingy with the fixings and the Manager Jason has been the more then a decade. He is very professional and accommodating. Although some items have been forgotten in the drive thru which is understandable with all the hustle and busel during rushes, Jason has no problem meeting your needs in this type of situation. Thank you for bringing back the Mexican Pizza, Encharito, and Valcano Sauce!!!❤️

Every time I've been to this taco bell within the last few years something is wrong. Tonight was no different. I typically go to the 180th location since they tend to make things correctly but accidentally ordered from this location on the app. They served me a meat item instead of a black bean item despite ordering a black bean item (not customized, it's a menu item). Crunchy tacos were old and soggy. Just frustrating that's its so frequent and specifically this location.

Ordered online with Uber Eats and they forgot the majority of our $70 order. When I called them they told me they didn't give it all to the driver because they are busy. The Tabo bell employee then told me that I could come pick it up. So don't order from here. They are too busy to provide adequate service.

Fast service. Wish they would have e slowed down and gave me all the food I paid for however. Not ever going back there again.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Rude lady working at the drive thru. Big ego and attitude towards the customers, frequently raising her tone to me and offered to cancel my order due to some confusion that could've easily been solved. The rest of the staff was fine and respectful.

I ordered a cravings box and everything except my soda was wrong. There was no meat on my crunchwrap. The beefy five layer was So gross I couldn't finish it. The cheesy fiesta potatoes were Old and overcooked. Taco bell Is not great drive through food As is. It's cheap and filling but this was disgusting. After the customer service I received I won't be back to this location.

This location usually does a good job. Fast service in my experience and ordering with the mobile app here has been pain-free. They are sometimes out of stock on certain items but this is probably true of most locations right now.

The cashiers at Taco Bell have always been super nice and feel like people! Foods not the best but its a fast food place good for midnight munchies. Definitely a nice hang out space.

Cashier talks way too fast to understand what she’s saying and also works too fast that she isn’t building relationships with customers and is the wrong way to do business. Also, my Crunchwrap was one of the messiest I’ve gotten in my life. It constantly wanted to fall apart and was a huge struggle to eat

It's taco Bell....what can you say. Not even close to real Mexican food but it's been around forever. I would have given it 5 stars except I found out that Taco Bell no longer has green sauce for their burritos; only red. I'm bummed.

The cook was down right mean. Some other customers complained that the food was taking too long. She snapped, "They'll just have to wait." Then she burned my wife's quesadilla, seemingly on purpose. The kitchen was not clean. NEVER going back ... there are plenty of other options.

This place is constantly closing early. 2 nights in a row I sat in a 30 minute line only to find out I've been waiting to be told they "ran out of food" several cars ago. Worst fast food experience I've had, I just drive down the street to the next taco bell if I really want it that bad

Extremely refreshing to be able to go to a Taco Bell and see clean cut employees that are well mannered and give great customer service the food was very fresh and nicely wrapped no cheese or lettuce falling out when you open your food

This is a clean and efficient Taco Bell restaurant. The parking lot is small and not suited for slow people. The cars on 132nd are sometimes crossing a couple lanes of traffic and coming in hot. Taco Bell as a chain went from providing a cinnamon dessert to a bag of chips to nothing with your meal deal. Why did they lessen our value? It certainly hasn't gotten any cheaper. Inflation must be hitting them pretty hard. I might have suggested to not invest in the self service touch screen ordering centers and copy McDonald's. That technology will be outdated before anybody starts to use it. If we want to order on a screen, we will use our own phones. Thanks anyhow.

They're pretty fast and respectful. I had 4 doordash orders I needed to deliver from this Taco Bell in a row and all of them were instantly finished by the time I went to the last window. They're doing very good compared to many miserable fast food chains in other parts of the urban washington areas.

I come here 2 times a month and every time I go it always has problems, 3 different times they forgot some food that I ordered and a drink, their food was burnt, once it was even expired! It’s like the staff and manager are careless there no quality control 100% of the time they just throw it in the bag and make a mess I’m really disappointed and if there was a Taco Bell near this one I would 100% go there instead

Even when the food is fresh it's sometimes cold. Makes no sense. It's one of the better taco bells in the area otherwise.

They served me with kind tones a smile and happy workers. They were starting to get backed up but were still very kind and quick.

Food was nasty. The only good thing we're the tacos. That and apparently they could not take any cards from Chase. So over all not worth it.

Again the order was not complete, the sign on lobby door said open till 10 pm but 9:45 it was locked. Knock on door they just look at you would not come to door and would not answer phone. Long line in drive thru so left with order missing food. My review is for customer service not food quality

WARNING: We walked in there on a Friday around 7, and half of the 10 employees making food wore their masks below their nose. Very concerning especially for the drive thru people too! If one of them has covid, they could spread covid to a ton of people while they make food.

T he store was clean, I used the kiosk to order and enjoyed it a lot more then the guy/girl who is working in fast food. The order was fast I picked it up from the drone working(see above) who called my name I picked up the bag and nothing. No thank you nothing. Got in car drove home handed out the food which was still very warm and tasted great.

Food was good but 3 items advertised crunchy gorditos didn't have the ranch flavor.

I used to love eating the xx large grilled stuffed burrito, but then it got removed from the menu and replaced with much smaller burritos that taste the same as the xx large and costed about the same. The xx large was 3 times the size of those burritos but they cost about the same. That makes no sense and recently, the quality of the wrapping of burritos has been dropping. Please either add back the xx large grilled stuffed burrito or change the price on the burrito supremes.
