terrible
customer
service.
they
always
get
my
order
wrong
too,
which
is
unbelievable
because
its
AN
ONLINE
ORDER.
theres
no
“hearing
me
incorrectly”,
they
just
need
to
slow
down
and
read
the
orders.
it’s
ridiculous
because
my
order
is
just
a
bean
burrito.
like
cmon
guys
are
you
serious?
i
walked
in
the
other
day
to
pick
up
my
online
order
and
all
of
the
employee
just
STARED
at
me
for
5
minutes
without
saying
anything.
ridiculous.
i
think
all
of
the
employees
need
a
customer
service
training
course.
i
had
to
rate
at
least
one
star,
but
if
i
could,
i’d
rate
it
0/5.
There
is
one
employee
who
has
been
extremely
helpful,
he
is
usually
in
the
drive
through
and
seems
like
he
has
a
bad
leg.
He
is
very
kind
and
patient.
I
will
keep
my
rating
until
they
fix
themselves
and
their
customer
service.
also
i
don’t
understand
how
a
bean
burrito
is
$2
yet
a
cheese
quesadilla
is
almost
$5?!?!?!
a
bean
burrito
has
more
ingredients
(beans,
cheese,
sauce,
onions,
tortilla)
than
a
cheese
quesadilla
(cheese,
tortilla,
sauce).
it
makes
absolutely
NO
sense
that
it
should
be
$5.
Same
with
the
“cheesy
rollup”.
Less
than
$2
for
a
rolled
up
tortilla
with
cheese
in
it
but
$5
for
a
pressed
tortilla
with
cheese
in
it.
RIDICULOUS.
the
pricing
and
menu
make
absolutely
no
sense.
there
is
literally
no
reason
for
this
price
gouging.
