When this place was randomly chosen as a lunch spot by my co-workers, I had no idea I'd experience a rare occurrence. As other reviewers say, it is a hidden gem. The set up is pretty simple, you are here for a burger and some fries and that's what you get. Not any burger though. The bun is buttered and the smash burgers are fresh and hot and when you're trying to fight the heat, there's juice running down your fingers, but you don't mind because your taste buds are begging for more. Overall it was a satisfying experience and I was in need of a nap after it.

Yum yum yum yummmmmmm. I absolutely loved this place. I got the double cheeseburger with bacon and all the fixings and sauces. I was very happy with the flavors and the service. The lady was very nice and handled waiting to put in a to go order for us with no complaints or issues. The man who brought out the food was friendly and knew what we had and dropped it quickly to us. He was great and came back to double check that we were happy with everything. The tater tots were fire and crispy. I’ve liked how they did their cheese fries as it was just regular cheddar melted perfectly on top. I can’t wait to go back and become a regular. They were greeting all of the other regulars by name that walked in. That’s service.

We ate here on a Saturday afternoon around 1:30. Place was packed- a clear indication that the food was worth waiting for- and it was. 😁 The burgers were stellar. Fries were good and the kids enjoyed the retro style sodas. The place is small and definitely about the food not the ambiance. We really wanted to sit down and eat there; so we chose to wait about 20 minutes for seating; but lots of people took their food to go. The menu is super simple: Burgers. Single, double or triple. Choose your toppings, choose your fries and if you want a drink. We spent about $13/person for a double burger, fries, and a drink. Something interesting to note (and a lovely surprise for a fast food joint) the service was superb. Super friendly!

Ahhh this is hands down the best burger in Dallas. The folks here know how to season a damn good juicy burger. It's so perfect with the cheese 🤤🤤. I go for the double cheeseburger and it knocks me out. The fries here are good, but the tater tots come out crispy and hot. I love it. The folks here are also super friendly. Come here for the best and reasonably priced burgers. Yum yum.

If you’re craving a delicious burger, visit Sky Rocket! The place is your no frills kind of mom/pop place. It gets busy, so be prepared to park on the grassy area of the parking lot, and wait for a table (especially if you have a group larger than 4). This restaurant is counter served, but the lady working at the counter was super nice! Everything was absolutely delicious! Do not get greedy and order every and any sauce & roping to accompany your burger since they are complementary- it might end up tasting overwhelming (one of our friends did that and was disappointed in his burger). Anyway, the fries were hand cut and delicious, and the burgers were great! The small fries were more than enough for the both of us to share! I loved the old fashion sodas they had as well!

I'm a self proclaimed burger snob. I'm fortunate in that my job has allowed me to travel all over the country, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America. I've literally tried burger joints in just about every country I've been in. Texas imo generally has the best burgers followed closely by California and Oklahoma. I judge burger joints harshly and rarely give a burger joint more than an 8/10. The only 10/10's I've given are Alamo Springs Cafe in Fredericksburg, Texas and Grill'em All Burgers in Alhambra California. The Dallas area is fortunate to have several really good burger joints (one and only burger, kellers drive in, kenny's and liberty burger just to name a few). All of the aforementioned joints score from 8.5 to 9/10.. the highest concentration of quality burgers in Texas. My daughter goes to UTD and kept telling me how good this place was. So today i went to pick her up and stopped in. The burgers are fantastic, a solid 9/10, fries are great too, crispy, fresh made. The prices are good and burgers come out very fast. The drinks are all off brand cola's and when i was there, no sweet tea. Overall, of give this place s solid 8.5/10 the only dings being non-brand name drinks. This place is a solid, VERY HIGH 9/10. Their burgers are just that dang good! If you're a burger fanatic, you won't be disappointed in this place. (Edited due to owners response).

This restaurant is definitely a local place. Burgers are decent. The house sauce is really good. But, the staff is amazing. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. When we pulled up we were trying to make sure we were in the right place because it looked like an older building, but had so many great reviews. We figured out, it is definitely the staff. We will go back for sure.

This burger joint is one of the best I've tried. The meat tasted fresh and my wife said the fries had the perfect crunch. Although the beef patty lacked flavor, the sauce made up for it. Staff was very friendly. Dine-in experience was underwhelming with limited seating, but ordering to-go is an option. Highly recommended for a fresh, juicy burger.
