We
spent
2
nights
here
and
have
to
say
we
were
fairly
disappointed.
When
we
arrived,
we
decided
to
upgrade
our
room
to
a
suite
to
ensure
our
family
would
fit
comfortably.
When
we
got
to
the
first
room,
we
opened
the
door
and
to
our
surprise
it
was
the
original
room
that
was
booked.
Had
to
go
back
down
to
the
lobby
carrying
our
own
luggage.
We
were
greeted
by
the
same
front
desk
concierge
who
had
caught
her
mistake
and
had
already
had
the
new
keys
for
us.
They
did
give
us
a
$100
breakfast
credit
for
the
inconvenience.
At
this
point,
we
thought
things
were
looking
up.
Once
up
in
the
new
room
we
immediately
noticed
the
dust
all
over
the
table,
torn
enamel
off
the
built-ins,
stains
on
the
chairs
and
floors,
and
a
filthy
mess
behind
the
bed.
When
we
checked
out,
they
asked
us
how
our
stay
was.
When
my
wife
brought
up
the
concerns,
the
response
was
“oh
no,
we
will
have
someone
look
into
that”.
We
didn’t
let
this
ruin
our
mini
vacation,
but
will
probably
not
return.
