Lovely library set in quiet, idyllic gardens. Perfect for sitting and enjoying the surroundings or taking a moment from the hustle and bustle. The library itself is lovely and clean with ample space to loose yourself in a good book. Furthermore this library is child friendly with groups being held such as singing and reading time. Love this place to just retreat to.

A lovely library, but I must point out that certain members of staff definitely require customer service skills' training. Hopefully, this new skillset would lead them to realise that sometimes they have to break away from their cosy chats when a customer requires assistance. One particular person is downright rude, discourteous and ill-mannered. Of course, I realise they are paid the minimum wage and this could be a reason why they find it difficult to be polite and helpful. However, I don't visit the library to be glared at and spoken down to, I visit because I am a bibliophile and I'd hate to see such a delightful asset get closed down. I often put off visiting because I am a shy, introverted person who often finds visits outside my home traumatic, panic-inducing and detrimental to my mental well-being. I do hope things change as I love libraries; I have loved libraries since being a small child. I should not have to dread visits to my local library. Saying that, I will endeavour to visit again, maybe on different days, but if this apparent lack of passion for their career continues, all my books will all have to be sourced from bookshops. Please stop judging books by their covers. It's hurtful.

Fantastic library. Very accomadating staff. Beautiful building. Not sure about the car park one way paddles on the entrance.

Lovely staff; they are very helpful. The building and surrounding grounds are beautiful. If a book you want is not in stock, they will request it from another library.

Its a nice place to read a book or walk round the ground. They are changing the heating to be more green. It a brilliant place to learn to ride your bike.
