Room was as expected, bed was comfy. Some of my associates had to wait for towels and linen on check-in. The restaurant food quality was not up very good. Was served raw potatoes one evening and availability of certain items off the menu was also disappointing.

The rooms had leak marks all over the ceiling, the curtains had what looked like poo marks straight away. It was very dirty and they put a fan instead of AC. The lack of charging points was also disappointing!

We have had accommodation only for one night. Rooms were clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price for accommodation was acceptable with breakfast included in the restaurant, which is part of the hotel. Plenty parking available at the site of the hotel. Overall, I am very satisfied.

We enjoyed our stay, unfortunately on our first night, there was a massive lorry delivering stuff at 7.30am and it was very noisy. Our only other problem was that the rooms were very hot and only a fan to cool the room.

Staff are very friendly and extremely kind and helpful, so much so I will be sending them a personal letter shortly thanking them for helping myself and my mother. Rooms are very clean. Easily accessible via car as it is just off of some of the main roads in the area.

Hotel is tired and we experienced a bad start as the room was dirty with urine stains on the toilet and make up stains on pillowcases. To the credit of the staff they were helpfull and apologetic, and sorted out the problems, moved our room to which there was an immediate difference, we have been in various premier Inns all over, and this one is very tired, could do with updating, furniture in the rooms is old and tired, new curtains as they are faded and marked. Carpets are flat and look dirty in places guess well worn. The staff are excellent, they are helpfull and pleasant, and try to make things the best they can for you.

Stayed here twice now. Clean rooms, nice and quiet with comfortable beds. Ground floor rooms seem to be better than the first floor ones for some reason. Big car park with plenty of room for large vans. Brewers fayre attached has a good menu choice and breakfast usual decent premier Inn standard. Staff also very helpful and friendly. Would happily stay here again.

The best hotel receptionist I've ever seen, usual premier quality and tip top breakfast staff

Asif was the customer service agent and was absolutely brilliant. Premier Inn always lives up with their expectations. Well done 👏🏼 ✔️

Mix up between our table and another and food was cold with burnt potatoes and parsnips, some of us hadn't got starter by time others were finishing main, desserts were good

Good rooms, comfortable, nice and clean. Service was quick when we arrived and when we checked out the lady asked every customer how their stay was... which was nice. Good location just off the motorway. £15 taxi into Leeds and same again back. Much cheaper overall than staying and in town this particular trip, and of course free and convenient parking!

Really nice hotel very convenient location Really close to Leeds and Bradford Service was really good and it was nice and clean however you can hear a lot of external noises from the corridor which can be disturbing

Staying with my 2 young children as we were attending a family wedding. Leaving reception after checking in there was a strong smell of weed all the way down the corridor to our room. Then the level of noise from banging and shouting in the rooms and up and down the corridors until the early hours kept us all awake. At 2am the people in the room above us started banging and slamming doors and throwing things around the room having a fight, we could hear the swearing and threatening each other. Reported to reception but this went on till 4am at which point my youngest cried until morning that he wanted to go home. Not all Premier Inn's fault but definitely not somewhere I would stay if I wanted any sleep again.

As with most Premier Inns a good place to stay and to eat 😋 breakfasts in particular brilliant all you can eat and drink for a set price, sets you up for the day

It was ok but I think the bed in room 3 had seen better days the shower soap dispenser was empty, the toilet paper required a refill USB sockets that didn't work and a ripped lampshade. I could hear people clomping about upstairs Loved the blackout curtains.

Hotel is fab you always know you will have a good standard and this doesn’t disappoint, the problem is the Brewers fare next door’. “no food after 7.00pm due to staff shortage” I had paid for the meal deal too!! Very, very poor indeed.

Stayed for 1 night with my teenage daughter while visiting Leeds Uni. About 4 miles out of the city, which took us about 20 minutes. Quiet location and so much cheaper than city centre. Large free car park too. Lovely friendly staff. Lovely chap with a beard, sorry I didn't catch his name. He was in the restaurant in the evening and then served us our breakfast in the morning. We had a meal in the restaurant in the evening and this was ok, not great. We had a steak and salad and although the steak was cooked beautifully, the salad was a little limp around the edges, especially the slices of avocado. Breakfast was great. We went down around 8.30am and it was relatively quiet. Good selection of continental, coffee/tea and toast etc. Hot food was well cooked and very tasty. We stayed in a room on the upper floor. Nice and quiet, although the corridor floorboards do creak a bit 😀. Bedroom was clean and just what you'd expect from a premier inn, but this too was again, a little rough around the edges. Only one of the bedside USB chargers worked, the other side was snapped off inside. My daughter had to charge her phone at the desk. The air conditioning didn't seem to work either and we found it a little warm overnight, even with the window open, although there was a desk fan in the room. Part of the bannister finials missing in the stairwell and this is being held together with hazard tape. I stay in premier inns every time I go away in Britain and although I enjoyed my stay, it's not quite up to their usual standard.

Good Premier Inn Hotel, so rooms are clean, breakfast is very good and parking is easy. Nice quiet area with good access routes. Plenty of good pub/restaurants within walking distance.
