I would urge you to be very careful if engaging in treatments from Face The Future. My skin has become permanently discoloured as a result of a treatment there. It was some kind of laser treatment. As a result of my treatment from Face The Future I now have to wear make-up permanently which I never had to do before. Do be sceptical and do be careful. Remember these are not doctors, they;'re people trying to make money out of insecurity. My own insecurities have got a lot worse since I paid a fortune to Face the Future. Just be careful and take care.

Had my first IPL treatment with Melissa, I was abit nervous but she put me at ease and talked me through what was happening at each stage. Melissa is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the treatments. I would definitely recommend both Melissa and Face the future.

Having been a long standing customer and spent hundreds of pounds on products with this company, my telephone call to request some sun care samples for my sister was met with 'we do not send samples out unless you have purchased a product'. Not only am I extremely disappointed in the lack of recognition for a long standing customer, but this has left a very bad taste with me.

Wish /i had read other reviews before making the purchase. I am greatly disappointed with the service of the company (but not the products purchased). I made purchases over 150pounds and the website said I would receive a gift of 45pounds. I was not aware I needed to add the 'gift' product to the checkout, believing it would be sent by the company randomly. When I received my package, I did not receive any gifts. I emailed them and found the whole conversation very rude. They asked me to make another purchase (of any amount) for the offer to be activated. Very unpleasant experience as a first time customer. Not buying from them again :(

I have not ordered from Face the Future since my last order due to them sending me opened/used product (which also did not smell like the authentic product and it was not sealed when received) and their poor handling of the situation (I had email correspondence with Mia about this matter). They wouldn't send a replacement and wanted the original product sent back before they would even consider a refund or exchanging. They didn't offer to send packaging or postage for the exchange, which was very poor form. Why make your customers jump through hoops and incur added costs when your company sent inauthentic and used product sent in unsealed and ripped packaging? I went to down the street and physically bought the authentic product at a different retailer instead of wasting my time with this business. Totally ridiculous handling of the situation.

Ordered some creams online only then to cancel the Environ because of the invasion of one's private information to buy the product. I understood the need for some of them but no all. So reverted back to another provider. What saddens me further is that you cannot get hold of the team when called. Only then to be told that they will refund my money and send me an email. Still no confirmation of the refund/ no email. It appears they are keen to take your money without the goods being eligible for shipping as I had refused to answer some questions. Terrible service and ethics shown. I will never use them again.

I was looking to buy a couple of products from NIOD and I have found Face the Future to have a small discount on the brand, which was very welcomed! Shipping was quick (despite the busy December month and the pandemic) and they even included a small sample of the IS Clinical cleanser that I wanted to try (unknown to them), with a discount code included, a lovely surprise :) I will very likely look again at Face the Future when thinking about making another skincare purchase.

I have used face the future a few times so far and from the start till the end it was a swift and easy process. Prices better than somewhere else and speedy delivery. Fully satisfied and would recommend.

I had a Hydrafacial treatment done with Jessica and I can see and feel the difference in my skin already. Jessica explained everything she was doing and has a very calm and soothing voice. I felt so relaxed I almost fell asleep! The treatment itself is amazing, I would recommend it to anyone. It’s a lovely environment and the staff are so friendly and professional. Very disappointed in the cream i ordered online, not the product i was expecting to receive. When i asked for a refund i was palmed off to the manufacturer and gave up as it was made too difficult to get a refund. I would not recommend this company.

I purchased a ZO retinol with them in February 2023 and just noticed recently that the product expires in September 2023, which means that it only have six months of use after purchase. I contacted them and they advised me to continue using the product even after expiry date as long as I finish it within 12 moths of opening! I contacted ZO and they confirmed that this is not right, and they would not recommend it. However, Face the Future refused to take responsibility and insisted that I have plenty of time to used up the product. Please do not buy as their products are not up to standard quality and customer service team would not do anything to help.

I'm so glad I purchased from Face The Future as I'm now able to reunite with my favourite skincare brand, Theraderm. I was a little skeptical ordering from the site after reading some negative reviews but I'm glad I gave them a try. The delivery was fast and I also got free products (as shown in photo) and a discount code for my next purchase. I will definitely use them again for my next Theraderm purchases and more. If only I could give zero stars. AVOID! Like other reviews below I fell victim to the "claiming to have stock on their website and taking my money for products they simply didn't have". I had to chase them to ask where my order was and only at this point they informed me they had no stock. Unbelievably poor customer service . Then they tell me the fastest they can get my money back to me is 5 working days. Completely unacceptable considering I now need to go and purchase the product from a LEGITIMATE company. Such a poor way to do business. I urge anyone to go elsewhere.

I’ve been having laser tattoo treatments with Jessica at Face the Future for over a year now to remove two tattoos from my younger years that I’ve wanted gone for a long long time. The treatments have worked a treat as part of an ongoing course I took, and the results I’m seeing a year on are exactly what I wanted. Both my tattoos were very old and very dark, and have now pretty much gone entirely, with a few sessions remaining. Just Incredible. an honest company that sells authentic products, their website is easy to use and the pricing is consistent with the products. Please beware of other companies selling cosmelan and other mesoestetic products because last week unfortunately I was a victim of buying fake products that seemed so authentic from another website in uk. I have ordered quiet a few products from them over the years. This last order was a disaster, spoke to Beth was like talking to a wall. It took 4 emails and screen shot of their website lying that my order has been fulfilled. I dint trust that they well ever deliver no item after 11days past due its delivery date with false and dismissive response and wont listen to why i called kept speaking over me, of course i asked for my money back and of course they where even more petty by not returning my money instantly. I now have to wait another 4 days to get a refund.

I visited the face the future pop up shop in Leeds Trinity and was greeted by a warming smile :) the person I spoke to was really friendly knowledgeable and answered all my questions to get booked in on the following Sunday. Really appreciated her help I forget her name but hope she sees this. The excellent customer service continued on the Sunday as Kimberly allowed my Mrs to breastfeed downstairs before her appointment. The hydro facial was amazing and we would highly recommend. I came to Melissa on recommendation and have not stopped recommending her since to others! I was so nervous but she made me feel so comfortable, and at ease.
