Such friendly staff, great service and amazing tea. Had the peach fruit tea with mango and passion fruit popping bubbles. So yummy can't wait to go again

A very good bubble tea shop where the staff are very friendly and helpful and explain the taste of the drinks. The taste of the drinks is also very good and it is a magic drink that can make you feel happy. You can also win a lucky red packet 🧧with the purchase of certain drinks. (I got a free drink hhhhhhh😆)

I wouldn't recommend it. That we had two different boba teas, it was bland and flavourless - it was like we were drinking water with a hint of flavour. We didn't enjoy it at all. We end up throwing them away - waste. I'm sure other places can offer boba tea of excellent quality. However, the staff are lovely and fun! It's just boba tea that let us down!

I went to cupp today and was served by two lovely girls, Sana and Yasmin. Amazing service! They took time recommending drinks and the mango milk tea was delicious!

I decided to stop by to get some boba tea here yesterday as it had been a while since I've had it. Service was terrible. The 2 servers (a young black man and a hijabi girl) were too busy having a chit chat to even notice or hear me when I was trying to ge their attention. Because they hadn't heard me at first, I didn't really mind because there were no customers and it was prolly quite boring. But as I was checking the menu and asking questions regarding my order, I kept having to 'interupt' her conversation with the other server which made me feel reluctant to ask further questions. They were conversating quite loudly about 'being unloyal to their partners' which is highly inappropriate to discuss while serving a customer and very unprofessional. I don't usually write reviews, nor do I complain cos I ain't a Karen, but no customer should feel like they're causing disruption or interfering by simply making an order. Onto the drink, when ordering I had told the female server that i would like to have a brown sugar milk tea with tapioca pearls. After making me pay, she had then told me that there was very little tapioca pearls left. When asking me if I'd like my drink warm or cold, I had requested my drink to be warm. It was served cold. The tea had also been so overfilled that when I had peirced the straw through, the milk went all over me. I guess they were too busy talking about their personal lives than to pay attention the drink they were making. The purpose of this review isn't to give this shop a bad rep nor the servers. It's just clear that their customer service isn't good, as seen in the other reviews. As a student, these treats are usually rare for me due to the high prices. So having this sort of experience does make me feel hesitant to come back. I understand that it can be a little boring when the shop is empty, but the customer shouldn't have to deal with the consequences :/

The BEST BUBBLE TEA in Bradford!! These guys know how to serve proper Bubble Tea. Their Brown Sugar Premium is the best! Mango Fruit with extra Sugar is sooooooo good! Fresh ingredients gives you a fresh, healthy, tasty Drink. Highly recommend to everyone! Thank you CUPP!!

Had so much trouble with deliveroo and uber eats. However, when I contacted them, they were so accommodating in making sure that our orders were put through, by giving me alternatives and solutions. I could really see the genuine care for their customers and on top of that the milk tea’s were amazing! A new flavour that you cant find anywhere else - Matcharo (matcha and taro together). Soo super enjoyed it!

I don’t usually write reviews but the customer service here has been really good. Specifically, the Asian girl wearing a hijab is super friendly. The teas are great, and my personal favourite brown sugar milk premium is one of the best brown sugar boba teas I’ve ever had :)

Unfriendly service. Served by an Asian girl who made absolutely no effort to smile which was quite off putting. The regular sized bubble tea was more like an extra small cup. Overly priced at £4.50 for such a small drink designed more for a toddler. The straw practically fell apart as it was made out of paper and it wouldn’t even pierce the cup. A complete joke. I do not recommend and it certainly isn’t value for money.

I was served by Rida who recommended me the mint chocolate cloud hot and her choice was amazing absolutely loved it!!! Friendly service from her and the other boy on till :)

ordered and paid £25 for 3 bubble teas and the straws were missing. Waste of money. How do you expect me to drink it? With a spoon? Had to use a spoon to take out all the tapioca. The bubble tea was nice, but it was just the straws we needed to drink it. Ruined the experience.

Tried bubble tea for the first time and it was a 10/10. The girl serving us called sarah was lovely and recommended us a drink to try.

I went to Cupp for the first time and it was the best brown sugar i’ve ever had! Hamnah was so smiley and friendly, deffo would recommend. I will be coming again 👍👍👍👍👍

Had an issue with drinks, then rang up the store and spoke to Sara. She was super helpful and offered to remake them when I next stopped by. The drinks she made were perfect. She’s an asset to the company.

Amazing taste. 2 stars taken away for drink gotten wrong thrice by two different servers!! Had to wait 25 minutes to get 2 drinks- no apologies or empathy either. Reply: the lady made wrong teas - both- just handed them to me. I said " this is not what I ordered " she took them back reluctantly while giggling. Went back and while she was making them again.. I saw she added different boba and added coca powder which I didn't ask so I said out loud " I didn't ask for those two things" she then giggled some more. Discarded the teas. The other girl took over and asked if I could show them a recipe again which I did. She made the teas and again added yhe wrong boba and then got frustrated. She said to me " please shout out tapioca and NO COCO when you see me making your order its about the 4th one in line" - I thought this was strange yo ask ME to make sure my order was correct however I had been standing now AFTER placing the order for a good 25 min ( line was another 10 or 20). So I did do that and finally after frustrating 25 min or so got my two bobas which were literally - brown sugar premium no coco with coconut and brown sugar premium no coco so not sure what was so confusing.

The best bubble tea in Bradford! The service and quality is amazing, and not to forget to mention the welcoming and friendly staff! Sarah is absolutely a joy to talk to and be served by! 10/10 for me!!

It was so bad . I ordered Thai milk tea and tasted like nothing and the drink was so bitter and weird and the boba was so hard

I came in to Cupp Broadway and I was served by two lovely girls called Sana and Saarah who were absolutely amazing and their customer service was brilliant. I can’t wait to come back and the drink they recommend was 10/10 thank you girls

Absolutely splendid customer service and bubble tea was proper sick probably best on the planet. All the ladies who were doing the workings were very lovelies and kind and treated me nicely and did good. Amazing place

I bought one bubble tea and I had to wait for 15 minutes because the lady was doing another things, my bubble tea wasn’t good and she was rude I was really excited to try this bubbles tea but I think you need to improve your customer service. I don’t recommend this place for the customer service quality.

Great tea and friendly staff, yet they make the order wrong pretty much every time - you ask for no ice then you’ll get the ice, or completely different drink. They do change it with no problem at all, but using anything possible to open up the lid again, so you end up with drink in which the person washed their fingers, and everything else with which they try to open it ( just use some clean knife…) , so it’s better not to ask to change it I guess.

I've had a terrible experience here and it is with great regret that I am writing this. I walked in and nobody greeted me, and when I got up to the counter nobody asked to take my order which was very disheartening. I had to wait 5 min until someone noticed me and he were very flippant, irritated and impatient when he asked me what I would like to order. After I ordered a simple drink, I had to wait another 10min just to get an order that wasn't mine. I am very upset and I will not be coming back here again.

Had the worst experience today was served by a male and he didn’t even seem bothered and was so rude. The drinks where disgusting and highly do not recommend. The wait time for my drink was ridiculously long. The store was so dirty and they wouldn’t even clean up behind themselves and I didn’t once see them wash their hands the whole time I waited for my drink. Cupp is a btech version of Kin Thai which is so much better.

Amazing bubble teas! We got the 'brown sugar premium bubble tea' and the limited edition 'mint chocolate' bubble tea, they were both delicious! Very authentic flavours and they weren't too sweet either. Best bubble teas in Bradford, highly recommend!
