This is my first time getting bespoke jewellery and it felt daunting to even make any appointments. However, Ling and team were very pleasant to work with! Decided there was no need to wait since I really loved the vibe of this place, and had found a design that I was sure of, so I went ahead to purchase it the next day. Based on the overall professionalism of their service, I was quite sure the ring would turn out well, and it indeed was to my expectations when we collected it (and my fiance loves it!). Each time I came back (whether it was for collection, resizing, etc.), Colleen and her husband Andrew also took the time to be really welcoming and we'd always have a nice chat. It was clear throughout the entire process that they never tried to push any purchase onto my partner and I. Would highly recommend this place. In fact, I've recommended it to two friends, one of whom has made his purchase already! My fiance and I will be back for the wedding bands!

I knew I wanted a customised engagement ring from the start, and I loved the whole process of design from start to finish with Andrew & Ling! The couple were so warm and meticulous throughout this whole process - when I wasn’t sure what design I liked, Andrew was really patient - he took out many pieces he had a hunch I liked based on some designs I showed him. He let me try them on until something caught my eye. He also knew exactly what color of aquamarine I was looking for 😊 Ling was a great listener and her years of experience really helped me craft a ring that I fell in love with. Not only did she pay careful attention to the design I liked, she was also careful to ensure that the precious stones were well set so that they are stable and will not fall off easily. Needless to say, we immediately went back to craft our wedding bands with them. It was challenging to create a wedding band that matches my engagement ring - but Ling pulled it off. The thickness of the band, how the stones were set, the unique shape of double band fits perfectly and seamlessly with my engagement ring. I can’t wait to wear it already 🥹 My fiance was also quite clueless about what type of ring he wanted initially but Ling was great at helping him narrow down his choices to something he liked too! The experience of my fiance and I was nothing short of stellar. They were the smoothest transaction we had through our entire wedding experience. Ling Jewellery is small shop in 100am, run by a husband and wife duo. When we walked in, first thing we noticed was the number of different ring designs. You will likely find something you like so please look around first. Everyone there was nice but we were mainly taken care of by Andrew. He made us feel comfortable right away and never once tried to push us into buying anything. He was really patient and explained all our queries, down to sizing and all our options. This rare creature called customer service resides in there in this shop. They are serious in their business and take pride in their work. In some brand name shops, they charge a high price but the staff doesn't know much about their products, here, you will notice a difference. They have the expertise and will tailor to your needs and budget so don't be shy. I highly recommend any wedding couple in the planning process to give them a try. We had quite a short timeline as our wedding date was less than 2 months away. Ling Jewellery delivered excellent service and quality jewellery. This is a way long overdue review! Sorry Ling! Hope you still remember this lovely piece you did for us :) We bought our wedding rings from Ling towards the end of 2020 for our wedding in May'21. My wife and me went around the famous Tanjong Pagar stretch of jewellery shops but we weren't too impressed by the service. Most if not all of them were along the lines of "give me what design you want, we'll do", also, they have a limited selection of items to view. Ling Jewellery was actually our last stop for the day and we weren't too hopeful due to the earlier experiences. However, the visit to Ling was absolutely wonderful. As she designs and produces her own jewellery, there was a large selection of rings at her store which we could draw inspiration from. My wife and me went in 'blind' without any idea of how we envisage our final wedding rings. The design with Ling was like a journey rather than a process where she showed us various designs, live models and inspirations which we could draw inspiration from. Only took us a few hours for us to design our final wedding rings thanks to Ling's professional and expert advices! If you're looking for a place for any jewellery related, Ling Jewellery will definitely be the only place you should visit!

Ah where do I start? I came across Ling Jewellery many years ago and kept her in mind for when I was ready to reset my engagement solitaire ring.i didnt think of any place else. Fast forward 10 years later and so glad I got to consult Ling and reset my ring. They absolutely nailed it with the consultation, design, workmanship and vision. Bought the men's wedding ring from Ling. Ling was patient to go through all the designs with my fiancée to make sure its what she like as it was her first time. However the design that my fiancée liked was already bought by our friend so we didn't buy any. The men's ring was modern and sleek, couldn't find it anywhere. Most importantly it's comfortable! Deserve 10 stars if this option is available. Got the engagement ring customized for my wife in June '2022 and Ling was very patient and to listen to my design concept and even suggest improvements. With a tight timeline of 1 month, she still manage to get it done on time before my proposal. The result was magnificent as shown on first photo. Ling was located at 100am then. 6 months later, me and my wife decided to ROM in Dec 2022. Since my then fiancee was very satisfied with her engagement ring, we decided to come back to Ling for our wedding bands! This time round, her new shop is now at 111 Somerset. Ling never fails to deliver and we were again very satisfied with how our wedding band turns out! Please refer to 2nd photo, our names and dates are engraved in such intricate manner on microscopic surface. So if you want something special than those jewellery off the shelves at reasonable price, you should definitely pay Ling a visit. Please give her ample lead time prior to collection if you want a great job done. Thank you Ling for being part of our love journey, from regular couple to now husband and wife!

My first time in a jewellery shop and i was blown away by the world-class service here. Ling and Andrew were most attentive and patient to listen to my requests, and helped customise to the rings to utmost perfection. The bands turned out so lovely and we absolutely loved them

Went to Ling Jewellery to purchase wedding bands. The shop has a nice atmosphere with a very personal approach and has all kinds of very nice designs. We were assisted by Andrew, to whom we expressed our wishes, and he provided us some good suggestions and guided us through the design process, sizing, and the choice of materials. The turnover time was quick (didn’t have to wait for like 4 months), and the prices were fair and reasonable for custom designed bands with high quality materials. When collecting the bands, we were very happy with the results – they really looked better than expected! A very good overall experience and excellent results.

Went to checked out Ling Jewellery recommended by a friend and I had no expectation on how it would be like. Ling is very professional in her work and was very patient in explaining the gemstone to me even guiding me through the whole process from ring size and design! After days of consideration, I decided to go back to get the ring as I really love how customer-oriented they are and most important is that their gemstone is very beautiful. Working with her was an effortless experience from start to end, and the ring’s truly exceed’s our expectations! Ling was always generous with her time and knowledge throughout this process. She took the time to understand us, our preferences, and exactly what we were looking for, so she could properly advise us. She was at all times on top of every last detail. She never gave us any reason to doubt that we could entrust her with such a significant part of our wedding. We are glad to have been able to customise our bands - something unique and meaningful, but also functional (you'll thank her for this later on). The final product turned out as promised and we were very happy with the outcome, the quality and value! We'd go down this route (vs. shopping ready made) again if we had to.

I paid half the deposit and let Ling and her team do their magic. Although I wasn't in a rush, Ling messaged me four months later to let me know that the ring was ready. The process of arranging a pickup was easy, and I went to their new shop to collect the ring. I was blown away by how beautifully the ring turned out. The craftsmanship was exceptional, and the ring was even better than I had imagined. My fiance and I were recommended by a friend when we looking for a bespoke jeweler that specializes in gemstones for our engagement ring. We were served by Andrew who guided us patiently in the ring-making process. He was very knowledgeable and gave us good advice on possible ring design options as we browsed through their selection of gemstones. Andrew is a true storyteller. When we presented him with a conceptual idea of how we wanted our ring to be, he was able to enhance it and make the ring truly ours by incorporating symbolic elements that represent my fiance and myself. Despite being busy with their move to their new location, they completed our ring way ahead of time and arranged for the collection in a make-shift location as the new storefront wasn't ready yet.
