Visiting this morning and being served by Amanda at my local Starbucks, and I cannot say enough good things about her. Her exceptional service deserves a perfect five-star rating. From the moment I walked in, Amanda's warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and valued. Her genuine smile and positive energy created a delightful atmosphere that set the tone for a fantastic experience. Amanda's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. She took the time to listen to my order and made personalized recommendations that exceeded my expectations. Her genuine care and friendliness created a welcoming environment that had me coming back. Amanda at Starbucks deserves every bit of praise for her exceptional service. Her friendly demeanor, attention to detail, efficiency, and genuine care for me makes her a 10/10 and this specific location deserve a 5 star review . Lexi was awesome! I haven't been to starbs in a while and she had the best coffee suggestion! Bathrooms were clean, and it was spacious- perfect for doing school work or small meetings. Great location, great coffee, and very kind staff! So glad I stepped in

This is my go to Starbucks location! Everyone here is super friendly and remembers their regular customers! I also find that this location does a better job of making the drinks than others. Highly recommend!

The greatest Starbucks in Jersey!! I don’t do fast food but I do enjoy stopping at Starbucks from time to time.. when all the beautiful people from Turnersville moved to this bucks I followed with good reason!! This store has some of the sweetest & most amazing employees ever!! I do wish I had everyone’s name because they’re truly some gems!! Elisae you literally turned a very long, miserable, & stressful day into the best.. thank you for caring & making me feel special!! P.S. thank you guys for always making my pink drink perfect.. & waiting till I get close to the window to warm my croissant😉 Update: Jewel is the other most amazing person!! Months ago I stopped in on my way to work, while they were getting my order together she asked what I did for work, it was refreshing, because not only did she ask, but she actually seemed genuinely interested, by the end of our conversation she thanked me for the work I was doing and gave me a cake pop.. that was the absolute sweetest thing!! It’s so nice to find places where customer service & customer appreciation still matters!!

Very long line at the drive thru. I ordered a plain ice tea with turkey on Ciabatta, plus a puppiccino for my standard poodle 🐩. The sandwich 🥪 was just okay. But what really shocked me was how small the puppiccino was. My dog got 2 licks out of it 😒 I highly recommend going to dunkin donuts for their puppiccino instead.

My order was messed up, I was told by the lady at the drive-thru, they cannot take the food back from me and to keep it. She asked me to drive to the other side, they would bring it out to me. A different lady, with the tattoos down her arms, brought me the food after redoing the order, but ask for the old sandwich back, which was weird. After I had it in my possession drove to the other side, why would you request it back? She claim she would throw it out, which I could've done myself. Idk, it was more like it would be reserved. How did she know I still had the sandwich? Are they suppose to act as if they are not supposed to accept the merchandise back while at the window, but when no one is looking outside around the corner ask for it back. I definitely do not feel comfortable ordering from here again after handing over the food to her.

My family and I have been going to this location for awhile. This morning we were told that because they were out of regular straws that our only other option was purchasing 2 additional reusable straws for our drinks. Drinks are roughly 6-10$ why would I assume that a piece of plastic straw is non negotiable. I think we were a little annoyed that’s service. The person at the window was stating that it’s pretty common for them run out of straws, so my question is if it’s that common than why do you force your customers to purchase them when it’s a necessity. My Cookie Crumble Frappe can’t be drunk without a straw..

It is quite apparent that the conversion of Starbucks' from a brand known as a comfortable place to sit and enjoy a latte with friends, is quickly being replaced with the new faceless culture of call-ahead drive-through service, or, order from an app, and pickup at the counter, with as little interaction between staff and customer as possible.

Giving some praise to the team specifically on 08/27/23. It was SUPREMELY busy and everyone was still super friendly and upbeat. I can tell everyone was communicating with each other and getting it done! Extra shout out to Carson who was rocking through the mobile orders like a champ. It's not easy this time of year and you gotta give credit where credit is due.

Miss. Michelle was a awesome Barista ♥️ She was very helpful while I was ordering and offer us an amazing friendly customer service . Usually the lines are long but I have had the pleasure to encounter with awesome Baristas at this Starbucks! Miss. Michelle made my night with her kindness and great vibe ✨ Also the other guy who was there working along side awesome Team Work ♥️ Didn’t get to see the other Baristas name .

I went through the drive thru today and ordered a Venti 5 shot soy white chocolate mocha. I was handed a grande cup with espresso in it. I told the girl I ordered a white mocha. She argued that I wanted a latte. Ok. This still wasn't a latte. She then took the espresso, poured it into a venti cup added whatever steamed milk and handed it back to me. No White chocolate and not soy milk. So bad coffee and bad service. Thanks for the high priced awful experience. 😞
