I went as a new patient and found out when i got there that cleanings arent done on your first visit. A temp took my xrays and then the dentist saw me for less than 5 minutes, told me i had no cavities, and sent me on my way. I havent had a cleaning or visited a dentist in several years so I was surprised. Three months later i decided to book a cleaning and second opinion at a different dentist closer to my office because I kept experiencing sensitivity. I called and asked Dental Solutions to email my xrays and visit summary, but they only sent the panoramic and nothing else. The new dentist I saw redid the Xrays, free of charge, because the previous ones were apparently very bad. After the cleaning, the dentist spent about 20 minutes or more with me. They confirmed a crack AND cavity in my one tooth and referred me to an oral surgeon for a concerning mass that they said was present on both sets of xrays below my molar. This is some pretty serious stuff that was missed and no way it developed in three months. Is Dental Solutions just farming patient insurance? I dont even feel like I saw a dentist there.

Taylor cleaned both my daughter and son’s teeth. My daughter is 6 and my son is 5. She made them feel so comfortable while also making what could be a terrifying experience into a fun one! My son was jumping in the seat for his turn after he watched his sister go! Thank you for such a positive dental experience! Taylor was so patient and sweet with my kids! She was also very knowledgeable!

The staff are absolutely amazing, they are so helpful and genuinely want to support you with getting your needs met. The dentist I saw was kind, courteous and explained everything that was happening as did her assistant. I was 36 weeks pregnant when I was seen for a crown fitting and they could not have been more accommodating to make sure I was comfortable, got breaks if needed and supported. I cannot say enough about what a wonderful dental practice this is and that is saying a lot for someone with a crippling fear of the dentist.

Horrible experience. My 22yr old daughter took my 16yr son for an emergency appointment due to pain and swelling. My son was seen and they were told to come back at 2. His tooth had broke and needed to be removed. He explained it as a “rusty nail penetrated in your foot.” They went back at 2 and were then told I needed to send an email stating my daughter can stand in for me. I sent the email. Five minutes later my daughter called me while next to the dentist. My daughter was saying the dentist was now asking for me to be there or to provide a POA or he wasn’t going to take my son. Unfortunately, I wasn’t in a position where I could just up and leave my job. They had no problem seeing him earlier without me. I could hear the dentist say to my daughter, “I don’t know why she can’t just leave her job?” “Do you know what a POA is? Do you know it needs to be notarized?” Meanwhile I’m flabbergasted by his unprofessional, disrespectful behavior. Once I started yelling on the phone about his behavior he started walking away and said, “Now you can come back when you have a regular appointment.” Then wrote a Rx for antibiotics. Had they stated at the initial 9am appointment that I needed to be present I could have made accommodations to leave work. The disrespect and unprofessional behavior was uncalled for. They didn’t have a POA to see him initially or to give him a Rx yet there was no issue then. Needless to say I’ll never be back.

Everyone in the office was friendly and a delight! From the receptionist, office staff, dental assistant and dentist!! The Dental Assistant taking my X-rays did an awesome job .. making me even forget at moments I was getting a full mouth series of X-rays .. it was such a smooth process.. My Dr was wonderful! Very down to earth and great chair-side manner. I highly recommend this dental office. It has a small town, and personal type of feel, with the big city benefits and experience.

Dr Gacita is wonderful. He explains the procedure he is doing very clearly. The whole staff at Dental Solutions Voorhees are very helpful and pleasant to talk to.

Dr. Gacita hands down the best, I literally wanted to cry in the chair when he delivered the news to me. He assured me everything was going to be fine and verbally walked me through the next steps.
