I
went
as
a
new
patient
and
found
out
when
i
got
there
that
cleanings
arent
done
on
your
first
visit.
A
temp
took
my
xrays
and
then
the
dentist
saw
me
for
less
than
5
minutes,
told
me
i
had
no
cavities,
and
sent
me
on
my
way.
I
havent
had
a
cleaning
or
visited
a
dentist
in
several
years
so
I
was
surprised.
Three
months
later
i
decided
to
book
a
cleaning
and
second
opinion
at
a
different
dentist
closer
to
my
office
because
I
kept
experiencing
sensitivity.
I
called
and
asked
Dental
Solutions
to
email
my
xrays
and
visit
summary,
but
they
only
sent
the
panoramic
and
nothing
else.
The
new
dentist
I
saw
redid
the
Xrays,
free
of
charge,
because
the
previous
ones
were
apparently
very
bad.
After
the
cleaning,
the
dentist
spent
about
20
minutes
or
more
with
me.
They
confirmed
a
crack
AND
cavity
in
my
one
tooth
and
referred
me
to
an
oral
surgeon
for
a
concerning
mass
that
they
said
was
present
on
both
sets
of
xrays
below
my
molar.
This
is
some
pretty
serious
stuff
that
was
missed
and
no
way
it
developed
in
three
months.
Is
Dental
Solutions
just
farming
patient
insurance?
I
dont
even
feel
like
I
saw
a
dentist
there.
