Absolutely no parking for anyone with a trailer. And I’m not talking about a large semi trailer. Just a small cargo trailer with a small pickup pulling it. The closest parking is across a 4lane road with no safe way to cross. The designers and owner have absolutely no idea of how to layout a parking lot. Not everyone drives a 2 seater car in today’s times. Y’all need to get with the times. What a joke.

I was stopped before I even got to the speaker. Great service right! We it was until I got to the window and once I pulled off with my bag I realized that I had a bowl instead of a box. I immediately went back inside to have the problem corrected and to my surprise, I was told that my food was not going to be corrected nor was I offered a refund. I paid for a meal that I didn’t eat. Mind you, the past couple of times I visited, my fries were cold and out of inconvenience I just kept them and threw them out. I have been patronizing this location for over a year due to my job being here. I normally order via the app but due to my fries being cold every time I decided to go through the drive-thru. I stopped by for a salad and order nuggets instead, I should’ve went with my first mind.

This Chick-fil-A is funny. If your a VET,Service member and or first responder possibly both.I wouldn't go here again simply because they just tried to B.S my Husband. When it was time to pay we asked for a military or First responder discount mind,we all have ID's that can verify.The young lady that took our order was sweet and the Maneger on shift must have been lazy or somthing😂.Keep in mind FT.Liberty/Bragg is 2 hours and 30 minutes away...What made it clear that they were trying to B.S us is that the maneger said you have to be in uniform...THAT MAKES NO SENSE...the installation is almost 3 hours away.Your not supposed to wear the uniform unless your working 🙄.To top that off They got the order wrong as well. Your better off going to the one a few exits down.We stoped through there no problems once so ever the food was great! The service was way better They definitely got our order right over there as well.I would reccomend skipping this location, I rather not be lied to by the people making my food🙅🏽‍♀️. (The young lady that took our order was very sweet she just missed some details but she tried it was hard for her to hear.😇) Side note my chicken nuggets were undercooked...

This is the nicest chick- fil- a I've ever experienced. Service, food, friendliness, cleanliness, all an A+.

We stopped here while traveling, and they did a great job. We dined in, and before my mom got the table, they were bringing her food. The guy was walking behind her practically. Everything was fresh, and the restaurant was clean. I had a larger order for multiple people, and we still got our food quickly. This location is much better than the ones I live near.

Nice...friendly staff...kept next available table clean for the next patron... neat indoor kid play area. Love the Waffle Fries!!! 😋

Great food and atmosphere as always but the staff seemed distracted. There were four staff members chatting while I waited to be served. Then I had to repeat things to them several times. They are usually better but need to keep teaching professionalism to their staff. Would definitely visit here again.

This has become my “go to stop” on my yearly trips to Sparta. Staff is polite, food is fresh and the restaurant is clean. I’ve gone about 5 times of 2 different visits to North Carolina and I have no complaints. One of my favorite Chick-fil-As to eat at.

Excellent - short line when we arrived, they handled us quickly, excellent food. Love the original chick sandwich with extra pickles, and sauce. We got fruit for the side - and it was fresh and really good. The Cobb chicken grilled salad was also really good. Loves it.

Very busy and very efficient! The line at the drive through moved quickly! Friendly people and good food.

Wish every fast food was 1/4 as good as chick-fil-a. Love that employees have maners and they are always well staffed and everyone is on alway on there game. Good job yall please buy out your your competitors and train them

I love going to chickfila for a quick and delicious meal. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they serve the food in no time. The chicken is juicy and tender, and the fries are crispy and salty. The sauces are amazing too, especially the honey mustard and the chickfila sauce. It's always a satisfying experience at chickfila.
