Sorry to say this location has gone downhill with all the barristers afraid to call out my order name because they’re don’t want to miss pronounce it, lol Yes B.L.M

A bit of an inconvenient location with a pretty weird building and entrance, but once you get in it looks pretty good. The food tasted as good as you'd expect and there were no issues with picking up.

I had a frustrating experience at the Starbucks in Mayfield. They lacked an ingredient for my usual drink, and when I suggested a reasonable replacement from their available options, they insisted on charging extra. Despite explaining that the replacement was cheaper and that other Starbucks handle it differently, they stuck to the absurdity, leaving me dissatisfied with the service. So I purchased nothing. I wonder how much money that particular starbucks is losing these days. Starbucks offers a premium service with their drinks. I pay anywhen form 4.65- 8.50 for a drink. If I'm doing ad-ins, I don't mind paying for them. Being told that they're missing items but they want to charge me more to replace them is ridiculous. What was really annoying was being told that it's because of inventory purposes. Lady, I've watched you people make your own drinks and concoctions and throw them away. Where is inventory on that?_____Below is the review I gave 4 years ago. With 3 🌟 stars. The drinks are okay but they're not always full. The service is mediocre. I've come here a few times and it is usually about the same. If I can make it to a different Starbucks I do not stop. I'll even go to extra 10-15 minute drive to have better service. In the picture is a green tea frappuccino with coconut milk.

The tomato and mozzarella focaccia sandwich is my goto! Definitely in the oven if they have it! I am not really a coffee person so I don’t have any recommendations on that.

Had an extremely rough week, came 20 min before closing and felt awful. I think his name was Eddie; made the best drink for me and put the sweetest note. (Put me in tears 😂🤍) So hopeful Eddie you see this because you are an amazing human and literally made my week. Thank you for being you

Your website says your open until 8, it's 7:15 and doors locked someone counting money and nobody answering drive-thru. Toying with folks emotions and cravings.

The coffee is good but I’m seriously tired of waiting in the drive-through for 15 minutes…like work faster people have jobs.

I was taking a quick lunch and wanted some coffee instead of a meal but I needed some really strong coffee to help me get through the day. Therefore I ordered an iced venti blonde with 7 shots with cream and sugar. It definitely did the job. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. Great place for sure.

Drinks were great as expected. Good customer service.

Drive through path is so confusing for someone new to the area following maps and the crew were courteous but the service was slow with a long wait. There were only two cars before us and it took them 15 mins and we have to also wait few mins.

Tried to order 7 different food items. They were out of all of them. Going to a different Starbucks. Whoever does the ordering needs to get it together.

The staff is so friendly and are always busting their rump to get orders completed quickly.

Coffee was cold, and got attitude when I asked for a replacement. Every place is hiring, if you don’t like your job, go find another one.

Went to the newest location was very disappointed. Ask for a simple drink w/o water and shaken (what you advertise). When I got the drink you can see right through it (which means water was added) and there was no foam on top (sure sign it wasn't shaken). When I pointed it out to young man at window "C" he tried to tell me my drink was correct. I've ordered the same drink for more than 2 years from different Starbucks. I asked for my money back. Starbucks is not free nor cheap. It is my one daily treat I enjoy. The day you hand me what you want me to have is the day YOU pay for it. "C" handed me my receipt and said, "here you go" The manager didn't bother to say a word. I went down the street to Mayfield and Som (which is farther away). I got great service and got what I paid for. Very disappointed in my newer closer location.

Don't know what I ended up getting bit it was a horrible drink. Not at all what I always order and I paid over 7$ for a small which is usually the price for a large.

The guy got my order wrong didn't know what a vanilla iced coffee was. But what he gave me was pretty good!

Quick service especially when you consider how busy it gets down in Blue Mountain village. Coffee was n’t as hot as I wanted but still it was good ! Good one with all things considered

I only like 1 item from here. That 1 item is consistent and the interior seems fairly kept up, but they could wipe more or clean more on the floor where customers are.

It's Starbucks. Food wise? Not a reflection on the people that work there. Why do I feel corporate goes out of their way to name the stuff I like with difficult words? Especially for those who stop in before the sun comes up. If I'm in a bind and in an alert state, I'll order egg and cheese bites. Then I get the "Did you mean" line? Yes. Did you know I can't say it? Did you know you can just call it swiss cheese instead of gruyere? Probably won't sell as many because swiss cheese and eggs sounds hideous. Want 5 star food rating from me? Throw a big breakfast burrito with fresh jalapeños(something in the size range you would have to share it) in there somewhere and just call it a flat flour thing with some stuff in it and I'll throw stars at you! In all seriousness, the staff there are great! Never had a bad experience!

0/10 I received a sugar cookie latte with whipped cream which is not supposed to come with whipped cream. When asked to remake it without the Whipped cream that wasn’t supposed to be on there in the first place, I received attitude. After it being remade, it was way too watery. I told them I did not like it. It was too watery and gross. They wanted me to pay another five dollars for them to remake my drink. Go to another Starbucks!! In the end my drink was still bad. Waste of money & terrible service.

I’m at this Starbucks basically every other day at all different times of the day for over a year now. They almost never get my drink wrong and when they do they always make me another one no problem. Everyone there is super nice, and honestly I don’t know why people are complaining about the drive in. Starbucks is really busy and sometimes they’re short staffed or people called off or there’s new people training. Ive seen this Starbucks work a line of at least 10 in the drive in and 7 in store with online orders coming through at like 7pm with 3 people working, one of which was new. They work hard and well and I think we all need to appreciate food/costumer service workers more.❤️
