They can open and close as they please. Checked in to hotel Wednesday afternoon and was looking to stay at hotel and eat at Hub. Front desk had no idea if they would open. Two hours later and they still weren't open. The restaurant and hotel should be razed for a better property that cares about customer service.

This bar and grill was at the hotel that we stayed at and it was not open... You would have got five reviews for me five star review but you weren't open last week when I was there.

DO NOT, go to this bar or grill. They have NO tap beer and no mixed drinks. My server didn’t know how to make mixed drinks and laughed when I ordered one. Service was slow and they put more money in the 20TVS then they do their menu. Will not attended again or recommend this place ever.

Place is attached to the Four Points by Sheraton hotel and serves as it's bar and restaurant. Lots of TV screens to watch sports. Staff is friendly and efficient. Food comes out fast and is good. Pretty standard fare. Breakfast was really good especially the potatoes. They stop serving breakfast at 10 AM. It's a good place to hang out in the evening when you're traveling alone.

Small menu, but delish!. I tried the pierogies with kielbasa red onions and red cabbage. Wow

I am not sure about the bad reviews for this place. I ate here on a Friday night and it wasn't crowded at all. There was probably 10-13 people in there. The service was quick, the staff was extremely friendly and personable, and the food was really surprisingly good! I had the fried chicken sandwich and I loved it!

Ate here 3 times during week stay at hotel. Salad was fine, ham and cheese pretzel was meh and the appetizer combo platter was not good. Food was cold and average at best. Appetizers seemed like just bought frozen and heated up. Service is sub-par. Servers/bartenders were loud and boisterous to an annoying level. Whoever this β€œSamantha” is that was/is a server there that all the reviews rave about I never saw there. 2 stars because access to sports on TV was good and convenient from hotel room.

I never review places this low. It took 10 minutes for someone to come to us after we sat down. We were the only people not at the bar. Then it took a few minutes to get our drinks, water and Pepsi. After that it took 30 minutes to get our food, keep in mind we are still the only people not at the bar, which had maybe 5 people. The food came out mediocre at best and our appetizer came out with our meal. One of my worst dining experiences. TLDR: Long waits, slow service, mediocre food.

Surprisingly good hotel bar and restaurant. My friends and I were visiting after a local get together and ordered food late (bless you kitchen staff) and were delighted with an unexpectedly delicious salmon Ceasar salad that was quite exceptional. The wings were also delicious. Definitely worth a stop if you're staying in the area and need somewhere quick and reasonably priced.

Pass, Sunday night 8pm, 10 people in the places, empty, waited 45+ minutes for wings and never was asked if I wanted another beverage until they arrived. Silverware? Finalky reached over bar for cary out b stuff. Pass on this place. Almost never write reviews but I had so much time just waiting.

The service was awful. No one greeted us until we went up to the bar and even then it took them a minute to acknowledge us. The menus they have in person are poorly printed and you cant even read the prices barely. The online menus dont even match what they have now. It took forever for the waitress to bring our food out because she was to busy talking with her coworker or some bs. The cheese sticks were burnt and overcooked and had no cheese in them what so ever. The fried chicken sandwich was bland and very dry and the French fries were under cooked and soggy. Lastly while standing outside there was a mouse that crawled into the building. I will not be visiting this place again while I'm in Cleveland.

Kia was the best bartender! Very welcoming to our party of 3. They still had a limited menu but the food was good and so were the drinks. Service by Kia was outstanding.
