Booked with this place because their Instagram looked great, and the reviews on here said to book with Ly so I did. Look the nails are fine.. they look nice at a distance, they do the job. Though I don’t know who even did my nails despite booking someone specifically. One girl added the extensions and cut and filed them and someone else came and did my BIAB application and the rest… at no point did anyone tell me who they were or try to make conversation. 10 minutes prior to my appointment I also got a call asking me where I was as if I was running late, though I specifically booked at 2:30… strange. Anyway I won’t be going back, after sharing my experience my friend also said she’s had a similar experience here.

I recently tried gels for the first time, and I have to say, it's a game-changer! Thanks to Ly, who created an incredible barbie-themed design for me, I'm completely hooked. The service I received throughout the entire process was truly excellent. I can confidently say that I won't be going back to anything else. Highly recommended!

in the area for a holiday and came in for a walk in appt. staff was so friendly for me and my cousin to get our nails done. beautiful selection of cousins and amazing quality nails. thank you to kevin who did mine ☺️☺️

Such an amazing salon! Today was my first time there and I absolutely enjoyed every second. The service is amazing and all the staff are so nice! I had Ly and she is so talented and kind! I will definitely be coming back very soon!

I've only ever had my nails done 3 times in my life and this was quite a painful experience. I didn't mind the pain as much, as I'm not a confrontational person and I didnt have my glasses so I couldn't see my nails properly, but upon looking at home, they're horrendous. The pain got worse and a bit itchy, I'm hoping there's no infection. The lady was a bit rough and took some of my skin off, which she did apologise for. Having paid $60 for this service, you're better off going somewhere else. My sister however, had a more pleasant person do her nails.

Ly was incredible! I have never been more comfortable getting my nails done. I asked for chrome/glazed nails for my wedding and I am obsessed with how good my hands and feet look. Absolutely recommend!

Me and my friend went here on a whim and they were amazing! Hands down the best nail salon I've been to. They did what I wanted perfectly and my nails look absolutely stunning! They were very nice and easygoing and we got in 10 minutes after we arrived even though we didn't have a booking. Highly recommended! Especially if you want detailed piece!

I've gone to cheaper places but this is the only one I've never had issues with. I get excellent quality nails every time and I get excited when it's time to come back :). Jen was very kind to me and did a wonderful job 💕

Visiting from Sydney, i was looking for a place to get my nails done while I was here and found Paintbox. They very kindly fit me in 1hr before close. I got my nails done by Ly and i am so in love with them! She was so friendly and put so much effort into making them perfect. I will definitely be going back if i’m ever on the Gold Coast again and i highly recommend Paintbox. 🤍

Service was amazing, very friendly staff and the manager was really welcoming and made sure that any miscommunication was resolved! I made an appointment with someone specific and didn’t get to have my nails done by them… even tho my nail tech was sweet, and the nails looked great, they didn’t last. After 10 days one nail broke in half and 2 lifted completely. So I had to get them done again in the country I was traveling to… so didn’t get to flaunt my vacation nails I got ar paintbox :(

Lily is amazing! I have been to see her twice now and I’ve been very satisfied both times. She gets the shape of my nails perfect and always leaves my nails looking beautiful. She’s definitely my go to nail technician!
