Amazing experience. I have never seen a more Friendly, Clean and Professional Subway. Talking to Suresh literally felt like having a chat with a friend. Plus, the quality of the food and the way he made that subway was absolutely amazing. Amazing Subway. Would love to drive 30 km again just to have a sub from this place.

This Subway store is probably the best I have ever been to. I’m a regular here because of the fantastic customer service provided by the owners (who remember me and my family every time) and the consistently good quality food. They always greet us with a smile and happy to have a little chat. Care is always taken with the food, unlike other stores I have been to. Keep up the great work!

Fantastic customer service. Everytime I walk into the shop the owner always has a huge smile on his face. His staff are friendly and are happy to have a chat. I'm nor a big fan of subway but find myself returning time and time again just for the customer experience. Great work guys!!!

Subway Birkdale is the best I have been to. The owners are super friendly and remember you everytime with easy banter without being over bearing . Good portions of all toppings and certainly look after their guests. Thank you for being the best

The food is always fresh and portions excellent. Very friendly staff and great customer service. Other stores are closer to my home but always come to this store, Also excellent through Uber eats.

While the food was good, I am not happy that I have been charged twice, despite the credit card machine saying: "Authorized" The person serving said it didn't go through on their till, even after taking a statement showing, they have changed my card twice I still have to wait for them to check their bank :-( and I am the one doing the running around for their mistake, so far two extra trips to the shop and nothing to show for it. I am pleased to report that the money was refunded a few days later. Jules

Had a horrible day at work, came into get some dinner and my day got a whole lot better! Had a lovely man serve me, he was very happy and chatty 🤍 thank you

This store used to be great, family and I would visit once a week and had no issues. Didn't last long as we repeatedly got subs with no meat, and missing extras we had paid for. Went in store and the male owner decided to have an argument with me saying he viewed the camera footage and zoomed in and said I was lying, that he clearly seen the amount of meat that was put on the subs. What a joke. The last subs were the worst after paying $40 and got a salad sandwich to say the least.

So sick of going to Alex hills and getting bad service. Birkdale was clean, lovely girls and the owner so nice. Gave me a loyalty card when no one has. Very neat subs, not rushed. Great service.

The owner is so lovely and always remembers me and my family whenever we come in. All the workers are amazing and you’re always guaranteed the best quality subs!!!

Been here a few times been great but not last Friday nothing short of a disaster Staff looked very unorganised our 2 x foot longs were like a pice of wet sponge Never again
