The doctor was great about answering questions I had about symptoms my son was experiencing and giving me advice on things to try!! Everyone inside was very friendly and had smiles the whole time!

Always a pleasure to do business with! Scheduling is easy and the staff is friendly. They provide my company with a variety of services from / CPR training to basic physicals. I highly recommend, if I could give 10 stars I would!!!!

From the reception, to the floor staff, even the physician. Everyone was so nice! I arrived around 9:55 and was out by 10:20 for my physical and drug screen.

Worked here for about 2 months as an intern to complete my MA program. The staff are all very professional and efficient, even on days that might seem slow. If you find yourself waiting longer than you expected, just remember that this place does get very busy on certain days. However, even on stressful busy days, I never saw any of my coworkers losing focus or determination towards maintaining the flow of patients. They taught me everything I needed to know to build a solid foundation for the rest of my career.

Had to wait an hour for a simple drug screen. Never have I had to wait for more than 15 mins at anyplace I have been to. Employee was friendly but the wait is absolutely ridiculous. At one hour of waiting they then decide to let me know their system is down and that I would have to come back.

I’ve been here for random drug tests for work and they have always been so quick to get me in and out. Today I went in to have ear wax removed and they did an amazing job. They took their time an awesome job. They are lifesavers.

Very honest and fair. While trying to navigate through the different drug tests facilities I was given a lot of false information and over charging for their services. SCT was easy to contact, get information and clear on their price. I am very grateful for that.. Thank you very much

I will provide one star as it is great and convenient that you can go online to schedule your appointment and upload your documents. My PCP wasn't available for an appointment for 2 weeks and I was directed for in person assessment due to having shortness of breath and low readings on my at home pulse oximeter. Unfortunately after signing in, I was not triaged or assessed by a Provider but told I had long Covid by someone who did not identify themselves (?nurse ? MA). I was also advised NOT to go seek care at another Urgent Care or ER only with my PCP. My medical history was not taken and no red flags symptoms were offered either. Yes I was + for Covid 2 weeks ago and negative x 1 week with most symptoms resolved. I had lingering symptoms and new concerns and no one was willing to assess me (including triage or vitals) and I felt that I was bounced. Despite the website showing their charges for x-rays I was advised that they don't perform them at this facility and you are sent out with an order to complete elsewhere. Fortunately, I am a practicing physician assistant and my symptoms are acute and not a chronic result of having Covid. I did seek care with another urgent care facility who did assess me and provided appropriate medical care. This facility may be great for drug screenings and PCR testing but I wouldn't recommend for acute care needs.

Generally not a warm friendly feeling-No smiles Clean Slow over Hour and 1/2 New girl was Very nice.

The staff Shana and Josh were wonderful they were very kind and helpful. The facility itself was immaculate. I highly recommend them.
