I don’t go out to bars much these days but decided to stick my head in on St. Paddy’s as I’ve driven by a bunch. Looks so low key and not at all obnoxious from the outside - no advertisements for various alcohol, just a good old Christmas Story lamp in the window. Inside, it’s a warm and friendly neighborhood pub that made me feel welcome. Full of Irish cheer on the big day, but I’m sure there is some of that year round. Prices for a pint were fair maybe even in the lower side. Some places regulars don’t really like new people coming in or are cool or suspicious towards them. Not here at all. I barely drink anymore but if I was going to have a goto neighborhood pub this would be it.

I mean, it’s a bar, where the bartender doesn’t know how to bartend, you can’t get a mule, no ginger beer, u can’t get any cocktails to save your life because they either don’t have the ingredients, or the “bartender” doesn’t know how to make them. She’s actually pretty rude, talks down on people, not friendly at all, just straight up rude.

Carney's is a great place to hang out and enjoy a beverage.

My favorite place in the world. The atmosphere is absolutely amazing. The staff are like family to me. The fire pitt on the patio makes for a spectacular evening; with cold drinks and friends by your side. Nothing can go wrong. Sincerely Joshua Smith

Great place, great drinks, great prices, great times! Currently under new ownership and undergoing a series of improvements. This dog-friendly bar is tucked away in the corner of the West Bank of the Flats. Amazing patio with fire pit and projector for watching Cleveland sports. Food is limited to chips so feel free to order from a local pizzeria. Accepts cash and credit card, ATM also available. Parking is rarely an issue.

Very friendly folks, we walked in thinking they were a restaurant and they very kindly pointed us in the right direction.

Two people can eat there for no more than $25 food's good service is great have your meal within 10 minutes

Great corner bar. Irish with a side of dive. Play the touch tunes and mingle with locals.

Carneys is the best bar and has the best bartenders in Cleveland. Drinks are very reasonably priced and made just the way I like them! To top it off, there is always a great crowd there that will make you feel right at home!

My favorite bar in Cleveland! The patio is amazing, the owner Tiffany is the friendliest, kindest person ever! She has really transformed this bar into what it is today! You won’t be disappointed with this little gem❤️
