A true love of board games runs through the cafe and they will supply you with fuel to keep the games going. They get busy here and tables fill up quickly. I suggest calling ahead or getting there before peak meal times. The hosts are great about letting people know that it is difficult to estimate wait times as people could play for hours or a lot of people could leave at once. When you do get a table, you can browse their extensive collection along the wall or ask the staff to give you recommendations. At the front of the cafe, they have sections for great two, three and four player games as well as labels for complexity. Everyone is charged $5 for the game pass, which gives unlimited access to their 1000 games. My wife, sister-in-law and I knew we wanted to play Photosynthesis so we grabbed that straight away. We ordered some drinks and tots and got to growing our trees. The drink menu contains a host of fun drinks including: a spiked creamsicle float, red and white wine smoothies, spiked caramel mocha, sangria and more. The food menu has sandwiches and flatbread pizzas. The tots were okay and the dipping sauces were great. Tabletop provides a great atmosphere to enjoy board games you know and love or try some adventurous new options.

This is a fantastic spot that I wish I found earlier! All you need is a $5 charge per person to play any game you want. They also serve drinks (coffee, tea, alcohol) and food. I had an avocado melt on Naan that was delicious! As pictured, there are many, many choices for board and card games to play. I've never seen or heard of many of these games. They also have employees there that are experienced with enough of the games to give recommendations based on what you're in the mood for. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a game with friends!

Loved the concept of having so many games in one place. Get people together and spend hours just having fun with your people. Its a good place to chill out, learn and have fun, get good food and good mood :)

We attended for a private event in their party space. The employees helped it run seamlessly. The food and drinks were delicious. We can't wait to come back and try out some of the games.

Nice spot for food, drinks, and games. We went for their monthly RPG night and had some tasty food (turkey club, mac and cheese, tater tots, along with some local drafts) and a great time playing Call of Cthulhu.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time here. It is $5 per person to come and play games. We were there over 4 hours, so that was well worth it for us. We were able to order things here and there, and they just add it to your tab and pay at the end. Someone greeted us at our table, we talked about what we liked, and he made some recommendations for our family (ages almost 6, 12, 15, and 2 adults), and they were perfect for us. Highly recommend this place! And the food and drinks tasted delicious too. Hubby and I both got the Babalu panini....yum!

Spectacular location for games, drinks, and fun for all ages (but mostly adults). The range of games allows accessibility for all levels of gamers from uno & bananagrams to Monopoly to Catan to Azul to Wingspan to Scythe & Gloomhaven! Hundreds of games to choose from and unlimited play for only $5! My Moscow mule was delicious too.

This is one of my favorite places for a date night or place to go with friends that isn’t the typical bar or restaurant. They offer such a wide selection of board and card games and there’s something for everyone! I mean they literally have hundreds of games and it can be overwhelming, BUT their staff is very knowledgeable about the games and you can just tell them what you’re interested in and they can curate some games for you and your group! They also have some tasty food and drinks!

Amazing environment! It's one of our new favorite places. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Come in and pick a game from their shelves, or ask for a recommendation! There are game clinics where the staff teach more complicated games, RPG nights, a monthly mixer to experience some large group games, and trivia! Really great place to try new games and meet new people. Also, the owner is there all the time, and I think it's really awesome how present he is.

This is a fun place to meet up with a few friends and play some board games. Good way to just shut off the phones. They charge you five bucks but you can sit there and play games for as long as you want. The food is so-so but doesn't really take away from the good time. Decent drink selection. If I were to offer up a suggestion, there are lots of videos on YouTube on how to play board games. At the end of your first visit. Maybe think about a few games you'd want to try in the next visit and everybody look up on YouTube to get an idea how to play so you don't take so much time reading the instructions. We found that pretty helpful. The staff is very very nice.

This is one of the coolest places I've been to. They have a massive selection of board games new and old. The staff and especially the owner is very knowledgeable about board games and they can easily find games you'll love. The food is good but the drinks are amazing. I had their seasonal milkshake which was Eggnog and it was probably the best milkshake I've had. Highly recommend to anyone in the Cleveland area.

I can not stress this enough, this place is awesome!!! To start it is only $5 per person for all you can play! But more importantly the team working there are wonderful, kind, and will help you pick out games! Great place for board game lovers! Some nice snack foods and drinks while you play. Tons of options for games with a handful of two player games too!

Highly suggested place to visit if you like boardgames! Great selection of old familiar games along with new ones for varying group sizes. (we had 3 and had some good suggestions by the staff) Can't wait to come back!

Tabletop is an excellent establishment! Great selection of games in a comfortable setting. Only $5 to play per person all night long. Very friendly staff. Food is not the reason to come but edible if you’re hungry.

I was looking for some coffee and was recommended to try this place. I was blown away. The service was amazing. I didn't have time to stick around and play any games but the atmosphere was so fun and the selection they had was great. The coffee was also really good. 👌

My girlfriend and I went for the first time last weekend with one of our couple friends. It was SO FUN!! I can’t speak to the food as we only got tater tots, but it was such an awesome environment. You might be thinking, why not just play one of our board games at home?? I was, but I was wrong. But it’s so cool to try new games that I had no idea existed. Or try new games that you know exist but don’t own. There is an automatic $5 fee for playing the games. Overall, worth it. I learned four new games!

Cafe?? Board games??? Plants??! This place was perfection! I was visiting from out of town and fell in love with this place!! It’s so cozy inside and so many fun games to try! I wish I had one in my neighborhood!

3 years ago, I would have given Tabletop 5 stars without question. It used to be a friendly, fun place to take game-savvy out of town guests. As of now, I'd give them 0 stars if possible. I emailed Shiva very excitedly asking about Tabletop's availability to host a rehearsal dinner in October 2024. After 2 emails, 2 voicemails/calls to her contact info (as listed on their website) and lastly a direct call to Tabletop itself where the manager Amanda kindly offered to text Shiva directly over the last 2 weeks, I have received ZERO response. Beyond unprofessional and it has ruined any good things I have to say. My only guess is Tabletop doesn't like to host private events for smaller groups (as the dinner would be around 20-25 people which is on their event minimum). Why list private event information on your website if you don't actually want to host them for the minimum group size you indicated??

Good vibes. Great games. Had a good time. The cappuccino was delicious. Buffalo chicken bites were on point too. A must have and will definitely stop back through when I'm in Cleveland.

Really cool place for games and drinks. A good collection of drinks, with food available as well. There are tons of game options to pick from, and all are available to play once you are seated. There is a $5 charge per person to play the games. Can spend hours here trying out different games. Great for groups.

Best thing we've done in Cleveland this trip! Got to spend quality family time playing games, enjoying lunch and coffee, and can't wait to do it again! There are games sorted by name and number of players. We even submitted a new game for them to have in their collection. The cuban sandwich and prosciutto flatbread were among our favorites. All bathrooms are single, which I love. Great decor, friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and super inclusive.

Great selection of games, friendly staff, and a solid drink/food menu. Drinks were tasty and the Buffalo bites were good! $5 charge per person, very reasonable. Parking is a little difficult on a Saturday.

Food and drinks were great, and they have a decent selection of games. But $5 per head to play adds up...may be better to just buy a new game yourself at that rate. Some of the games we picked showed wear and tear. I assume the funds are meant to cover that inevitability? But to be fair, I feel like a game play discount should at least be offered for those who purchase food/drinks.

Tabletop is an excellent place to find out what games are good, and which are not so much. Depending on the price of a game, it can be a nice bit of savings to try it out first rather than buy and put it away forever. We played Just One, which was a hoot, and I highly recommend it. It worked well with adults and we had an eight year old with us and she was able to play easily. (Although we only were able to use a few of her clues, the ones we did use were an entranceway into the mind of a child)

You pay a small cover charge like $5 I think. The staff is pleasant. There are plenty of games to choose and an expert game master helps make suggestions and explain rules. They serve limited alcohol and thinks to nibble on...I wish they had more selection. Overall a fun time.

Wonderful and fun space. The decor is so fun and very fitting for the space. Try the wine smoothies they are very good and the orange goat cheese bites are to die for. The staff here was amazing and so friendly. Definitely will return!

👍 March 2022: Stopped here for lunch on a comp from the Jack Casino. They gave me $30 that I used to get the Double melt, tots, vanilla shake, and chili to go. Pros: * Clean restaurant with a bar and plenty of TVs on the walls. * Friendly staff who were attentive to my needs. It was not very busy so...
