Last night we experienced one of the strangest policies - which seemed to be a political position. Our group ordered a Moscow Mule (with Tito’s) and was refused. A very rude older bartender lectured about the war in Ukraine and offered to put any other liquor with the ginger beer - but not vodka. Thinking the woman was just off her rocker a bit, we then tried to order a ginger beer and a shot of Tito’s separately from a younger male behind the bar - which was also refused. Before you adopt a virtue signaling position - perhaps do your research. Tito’s is an AMERICAN vodka and the “Moscow” Mule was also invented in America. The ignorance was so blatant we thought it was a joke at first. We left and will never return.

Bartender in her 60’s blond who I hear is the owner is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. We literally got into a screaming match because she claims I didn’t tip which I did. She fraudulently charged my co worker 270 dollars, me 140, and another coworker a obscene amount. I will never return.

This is one of the more casual bars on 4th street. It is a cool and casual atmosphere. The drink prices are as high or higher than some of the other places nearby. I didn't feel the prices matched the atmosphere. Service was okay.

Really cool designed bar in downtown Cleveland! Awesome decorations and plenty of original cocktails made well and strong! Service was quick and friendly!

It’s a wonder why anyone would patronize this establishment with the rude blonde bartender behind the bar. I came to write a review and saw several other poor reviews of this employee. The fact that she is still behind the bar shows that the establishment doesn’t care about their customer service.

My boyfriend and i spent a weekend in cleveland for our anniversary so we went to this bar to get some drinks. As soon as we sat down at the bar i could tell the workers weren’t very friendly. We waited forever for the bartender to finally come up and take our orders and he walked up and pretty much just stared at us until we told him our drink orders and didn’t greet us whatsoever. We then get our drinks and realize it was extremely overpriced for what it is so we decided to close out and head somewhere else. One of the guy bartenders looked me in the face and told us we are no longer welcome because we didn’t tip due to terrible service. Never will go back again.

This place is always blasting music outside late into the night. Wonder Bar has single-handedly ruined the living experience on East 4th by refusing to not blast their garbage music outside all night. The only bar on East 4th to do so.

Worst bartender I have ever met in my life!!!! Beyond rude to me and a large group of friends from the moment we walked in. We took our business elsewhere.

A local reviewer was in town and we went to dinner near this bar. We came here for after dinner drinks before we headed over to the casino. We got shots and other adult beverages. We also played the beer pong style game. We were only here for a bit but the atmosphere and service was excellent. Next time I'm downtown, I'll definitely be checking this place out.

Truly appalled with how the bartender treated my friends. Comical that this is the “wonder bar” because our experience was quite the opposite of wonderful. This grumpy woman of a bartender called my friends “queer” when they ordered a tequila sunrise. We immediately had to leave at this point. This was a disappointment of an experience. Y’all should be ashamed. Do better Wonder Bar, we are warning everyone we know. Being homophobic isn’t cute.

I had a great time at Wonderbar! It’s my go to spot when I’m in the city. It’s cute and aesthetically pleasing which is my vibe. Kev from Miami was so hip and funnnn! He was attentive and generous with the drinks ;). I accidentally spilled my drink and the Mike was so sweet and accommodating. Cant wait till im back.

Great place to grab a drink with friends and unwind. Very chic and casual with a lot of history and charm.

Wow, what a fun place to start or end an evening. Robin is the best host to any gathering! She always creates an atmosphere that is filled with fun and exceptional tunes! Highly recommend

Great bar, but if you pay cash don't expect change back, and they discriminate. I paid money on the juke box but another customer paid the bartender 20 bucks to skip my songs. That's weird to me

We were in town for a browns game & I had been here once before a cavs but couldn’t remember the name of it, as soon as we saw it walking the strip I said we had to go in! I was once again so happy here & the bartenders tonight (Sunday 12/10) were phenomenal! So personable and dancing having a good time, this is THE spot pre Cavs/Browns or post!

Be careful, I just left the bar and the bartender charged me more on a tip (on my credit card) after I wrote in my tip. Thank god I took a picture of my receipt, this place commits fraud.

Most rude bartender I’ve ever met. Told us last call was at 10:30 then proceeded to get mad at us when we didn’t leave by 10:20. My friend said okay just let us know when to head out and he rudely replied “I said you had a few minutes”. Would advise going elsewhere.

Trip to Cleveland was amazing! I love this little spot. Kevin was awesome and had me laughing so much! I will always go back when I am in town!!

Extremely rude older blonde bartender. Ordered a Long Island iced tea and told me she would not make it because she didn’t want to.I ordered 2 different drinks and she charged me more than double the total of what I had ordered. She took money from me for a tip which she absolutely did not deserve. Then she had us kicked out of the bar because me and my friends confronted her about it. I’m amazed this establishment has not done away with her.

This is one of my favorite bars in Cleveland! Always a vibe. If you want the greatest service, you better hope Kevin is working! The best bartender xoxo

They denied us service because we offered a man who looked homeless a beer.... Do not recommend if you're looking for a welcoming atmosphere... we couldn't get a single drink.

Hello, we walked in tonight (7/24) with my mother-in-law (her, her husband, my husband (her son), and myself). She was slightly limping because she has neuropathy and has no feeling in her leg. Immediately, a bartender told us to leave since she was ‘drunk”. We quickly said we are sorry, but she has neuropathy and no feeling in her leg and has a limp because of this. A second bartender came up in an extremely condescending manor, seeing my shocked face, she stated, ‘yeah, be shocked, she is clearly plastered’ and had to leave the bar. We all left in tears because of her treatment and have absolutely never been treated this way anywhere ever before. She was completely sober at the time and terribly hurt about having the entire family kicked out of a bar for a clear medical condition. We would like this complaint to be brought up to management with an apology at the bare minimum. This was disgusting and presumptive behavior from staff with clearly no medical background and no reason to treat a patron this way.

Super rude and no set close time. They "close whenever they want" even with a fully packed bar. Last call was 12:30 on a Saturday night.

I visited for the reviews of the drinks that light up. They only have one. Also for the bad reviews of the older blonde lady. Which I had a conversation with her she’s not that bad just misunderstood. We can’t listen to the juke box when she’s there she hates rock and roll so she wants to control the vibe. Other than that she was nice but outspoken like myself so it didn’t bother me. They were attentive not at all racist. Would I visit again? Probably not but it’s ok for someone passing through wanting a drink. Btw the tab was $40 for two drinks. Sheesh!

Cool place to visit. I loved the decoration inside and it was very laid back. Bartenders were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Drinks were reasonably priced. Atmosphere is casual and upbeat.

I love Wonder Bar! I come here everytime I'm in town in Cleveland! It's a must! Ask for Kevin the good looking guy from Miami! Super friendly and makes coming to Wonder Bar worth it!
