We had our rehearsal dinner at Luca over the summer and have nothing but glowing reviews for them. The veranda room was absolutely stunning — the perfect venue for a dinner turned welcome party. As always, the food was phenomenal, but on top of that, the service from the wait staff and everyone working at the restaurant was top notch. Everyone was warm, welcoming, kind and incredibly attentive. Our guests were taken care of with high touch service all night. My mother-in-law worked with Antoinette to plan every detail and she was exceptional to partner with. Listening and nailing every detail to a tee. We have received nothing but rave reviews from our friends and family and continue to relive the most perfect first night of our wedding weekend in our minds over and over again.

We just celebrated valentines day at Luca restaurant. We had an absolutely great experience! Service, food, drinks, atmosphere, and view are just amazing. George was our server; he was very nice and provided us with great service. The food was a top-notch! 👌 fresh and delicious! We got the halibut fish and filet mignon dishes; both were presented nicely and tasted great. The desserts were yummy that I ended up taking some to go. I would absolutely come back! ❤

George made my night splendid with his recommendations! Everything was amazing and prices are reasonable considering how much they make in house. Definitely a must try in the Cleveland area!!

The restaurant is a short trip from downtown. Valet parking. We enjoyed talking with Margaret, the manager, who found us a nice table with a view of the bridge. We started with an excellent antipasto plate. The food was very good especially the branzino. The pastas too were very good. Two disappointments. The sides with the fish were mediocre at best and we chose to not eat them. Also no half orders of pasta on the weekends. We would have much preferred having a half order with the fish than mediocre sides. The service was excellent. I wish we caught the name of our server because we would be praising him here. The restaurant seemed very well run with excellent and well timed service .

The food here was fantastic. The saccheti is a must have if you've never been there and the fennel sausage orecchiete was really story! We absolutely will plan to come back here sometime, very easy to make a reservation online as well!

Just got into town and we found that this place had a half hour from 5:00 to 7:00 so we decided to check it out and to our surprise it was pretty amazing. The happy hour menu has a ton of stuff on it and they're all at incredible prices. You got to make sure that you can see at the bar as that is where the happy hour is. People were lined up before the place even opened. So if you're trying to get in here for happy hour make sure you come a little early. Once you get to the bar, you get a huge loaf of complementary bread along with olive oil, balsamic and spices. There is a good selection of wines and mixed drinks for 6 to $7 and 3 beers for $3 a piece so it shouldn't be hard to find something to drink. The happy hour food menu has a couple pasta offerings along with some seafood offerings which are all around $7. You definitely can't beat this place. Their standard dinner menu has some amazing dishes to offer and the decor of this place is pretty cool. The staff was friendly and was able to help with accommodations along with recommending other places in town to see. Will be going back before our trip ends. Only downside of this whole place is the parking situation... You either valet or you're making a walk to get here.

I’ve been to all 3 Luca restaurants. Every time it has been fantastic. The service is impeccable at each location and the food is always amazing. This is definitely the place to go for happy hour. I have celiac so I love the fact they have dishes and pasta I can eat. They have an excellent wine selection and strong cocktails. My cousin and I went to Aqua and East Bank last week for happy hours. The calamari is to die for. The bartenders were wonderful. I went to the west location a few months ago and had the same experience.

Amazing gem once you can find it! Everything we tried off the happy hour menu was so good and you couldn’t beat the prices! Services was great. Bar menu was excellent, accompanied by amazing warm crusty bread! Will definitely be back.

The pinnacle of fine Italian dining when you are in the city. From the moment you come through the door, the hostess or host greets you warmly and if you have a reservation (or if you get lucky and they have an open spot) they take you to some of the most spectacular views to be had in the city. Service was first rate all around. Just on point with water, bread service (extremely delicious) and drinks. The wine and cocktail lists are extensive and a sommelier is on hand to offer assistance or advice. The food was incredible all around. My daughter had the gnocchi. She liked it, remarked it was spicier than she expected but very tasty. My wife had beets & goat cheese salad I had the bone in rib eye covered with melted gorgonzola and roasted garlic. Fantastic.

This is a gem for dining, cocktails, vibe and good times. Service was impeccable. Staff is fabulous+ here. Get your drink on at the bar or table, fantastic cocktails for sure. The menu is a culmination of epicurean delights from Italy. This place is really top shelf and is right up there with any other Cleveland fine dining establishment. We dined for my guest's birthday and the tiramisu cake was a superb way to end the evening. I've never seen kitchen to table steam last so long on a dish, it was all absolutely 💯 and the chefs here are to be commended. Well done, and this is an endorsement of this culinary magic and venue. Thank you.

On a scale from 1 to 10 ....... 7.5 The food was awesome!!! Wonderful taste, good portions, nice variety! It is very, very good food! The hostess/maitre 'd/wine stewardess was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. However, the waitress - not so good. My party wondered if perhaps she was overtired or intoxicated. She was not friendly, very slow, did not check on our dining, and also made mistakes on our order - if this was Olive Garden I wouldn't care (as much) BUT a high end restaurant where our bill for 3 people was nearly $400 (well-over that after our tip) (also worth noting with two bottles of wine) I expect the wait-staff to be hospitable, happy to serve, accurate, and attentive. --- MAYBE she was having a bad day and normally is a delight, but she adversely affected the dining experience. The location provided a great view of the city but unusual parking. This is to be expected based on Cleveland and this particular location -- but I will say, the valets were inside at the Foyer of the restaurant -- all of them (4) on their phones... when a nice touch would have been to open the door for the customers, greet the customer, etc. especially since it was raining outside The facility was clean and well-decorated. However, even with a great deal of advanced notice, we were seated on the covered extension to the building. Being outside (more or less), there were heaters that were very hot and blasted heat to an uncomfortable level - my party's faces were red, and all were very hot. They also had the wrong number of guests in my party, even though reservations were made weeks before and confirmed. The prices were about $15 - $20 for appetizers, $11-$15 for salad/soup course, $28 - $38 for pasta course, $28 - $48 (for seafood and delicacies at market price) for the entree course, and desserts $11 - $25. The wine list was quite extensive, and the costs varied accordingly. Overall... (Scale of 1 bad to 10 excellent) CLEAN = 9 SERVICE = 5 (it would have been lower if not for the good service of wine steward/hostess) PRICES = 8 (a little high, but the food is very good - service not great) FACILITY = 7 (too hot, small tables) PARKING = 7 (it is what it ) AMBIANCE = 9 (great view of the city) FOOD = 10+ very well prepared, flavorful, good portions) OVERALL = 7.5 it would have been eight and a half or nine if not for the waitress and the uncomfortable seating I would happily try again because the waitress might have just been having a bad day. I would request indoor seating at a good-sized table. The food is good!

Lovely restaurant, but food and service fell very short. Ordered Sea Bass I made the waitress aware that I did not want the Brussels Sprouts, however as you can see they were not omitted. Our waitress was not very attentive she seemed to be overwhelmed with her job. I absolutely love Sea Bass always order it when available, this one was dry and not tasty at all. Could of been the Brussels sprouts that completely ruined my meal. I did attempt to call the restaurant the following day no answer I left a detailed message regarding my experience. And the fact that I am allergic to Brussel Sprouts and I was sick throughout the evening. I ate one, before realizing they were on my plate. It was dark in the restaurant. 8 days have passed no one has bothered to reach out to me. I live out of state this restaurant was recommended by hotel staff.

Great location, they have valet service enough parking. This place popular with happy hour menu. I have been there multiple times it’s very loud kitchen located right inside the restaurants workers very aggressively taking loud. It’s Italian restaurant it’s not hard to cook pasta. Most importantly is customer service, memories, and atmosphere what you will remembered and want returned, waiters very dry no communication skills she trying to hard but it’s not helping. Not impressed my review base on multiple time being there

Luca is upscale cusine! The food was delicious, we had great service, and they located a table even though we hadn't made a reservation. We weren't from the area, we were in Cleveland for business. We happened upon Luca via Google, we wanted to be in the 2 star range, this showed no stars and we thought we were good! 🤣 Luca is more in the 3 - 4 star range. You can definitely eat without breaking the bank, but know there is valet parking unless you park and walk, your meal if you're paying for more than yourself will be around ~$125+ John was our server, he had a quiet, cool humor, but he was very attentive, cracked a couple jokes, but knew his job well! The food was amazing and the bread, it was delightful! Luca is off the beaten path, but worth a try if you're in the area and close to lots of goings on in Cleveland, good things!

A wonderful Italian restaurant. It was Mother’s Day, and very crowded, but they did an excellent job. The wait staff was very helpful and polite. Food came out surprisingly fast.

Great Italian restaurant. Food quality was great across all courses. The tortellini in particular were delicious and highly recommended. Also boosts a good wine list to compliment your meal. Parking is an issue in the area and you’re easily „forced „ having to use an overpriced valet service. Without this issue might have been 4.5 stars.

Best dining experience in quite some time. The drinks were great. Food was amazing. Every dish at the table was amazing. The eggplant appetizer is a must try.

Great experience, absolutely top notch food for the price you get every single penny’s worth. Besides the food and atmosphere, when it’s your birthday they take a picture of your group and print it off for you, and personally to me that adds tremendous value to the experience and not a lot of places do that so kudos to them for that.

We celebrated a special occasion and had a great time! The food was excellent, the atmosphere and views were wonderful, and all the servers, especially our waiter George were awesome. We will definitely be back.

Went there for a work dinner with my CEO, who loves this place and I can see why. Service was phenomenal. Food was amazing. Sat outside in the covered, heated patio. I had the squid ink ravioli dish. So flavorful! Hint: dip your bread in the sauce.

We went there for my wife's birthday. She ordered a special scallops dish and I had Brenzini. Both were excellent. We also had a couple of appetizers that were amazing. Bread is so good to die for it. Overall a great experience. Weekends are quite busy so reserve early.

This review is based on their happy hour. Great spot for happy hour. I believe that you have to be sitting at the bar to take advantage of it. Great prices for a nice, modern Italian restaurant. The cocktails were around $7, beers even cheaper. I tried a few and they were all amazing. For the food, we had the seafood pizza, veal pasta and mussels. The veal was definitely the star of the night, but all of the food was pretty darn good. Bartender was really friendly. Conversed with us a bit and gave us recommendations on both food and drinks. I'd be curious to try this place out for normal dinner, but I for sure will be returning here for happy hour. Hard to beat the price to quality of both the food and drinks!

This was an amazing dining experience from start to finish! The eggplant appetizer was to die for. The bread is baked fresh daily and pairs nicely with their red wine. Leave room for dessert because the tiramisu will not disappoint! This was the best dining experience in quite some time.

Fantastic dinner! The Sangria was fantastic and our meals were delicious! They have gluten free pasta to sub into most of the pasta dishes! Great view of the city too!

We come here every time we are in town and it is the best. Dinner, drinks and dessert were all phenomenal and so was the service- George is the best! He made a great experience that much better. One of our favorites and we will be back soon!

This place was great! We had a reservation on a Saturday evening and were able to sit on the patio. All of our food was delicious, including my main entree (a special of the evening) - a creamy scallop pasta dish. Would come back!

Very pricey definitely not your every week or even once a month restaurant. Perfect for special occasions. Food was fantastic, service was 2nd to none, extensive wine list, great cocktails as well. I recommend the old fashioned it was one of the better ones I've had. You get what you pay for at Luca a world class dining experience.

👍 March 2022: Stopped here for lunch on a comp from the Jack Casino. They gave me $30 that I used to get the Double melt, tots, vanilla shake, and chili to go.
