It looked so inviting from outside and even when we first entered. The manager/host was welcoming and professional. Our server (Chantel) was welcoming. I didn’t have any drinks but my friends liked their drinks. I had the plant burger with sweet potatoes fries. The burger wasn’t that great. I’ve had similar burgers, and they were actually good. The sweet potato fries were really good. The food was okay, but I wouldn’t go back. Also, their bathroom looks like something from a episode of “Law & Order). It looked like a subway station. It’s looks scary for a woman or even a man to go alone. . We had great server (Chantel). Don’t think I’ll be back or recommend though.

Something bad happened to the chocolate bar not only that prices went up and they made soMe limitation with the side salad choices (when picking an entree) but the food is actually very bad . I don’t think I have had chicken from a can but that’s how it tasted so I left it on the plate (the waitress didn’t find it odd and hadn’t asked anything ). My colleagues had the steak burger with mash and said it was also bad and so was the salmon. I guess this will be the last time we visit the chocolate bar , sadly

It's sad really. I would be ashamed if I owned this resturant. Has a kids menu not kid friendly. Kids got a few crumbs on the table and they complained 4 times about a dirty table, really? $30 of burgers cooked burnt. Kids meals burnt to inedible twice. Tried to take away our food while we were still eating. Berry salad and turkey sandwich was quite good. Drinks were ok. Waiter was friendly, manager seemed inconvenienced that we existed. I feel sorry for them that they do not have kids and treat people who do like they are the scourge of the earth. Were they not kids once? I wonder what their mother would say about them. We wanted to get dessert but skipped desert and left, almost had to go else where to feed the kids after we paid here, that's how poor it was. Will NEVER return, horrible management, if they were not in down town undoubtedly they would be out of business.

We were headed back to Michigan and stopped here to have lunch. They were just opening so we were the first customers of the day. The service and drinks were great but the food was not pleasing. My Husband's chicken and waffles were horribly burnt. He sent the first order back and the 2nd order came back burnt as well. We will not try this restaurant for food again.

I was very, hungry when ordering, if it’s up to me I will stick to dessert even though I did not get this. I ordered a turkey Reuben it did not have sauerkraut, nachos were cold ( Buffalo chicken), that was pretty much it, Cajun chicken pasta ok, no substitutes? So I am made to get potato chips instead of French Fries. So prepare... it was afternoon so it may different evenings. Shrimp are probably box frozen seemed like long John silvers meal.

Fabulous food! Wonderful drinks! Our waitress was so fun and friendly. The head chef came out to speak with us a couple times. Just an all around pleasant experience. On an additional note. Took some Turtle cheesecake to go. Wow! Delicious!

We stopped here for after dinner drinks and dessert. I got a spiked hot chocolate and turtle cheesecake with WARM BOURBON CARAMEL BACON SAUCE.... Yeah, you read that right. Everything was great and our bartender was super sweet.

My family and I came to the Chocolate Bar. We had the artichoke dip as an appetizer. It was good, different in that it was thicker and was enjoyable. I had a chocolate strawberry martini, the glass was crusted with pieces of chocolate, nice touch. My son had a the Strawberry Cheesecake Martini( virgin) he said it tasted like cheesecake water, he seemed to be pleased. We found out that most of the drinks can be ordered without the alcohol. They also have milk shakes, my daughters favorite. For the main course I had the butternut squash ravioli, my wife and son had Flatbread, one had buffalo chicken and the other beef with sun dried tomatoes. My daughter had the pulled pork sandwich. Everyone enjoyed their meal but thought it could have been better. The desserts live up to the name sake, chocolate is everywhere, form the dipping strawberries to peanut butter mud you can't go wrong.

We were visiting the area for the weekend and staying in the attached hotel, so after an evening out we decided to stop by here for dessert. When we passed earlier, around dinner time, the place was hopping! As it was a Saturday evening, the had a decent size crowd and we had to wait a few minutes for a table. It was worth it though! The dessert selection is outstanding. I had the Triple Chocolate Mousse, which was delicious and not too heavy, hubby had a banana split which he said was good, but not great. Best part was the rum topping! Daughter had the chocolate raspberry sunday which was very decadent. Server was fast, super friendly and didn't rush us out the door. We enjoyed the music selection they were playing over their sound system, which was a playlist put together by our server! Well done :) Came back the next morning for their brunch. The place was "desserted" (pun intended lol). Our choices included biscuits and gravy (acceptable, if unremarkable), French Toast (good, but one piece was under cooked in the center) and bacon (perfect), Belgian waffle with berries (they gobbled it down) and a ham and cheese panini (also totally consumed). The "hash browns" were really just basically french fries cut in to smaller pieces. Bland and boring. Disappointing that the waffle and french toast did not come with butter, or warm syrup. Cold, store brand syrup is a bummer for such a cute cafe. Spending a couple of extra bucks for the good stuff would go a long way to elevating their brunch. We would have tried the mimosa's but they prices were ridiculous. Service was quick, waiter was very nice. Prices about what one would expect for the area.

This place has so much potential to be great, but falls short every time. My most recent visit will likely be my last after average food and mediocre drinks. My group tried many different martinis and none of them were great. Some of the chocolate martinis tasted chalky, like they use a hot chocolate powder to make the cocktail? And the food was mostly bland with the exception of the crab cakes. They were pretty good. There are just too many amazing restaurants in Cleveland to return to an average one.

This is one amazing restaurant/bar with staff that work really well together and they are amazing people. They have fun while doing a fantastic job (This is how it should be) and are very REAL and FRIENDLY! The drinks and choice of drinks is well beyond expectations and AMAZING! Thank you!

Stopped for dinner! Nice comfortable table with interesting seasonal menu. Started with Barely Legal and Maple Old Fashions. Tasty cocktails served in quirky slightly crooked glasses. I ordered Butternt Squash Ravioli. Maple, pecan creme sauce over butternut squash ravioli. The head chef, visited our table and asked how was our dinner. Was really a nice evening.

👍 March 2022: Stopped here for lunch on a comp from the Jack Casino. They gave me $30 that I used to get the Double melt, tots, vanilla shake, and chili to go. Pros: * Clean restaurant with a bar and plenty of TVs on the walls. * Friendly staff who were attentive to my needs. It was not very busy so...
