We
were
visiting
the
area
for
the
weekend
and
staying
in
the
attached
hotel,
so
after
an
evening
out
we
decided
to
stop
by
here
for
dessert.
When
we
passed
earlier,
around
dinner
time,
the
place
was
hopping!
As
it
was
a
Saturday
evening,
the
had
a
decent
size
crowd
and
we
had
to
wait
a
few
minutes
for
a
table.
It
was
worth
it
though!
The
dessert
selection
is
outstanding.
I
had
the
Triple
Chocolate
Mousse,
which
was
delicious
and
not
too
heavy,
hubby
had
a
banana
split
which
he
said
was
good,
but
not
great.
Best
part
was
the
rum
topping!
Daughter
had
the
chocolate
raspberry
sunday
which
was
very
decadent.
Server
was
fast,
super
friendly
and
didn't
rush
us
out
the
door.
We
enjoyed
the
music
selection
they
were
playing
over
their
sound
system,
which
was
a
playlist
put
together
by
our
server!
Well
done
:)
Came
back
the
next
morning
for
their
brunch.
The
place
was
"desserted"
(pun
intended
lol).
Our
choices
included
biscuits
and
gravy
(acceptable,
if
unremarkable),
French
Toast
(good,
but
one
piece
was
under
cooked
in
the
center)
and
bacon
(perfect),
Belgian
waffle
with
berries
(they
gobbled
it
down)
and
a
ham
and
cheese
panini
(also
totally
consumed).
The
"hash
browns"
were
really
just
basically
french
fries
cut
in
to
smaller
pieces.
Bland
and
boring.
Disappointing
that
the
waffle
and
french
toast
did
not
come
with
butter,
or
warm
syrup.
Cold,
store
brand
syrup
is
a
bummer
for
such
a
cute
cafe.
Spending
a
couple
of
extra
bucks
for
the
good
stuff
would
go
a
long
way
to
elevating
their
brunch.
We
would
have
tried
the
mimosa's
but
they
prices
were
ridiculous.
Service
was
quick,
waiter
was
very
nice.
Prices
about
what
one
would
expect
for
the
area.
