We went for the 7 course tasting and added the wine/cocktail pairing. It’s one of the few places that I found would do cocktail pairings as an option. Our waiter Tony was awesome and made some awesome oysters suggestions. I would highly recommend making a reservation to sit at a window for a river view. Loved the food and overall experience!

If you can sit on the rooftop riverside that is the best seat in the house. I had lobster macaroni and cheese and my friend had little lobster roll. Delicious. The staff was very nice. We did have to wait about 30 minutes, but it was well worth the wait.

This place is great and has an astonishing view of the River from the patio. The food is far from best that we tried, but the restaurant is fancy, somewhat high-end. Overall, we enjoyed the visit while passing through Cleveland, and there is really nothing to complain about. Also, the waitress was very nice, attentive, and friendly.

Alley Cat Oyster Bar is my new seafood spot. Me and my party ordered the fish sandwich w/fries, a dozen of fresh oysters, lobster roll w/ fries and a salmon poke bowl. I had a cocktail that compliment with the fish sandwich. The staff was very nice and will to take of you anyway they can. Also worth the price.

Ally cat is a nice restaurant. The menu isn't bad with mostly seafood and a couple meat selections. We got the swordfish and the pork porterhouse. The swordfish was just ok and the pork meal could have been amazing but it was not cooked properly. It was too charred and medium well which made it too tough. The potatoes were not edible because they were so over cooked or under a heat lamp for 25 mins. The cream corn bbq sauce was delicious. The deviled eggs were good and the key lime pie was average at best. The cocktails were very good and the restaurant as a whole is really nice and clean. If I went back I would probably only do the oysters since they can't mess that up.

We really enjoyed dining here. The food, the ambiance and the service were excellent. There was live music the night we went and it added nicely to the overall experience. Definitely want to return sometime again.

The atmosphere was great! You must get a rooftop outdoor table to watch the sunset and all kinds of boats cruising down the Cuyahoga! The drinks were decent and worth trying. Appetisers. We had the clam and corn arancini, which was very good. One person thought it was a bit hot spicy but the rest of us where fine with combination of flavours. Oysters looked beautiful and tasty. The lobster roll isn’t meaty and flavourful we in Boston or Maine but the dressing was done right! Don’t be fooled by “split top Mediterranean bread” - still split top roll. We also enjoyed the poke bowls which should be considered before other mains. It was unfortunate that the fries had too much Old Bat seasoning as we liked the texture and taste of the fries themselves. First time that we actually left behind a whole side of fries that weren’t steak fries in diners. One person ordered peach cobbler and they said it had a lovely mix of spices in it. The wait staff was just A+. We would come back here and try other things on the menu but I think it’s very good for one visit until they change up. Then again, the atmosphere….

Everything was great, our server Alina was very helpful with picking out some great food. We started with the oysters and ended with a lobster roll. Can't wait to come back in the summertime.

What can I say about this place. Danny, the hostess was amazing. Joe and Sophia, our servers made sure we were looked after on a busy day, July 4th. The food was delicious and perfect portion. I ordered the grouper dinner, so fresh and cooked to perfection. If you're ever in Cleveland, visit The Flats area and eat here, Alley Cat Oyster Bar.

Can't go wrong - all kinds of goodness. Oysters are nearly buttery. Best burger Iv had all year.

This oyster place has totally captured my heart... I am totally in love with it... My husband and I went there for our anniversary and came out with some good memories and great experiences. I enjoyed everything about this restaurant. Fresh oysters are available at a reasonable price, and they are of good quality. It's such a great view, so I am so happy we are here before winter comes, so we can enjoy the sun on the balcony as much as possible. Friendly and helpful staff with a strong focus on customer service. Definitely, we are going to be back again.

Above and beyond! My partner and I tried Alley Cat for the first time when we saw their Valentine’s Day special. We were blown away by every course. Incredible quality, portion size, and presentation for the price. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was classy without feeling too formal, and the view was beautiful. We’ll definitely be returning.

A lovely place!!! We took a chance and went without a reservation, it was just 2 of us. We were able to get indoor seating, BUT their indoor area has huge garage door esque windows that roll up so it felt like we were outside! We had the Hanger Steak - delish! Fingerling potatoes in the steak dish needed some more seasoning. The Lobster 🦞 roll, definitely more lobster was needed, but overall delish!!! The fries were banging! Oysters were good, and our server was able to let us know which ones we ordered. Cocktails could have been presented a lil fancier 🍹🍸 The Key Lime Pie was also a banger ♡♡♡ delicious!!! Overall, delicious and a really nice atmosphere ♡ Will definitely go again the next time we are in Cleveland!

We loved alley cat for brunch. I had the raspberry oysters and pb&j French toast. Coffee is the best and the view is to die for. The window open onto the water so it's like being outside. Very lovely. The wait staff is impeccable and the manager,, Greg stopped by to see if we were happy. Every was super clean and inviting. We will be back to try the other things on the menu

Service was a little slow, but it was a busy Friday night. Food was stellar and I loved all the oysters. Also recommend the poke and the lobster roll.

The view was really nice and relaxing. Strawberry lemonade with jalapeño purée was okay. Things that went bad: French fries were over cooked and poke bowl with spicy tuna was not up to par. The tuna was plain. The ally cat sauce taste like Big Mac sauce. The only thing that were good was the clam chowder, Cesar salad and Michelob Ultra. Not a rerun place for me.

I decided to celebrate my baby shower at Alley Cat and I am very happy I went with this venue. Venue, delivery and staff overcame all expectations - prix fixe menu options were delicious and left all guests satisfied with their selections - sunset room offers enough space for up to 45-60 people depending on seating or reception style and balcony with incredible views on water. - Alina, event organizer is a skilled professional, proactive and knowledgeable about ins and outs of preparation for the party of any size and caters to needs of each customer and their vision with patience and determination - entire staff was incredibly helpful in putting bits and pieces of party together in short period of time, starting from folding napkins and dessert set up, decorating to installing equipment for live musicians and even helping me to set up vases and flower arrangements Superb team, delicious meal and unbeatable window views. Sincerely recommend to throw your next party at Alley Cat, it will be an event to remember.

Food here was just ok to me. My favorite was the raw oysters and mussels. I ordered tuna poke for my entree. It had a weird taste to me. Atmosphere was nice though on a Sunday afternoon. All the desserts were delicious!

Great spot on the water in the Flats! We had a great time here. We only had some raw oysters and a few drinks, but everything was good! The rooftop is a good spot to hang out if the weather is nice. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful, relaxing atmosphere with great views of downtown and the Flats. Unbeatable oysters! Excellent food & drink selection. This is one of my wife's and my favorite restaurants and it never disappoints!

👍 March 2022: Stopped here for lunch on a comp from the Jack Casino. They gave me $30 that I used to get the Double melt, tots, vanilla shake, and chili to go. Pros: * Clean restaurant with a bar and plenty of TVs on the walls. * Friendly staff who were attentive to my needs. It was not very busy so...
