October 2021: I haven't been here in many years, but was well aware of their reputation as a renowned seafood provider in the Cleveland area. Many people argue that Sharks may be on par or even better than Omar's (on St. Clair). It was time to see if their reputation still held merit for dinner takeout. Pros: * Good food. I ordered the jumbo shrimp and the ocean perch dinners. The seafood was fried good and crispy. * Large lobby area for customers to stand in line and be socially distant. * Food came out pretty quickly. Minimal wait time...maybe 10-15 minutes. * They have full-time security guards on the premises which made me feel safer. * Dope mural on the side of the building. (Dope = slang for cool) Cons: * The parking is hectic, especially in the front and when busy. There is additional parking in the rear of the building, but there is a nice dip back there. When it rained, there was a large pond back there that I was very skeptical about driving into. * The french fries were fried perfectly, but a tad too salty. I suspect that someone was heavy handed with the seasoning.

Been coming here for years and since the pandemic seems like the customer base as went way down and so has the food. I ordered 2 catfish dinners and they were cooked so hard you couldn’t even taste the fish the fries was over cooked and old. With raising prices which I understand however the food should still be fresh and consistent. That’s what keep customers coming back they have lost this customer.

Terrible customer service. Young women just sitting around on their phones, having inappropriate conversations and not being attentive to the customers. The food was not cooked fresh, i got my order two minutes after i placing it and it was very unappetizing and lacked appeal. Everyone in the front of house had attitudes and made the establishment appear unwelcoming. Honestly, you are better off going to ANY other seafood restaurant, i honestly think this location is the WORST place to go to for seafood in Cleveland.

Paid a visit to 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐬 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝 & 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢 🐟 in the neighborhood my grandmother was from. It’s heritage in the Lee-Harvard cleveland neighborhood is infinite. What did I order? A chicken Philly with fries and bbq sauce! And it was DELICIOUS. and of course it’s a 𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬!! 👏🏾

I order Catfish and got talipia. One piece of fish cut in half. The shrimp was rubber all 3 of them the size of a quarter all for $ 17.99. Never again!! The whole dinner was horrible. I have been coming here years. That's it for me! What a disappointment.

Worse pricing ever for everyday food you can order anywhere. Calling in leaving your number so they can reject your order the next time if you don't like their service. But come on, I pre ordered a cod dinner sub the fries and coleslaw for greens and Mac and there's a $10 up charge? WOW!!! It's in a little container. For 3 pieces of COD AND A SIDE OF GREENS AND MACARONI $34.49. NOOOOOOOOO WAY. Talk about taking advantage of the community that was worse than going to church paying the building fund offering!

Catfish dinner, was so delicious 🤤!!

So... The fish is fresh, crispy cooked to perfection. The price is a bit steep compared to other places. You're best bet is to splurge and buy the larger sizes. The half bucket full bucket would probably give you better bang for your buck. They have a good selection. Fresh Perch, walleye, orange roughy, catfish, bass, and tilapia. Take out only, service is fast and accurate, but you may be disappointed with portions and cost... But not taste.

The orange roughy was cooked fresh and not hard. The fries were old and the shrimp had no taste. I don't mind paying for something I want, but it wasn't like it used to be. It's been years and I won't be back. I rather cook it myself. The woman was very nice though. Cole slaw was terrible .

Was doing some work at a nearby school and decided to grab lunch there because one of the school staff mentioned it to me. Lady at the counter was really nice. Got a chicken gyro and fries. Everything was good and reasonably priced.

Everything I had from here was Good it’s pricey but that’s why I work hard to be able to eat and live how I want too.

Someone took me here ..I don't Wana make a bug deal bout food but I was sick afterwards wayyyy ..to much. Greasy foods..nothing baked ..nothing. Grilled ..nothing boiled ..nothing. Steamed ... 😬..The black community need to eat better ..

Cleveland has never been known for its hospitality, But the food used 2b so good u tolerated the rudeness. But now the food had hardly any seasoning and they fried the red snapper til it was dry.. prices are a bit high. I won't be back.. oh yeah polish boy suckex all bread small polish sausage

I went here to get my Dad a perch dinner... We ending up splitting the dinner. It was so good. Then we went back the next day for another one. Good again! I'm embarrassed to say I went back a third day in a row... delicious 😋.... And very fast!!!

I’ve been away from Cleveland for 13yrs and looked forward to going to Sharks only to be disappointed. I felt horribly taken advantage of. Never have I had Shrimp that I threw away. $60 worth of food went into the garbage. They forgot my chicken wings and for that I’m grateful. I only want a refund for them. The fish, garbage. The calamari, garbage. The coleslaw, garbage. The cocktail sauce was garbage. Not even the French Fries were good. The only thing worth spending money on was the $5 that I tipped the very nice young lady at the counter. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!

Great, fast, efficient, service. I went for lunch on a Saturday. Food was still hot when I got home in Garfield after being held up by 2 trains. Customer service rep was on point also. The fries were real potatoes and not those string potatoes. Money well spent. Thank you.

Was my favorite place for catfish now they seem to be very hit or miss. Got a catfish dinner got home ready to eat and the food seemed as if it had been sitting all day. The fish was hard. Seem like it was a meal someone ordered and never picked up so they gave it to me

The food is always good but the customer service given to me this time on Saturday December 2nd at around 3:15pm was terrible. I ordered my food and for some reason she had an attitude and when my order was finished, she pushed the food in my direction like I was a dog. Sharks need to look into that chic before she runs away good customers.

Was my absolute favorite seafood go to place. Last night I went there to get two scampi dinners add hash puppies. They cut open butterfly shrimp in the place of scampi’s. The fish and hush puppies were fried way too hard. This restaurant is nothing like what it use to be. This was a terrible experience and I have to travel a nice distance to get there
