The food is great. But the service is abysmal. We had a reservation at 7pm and we got seated at 8pm without an apology or anything. We didn't receive our dinner until nearly 930pm and we got home around 1030pm. My fiancés water glass was empty nearly the entire night without ever being asked if he wanted a refill. We never even ordered the bread but she brought it out and then we were charged for it. I have been so looking forward to trying this place because I have heard the Italian is some of the best in Cleveland but honestly I will never waste my time again. Food was very good though.

This was our first stop in Little Italy Cleveland. Food was amazing and everything was perfect. Eggplant appetizer was very good. This place is recommended highly. We are trying more in Little Italy but we will be back.

Excellent Italian restaurant. Went there on a Monday night it was packed. That's a good sign. The food was very authentic and delicious. The neighborhood was also fun to walk around. Lots of shops and bakeries and restaurants.

An amazing food experience. My 5th time here. Highly recommended. I had the grilled salmon with risotto. With incredible tasting shrimp saganaki as an app. Everything was well cooked, well presented etc. A gastronomc delight. A little over busy but don't sweat the small stuff. Will return!

Great location, amazing food, excellent service! Visiting Cleveland, came here for dinner. Obvious that this is the place to go as there was a constant stream of customers. As we came around 6, was ably to get a table outside without reservations. Suspect if it were later, reservations would be a must. Our table was on a the side street, so a bit off the main traffic and pedestrian flow, perfect for the evening. Our server was outstanding, casual conversation as she took our orders and brought the dishes and cleared the table. Right amount of interaction without being obtrusive. We ordered a bottle of wine, and worked our way through a salad, appetizer, main course, coffee and desert, all shared by two of us so we could try more without getting too much food. The entire meal, like the service, was outstanding. A roasted beet salad was a wonderful start, tangy with goat cheese and a drizzle of balsamic reduction. Our appetizer was the special, smoked salmon on Italian bread, topped with a sautéed mix of sun dried tomatoes, capers, onions and olives, again with a light drizzle of balsamic reduction. Was again wonderful, our only observation was there were 3 large servings, almost too much for us (even though we ate it all!). Would have been a perfect size for 3 to share, way too much for one, or even two people. Our main course again was the special, a creamy ragout consisting of lamb, Italian sausage and beef, in a rich sauce over bucatini pasta. Was outstanding! For desert we finished up with coffee and salted caramel and pistachio gelato. They were out of one of the flavors which was a little disappointing (especially for so early in the evening), and they didn’t have any fruit flavors which would have been a refreshing finish to a great meal. Only minor issue was like the appetizer, the serving size of the gelato was huge, even with sharing everything, was way too much…could have been half the size and perfect for one or two to share. Extremely pleased by the whole experience, glad we chose this establishment. With a bottle of wine and a generous tip, we spent around $175 for 2 of us, and were overjoyed at the service, food and drink we received for that amount. Would I go there again…absolutely! Would I recommend…most definitely!

Upscale Italian restaurant with great meal choices. Their sauce is mostly beef based (veal, beef) with well balanced spices. Pasta is fresh and al dente. Good wine list. Service is very good too. Prices are very high so best to go on a special occasion.

Top notch service! You don’t get served like this often post Covid! We had an excellent server and that made our evening great. We sat outside and enjoyed watching the lively street. The pasta were cooked to perfection! Our group also had the shrimp pasta, pizza, pesto pasta and tortellini and a steak. Everyone enjoyed with a bit left over. Great service good food and nice setting!

This place was so good. Food and wine was amazing and well priced. Only downside was our service. Our server could have cared less that she was at work and her demeanor was very poor. She almost seemed annoyed to be taking orders

Easily the best Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to. I’ve had numerous throughout little Italy, but none compare to the creativity, freshness, and explosive flavors found at Mia Bella. The atmosphere is beautiful and cozy. I bring all my friends and family visiting Cleveland to Mia Bella! I love everything I’ve had there, but what stands out is: Shrimp Saganaki pasta, spicy cheese tortellini (award winner!), the Mia Bella Pasta, and lobster risotto.

Cozy corner restaurant for delicious Italian food. Loved our window view and overall warm environment. I tried the cheese tortellini and loved every bite. Virgin mojito was a bit overpriced for a whopping $11/cup! Overall a great place for a special occasion or evening out.

This place was amazing. We were turned away by a rude hostess at a neighboring restaurant but welcomed with a smile here at Mia Bella. The food and wine were outstanding; I'm still dreaming of the eggplant parm. I also had the bread service and pesto pasta. All were absolutely wonderful.

This restaurant was recommended by two people when we were visiting. Liljana provided excellent service - friendly, timely, & informative. The tomatoes with the burrata were perfectly ripe and juicy summer beefsteak tomatoes that complimented the cheese. The bolognese was a recipe that I enjoy - without sausage. We prefer calamari with breading, but the spice in the marinara was a nice touch. The outdoor seating option is great on a mild summer day, and the musicians provided a nice atmosphere.

Food was excellent! The atmosphere is relaxing, and inviting. The service was the best part. Gizem was our waitress, and she was absolutely perfect. She was very attentive and had a warm personality.

Had a wonderful time with my friends at Mia Bella. Vegetarian and meat options, with delicious birthday desserts. Normal price for good Italian dishes. The atmosphere for perfect for a birthday dinner. The waiter was a bit appalling as he checked if everyone had tipped well and tried making small talk to hide the fact that he did😂🤌.

The place you never miss at Cleveland!! This restaurant is so good with both the food and service. Everything is really delicious and beautiful. The waiter also provides a very good service and recommendation for food and also wine. There are so various type of Italian wines that you should try. I really recommend steak and pizza!!

THE best Italian restaurant in Little Italy. The food is to die for, the service is great, and the atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. If you enjoy a nice meal while people watching, this is the place to go in the summer. Enjoy a nice glass of wine at one of the tables outside and take in the quaint surroundings of Little Italy. Their sugo (tomato sauce) is the best I’ve tried—hearty and tangy. The pasta is fresh and delicious. I have yet to try a dish I have not enjoyed.

Worth a whole night out. Had an amazing 4 course meal at the owner’s (who joined us) recommendations. The shrimp 🍤 appetizer had a sauce you could drink (or really sop up with the bread). The eggplant appetizer and its sauce were perfect. The ragu entree with papadelle cooked perfectly al dente. Espresso to finish was great too. Don’t do the American thing here and get in to get out. Go for the experience!

Truly authentic Italian. Dina, our server was incredible. Treated us like family as if we had been there every week for the last 20 years. Atmosphere was amazing, everyone was enjoying their time. The bistro table outside were amazing on a 60-degree night. Food quality was out of this world. Wine list, to match the food. The place to eat! Best meal we've had in Cleveland in the 3 times we have visited. We will definitely eat here again.

Sorprendente!!! This restaurant is one of a kind. The location, presentation, atmosphere, and service was impeccable. Our server’s name was Fabio, and he was very attentive, well-versed, and very good at explaining each dish. You could taste the food as he was describing it. For starters, we ordered the days special, a ripened watermelon, topped with dense feta cheese over a bed of black raspberry jam with a hint of basil, topped with a drizzle of their house, extra-virgin olive oil. The combination of sweet, salty, and tart, was heavenly. Fábio also recommended the eggplant Parmesan(not my favorite), which was ok, but the eggplant was lost in the breading. The marinara and mozzarella over the eggplant was very flavorful. For our main course, my wife ordered the chicken Verde(Pesto). Unfortunately, she did not care for the dish but that is not because the dish was bad it was more her taste than anything. When we brought the dish home, my daughter proclaimed that it was the best pesto pasta dish she has ever eaten. I ordered the special of the day, a Black Truffle Tiger Shrimp Parmesan pasta with sun-dried tomatoes. This dish was divine. There was just enough on the plate for me to enjoy every bite, but not enough to bring any home. We will definitely be coming again and the next time we will bring our kids, I hear the pizza there is also one of a kind.

I hadn’t been to Mia Bella for several years, but this restaurant is as good as ever! It definitely goes on my list of Staples in the greater Cleveland area. While I’ve always been a bit disappointed the pasta isn’t homemade at this Italian restaurant, the cuisine here—from starters to entrees to dessert—is always muy delicioso. The restaurant offers an upscale vibe, making it a great spot for a date night or celebration, yet it’s also casual enough to enjoy a nice and relaxing dinner with coworkers or friends. Check out Mia Bella today; you won’t be disappointed!

Great food and Great service like always. The Chef’s skill at presentation is also remarkable. He goes to great lengths to ensure that each plate is visually appealing, often adding garnishes or other embellishments that make the dish truly stand out. One of my favorite restaurants in Cleveland, I highly recommended.

They have a 4% credit card fee, so bring cash if you want to avoid this! We can late on a Saturday night around 8:30. Because it was later, we only had to wait 5 minutes for a table for two. We ordered the bread service. The balsamic and olive oil dip was excellent, though my husband preferred the butter. The bread was soft and warm when it came out. I ordered the whole branzino which was delicious and came with shrimp on top. Was a little difficult to eat because of the bones, but maybe that’s just because it was my first time. My husband got the veal braciole which is comparable to a giant veal meatball (I’m sorry if this offends). The wine was good. A more expensive restaurant, but the service, food, and atmosphere were as expected for the price and we were satisfied.

Visiting Cleveland for hubby's 60th with Rock and Roll museum, cruising Lake Erie. This restaurant lived up to the occasion. The vibe was southern Italian elegance and the open air made you feel like you were in Italy. We started with a cocktail for me (1920s Americano otherwise known as a negroni) and a beer for him. At $2 the bread basket was generous and fresh with both evoo and herb butter. He had a caeser salad that could easily feed 2, fresh and delicious. My beet, arugula, goat cheese, walnut salad was also huge and so tasty. For entrees we both got veal: he had the brasciole with cavatapi pasta and asparagus, to die for and I had the piccata with thin linguini and asparagus. Flavor on point and very thin tender pieces. We were way too full to get dessert so next door at Corbo's we picked up an eclair and cannoli to have later. I would love to come back and try their other dishes next time in Cleveland. Restaurant was within walking distance of our hotel so parking was not a problem and we got to work off that delicious meal!

Wow!! What an incredible meal! I don’t know what would top it other than the phenomenal service Jeremy provided throughout the entire time. This guy really has a passion for what he does and is very knowledgeable on what’s being served. You can tell he honestly cares about your satisfaction. Here’s how the meals went: - The swordfish…out of this world! So good! - The ragu, pistachio crusted lamb chops, and the gnocchi were all just amazing! - The salted caramel brownie was like a lava cake brownie! Stop everything! Hands down the best dessert I’ve ever had! - The pistachio gelato and flourless cake were also so very good! Let me go back to Jeremy though…you need to ask for this guy just to experience the level of service that will make you feel like you’re royalty. Truly, this server is top notch. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
