Special menu for the PRIDE Fest. The food was completely overpriced, lacked any flavor, and was the very small portions. The $11 chili melon bowl was a cup of unripened watermelon and cantaloupe with chili pepper sprinkled on it. The $17 garden salad was 1 cup of greens with 5-6 small pieces of chicken slices. The $17 hamburgers and cheeseburgers were just patties on buns with the condiments in plastic packages on the side without anything else. The $10 Guac and Salsa was served in small salad dressing cups. We were also charged tax on our ice water. We paid for the outside venue, overlooking the FEST, because the food was terrible. Our waiter was alittle overwhelmed and gave us someone elses credit card, so the service was below par. The host was extremely friendly, so that was a plus. I know I will not waste my money and my appetite again at this establishment.

This whole hotel is beautiful but it really is elegantly decorated for the holidays. The staff at the restaurant were amazing from the hostess to our waiter. My fiancé got the breakfast buffet, and I got the blueberry waffles. The food was excellent. The service excellent experience. The whole staff at this hotel was very welcoming. Where the hotel is located, downtown makes it very convenient to get around, we just called Uber. The view from my room was awesome, we were staying on the 15th floor. I added some pictures so others can see and form their own opinion if this is a place you would enjoy. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The service was great. Was very convenient eatery place if staying within the hotel. The prices are a bit higher than expected especially with the portion size. I would've liked for the menu to also had more of variety to set apart from the other restaurant/bar within the hotel

In decades of travel all over the world, the buffet breakfast at this Cleveland Downtown Hilton Hotel ranks among the worst. The service was almost non existent. Asked for coffee, got coffee and waited for cream which was delivered but was almond milk not cream. The eggs were inedible dry. They ran out of cheddar cheese for omelette. Goat cheese was the alternative. Still dry! At $25 p/p this is a rip off. They need to improve quality of food and if they are short staffed sear only those they can serve.

Located in the Hilton hotel downtown, this restaurant has been around for a little over two years. A lot of hype, seemingly with little to show for it. A breakfast there had this reviewer wondering what the fuss was all about. If you're not a guest at the hotel, the biggest issue is parking: either valet right at the hotel or underground across the street. Both somewhat complicated and expensive. The breakfast menu is fairly simple with hardly any wow factor. Service was quick but hard to gauge accurately as the joint was practically empty. There's a breakfast buffet and a la carte menu, both overpriced and when you factor in parking, it looks even more so. There are two seating areas with a ramp leading to an open dining room with glass walls and a long bar; it looks organic and feels industrial-chic. Some people like to be seen in places like that. At The Burnham, they'll do so at a price, a high price.

They charged $32 a person for a brunch buffet that you could get at a 3 star hotel. They automatically add a 18.75% gratuity to your bill even though it's a buffet, you have no server. Everything is self serve, even clearing your plates. They only have staff changing out the food in the buffet.

The staff was very nice and attentive. The place nice and quiet but most importantly very clean. Not impressed with the food, i got the chicken with pasta which was a little salty not a $24 portion, not enough food for the price. Definitely not worth $24. Coffee was basic and only half and half creamer nothing special. Again the staff was making up for the food, Very nice folks. I asked for a dessert i saw on the online menu but they didnt have it. Since the desserts on their paper menu didn't sound appetizing and lame coffee, i asked to take my food to go. Their online menu needs to be revised/updated.

Brunch was okay. Made to order omelets, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, rice, French toast, avocado on toast, smoke salmon, cereal, oatmeal and much more. service was okay. However the price was way too much for the service and food that was a little above basic.

Extremely accommodating and fantastic service. Best food we’ve had in a very long time. Highly recommend the breakfast/brunch buffet!

Beautiful decor and delicious breakfast buffet. The bacon is absolutely perfect crispy with great taste and the waffles have a nice vanilla taste. The cost was $21 dollars was worth it for the quality of food given. Omelettes are included in the buffet.

Friends of mine and I came to dine at The Burnham around 5pm on in the middle of the week. We were lucky enough to have been seated and served by Ryan Sulak. This guy hustled! There were other servers and staff around, but this guy was the only one making sure our experience was enjoyable. The food was great! But the service was exceptional. It is pretty rare to find people who love what they do and those who truly care about making the experience great every time for every customer. Ryan exceeded our expectations! Thank you, Ryan- we'll be back!

The breakfast buffet was delicious. When I asked them to refill the fresh fruit not only did they bring out a fresh fruit salad, they asked if there was any fruit they could bring for us. My husband is a vegetarian and was very impressed.

We went for dinner and breakfast. Two different experiences. We went to dinner anticipating great service and food. The restaurant was almost empty. Only three tables including ours. We were seated behind a partition and were basically forgotten. Our server left us alone. Did not check on our food or offer refills. Did not offer dessert. We had to flag her in passing ..one of the rare times we saw her and ask for water. She told her assistant dismissively to water us and walked away. We ordered the walleye. Mine was crisp the others were not. No server. I would have had to seach her out. I chose to hope she would check on our meals. No. She came by well after we finished with our bill. No inquiries as to our experience even thouh breading was left on two plates. No interest on her part. The hostess and water person were very nice. I was not looking forward to our breakfast the following day but it was included in our stay. It was an awesome experience. We were seated on the lower level by the window to enjoy the morning view. Our server Marquitta helped to make our experience great. She was friendly and professional. She checked on us several times. We decided to have the buffet which great. While made to order omlettes were included we were more than happy with the selections offered. The food was fresh and well maintained. Nice variety. If review was based on breakfast alone 5 + stars. I gave a quick 5 star review initially because we enjoyed our morning experience. I expanded my review because I know our dinner could so easily been great as well.

The waitress was nice and good at her job. However, the food was absolutely disgusting. I got the omelet and it tasted like sour milk. My friend got the pancake and it tasted just like PAM spray and that was it. I was severely disappointed but they did cover our check and we did not have to pay so I do appreciate that.

Honestly? I can’t believe being charged $23.00 for a basic breakfast be the food being cold and altogether cold and disappointing. The buffet is disappointing. The ordered items are disappointing. It’s a waste of money. Go elsewhere. Even if you’re staying there. I’ve stayed at Hilton’s across the world and never received such horrible food. The unfortunate aspect is that the service is unmatched. Great service. Punish the chef, not the wait staff.

The cook at the omelette station 👏🏻 😋 Nice Buffett, lots of yummy options. The bread pudding was very good. Didn’t have to wait long for our table. Our server and the other staff were polite and helpful.

I was excited to eat here! Looked like great food, but I was disappointed. The waiter was rude, and I had to flag him down twice because he forgot a couple items. He never asked how our was until I had to get his attention. I ordered buffalo wings, the waiter brought me plain wings and said “the buffalo sauce is on it’s way”…which was almost 10 minutes later. Once I got the sauce, the wings I ordered were so dry I couldn’t take another bite after the first one. I eat a lot of wings and these were some of the worst I’ve ever had. They were so bad that I asked for calamari instead. Waited 15 more minutes for that. But once I got it, calamari was great. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name of the male waiter who gave poor service. But the woman who stepped in for him was Marquetta and she was amazing at service and kind. For the prices and the whole experience they claim to provide, I expected a lot more. But I’m appreciative to Marquetta and she deserved every cent of her tip. So five stars for Marquetta but two stars for the rest.

Absolutely terrible. I guess I should have looked at the menu before I went. But I didn't think I would have to. We got there and were seated right away, which was nice. Luckily, we got served water While we were waiting Because the server took 10 minutes to get to our table to even acknowledge us. Which is something I would expect at Applebee's. And we were one of about four tables there, so I knew they weren't busy. We were not explained the menu at all, although there is only about four things to choose from. He did not offer anything whatsoever. Did not ask if we had been there before, so we had no idea what to expect. We left there hungrier than when we came. Spending $90 on absolutely nothing. It was basic food you would have gotten from Olive Garden. But at least at Olive Garden, you would have salad and breadsticks. And way better service. Please save your time and money. You will get a child portion. For half of your paycheck.

Friday dinner. Wanted fish and staying at the Hilton. The fish and chips were excellent. The fish was great and the tartar sauce was amazing. Hush puppies were really good. Make sure to specify ypur tequila if ypu order a margarita. Told the waitress the tequila didn't matter and ended up with an $18 margarita. Totally inappropriate. My only real cmplaint and a result of the server and/or management.

Stayed and ate here as part of a conference. Buffet breakfast nothing out of the ordinary. Sad french toast pieces sweating on each other, very dried out bacon. Dinner was able to order burger off Menu from the bar next door. Very average food. Service was always excellent.

The food was great. The staff was even better. The atmosphere was modern but still cozy. My only complaint was with the menu. While the menu had great items, it was limited.

I disagree with all the negative reviews! We went here for Easter brunch and it was amazing. Service was so fast, and they were very accommodating of my Celiac. I asked if they could make gluten free french toast and it was no problem! They made it in a dedicated gluten free environment so I knew it was safe. My friends loved their food too, and we were in and out of here in an hour. Highly recommend and will be going back!

Very disappointed. Got to the buffet - no potatoes, no eggs, no bread, only 1 bagel. Staff was not very pleasant when we asked to replenish the $30 per person buffet. Realize it was the Browns opener but should have been better prepared. Bright note - bar staff was great.
