If you have a player’s card they have a $7.77 special Wednesday buffet. This is by far the best food deal in the Cleveland metro area. The casino is in the former Higbee’s Department store, from the 1980’s movie Christmas Story. The city duplicated in Christmas Story was in northwest Indiana, but the movie was filmed in Cleveland, you can also tour the Christmas Story house.

Out of an entire buffet, the pot roast, roasted potatoes, and sorbet were amazing. Salad bar, normal. Italian, steak, seafood and most others were pretty awful. I kept trying but....I would never pay to eat there again. Staff was nice. Hate giving bad reviews. Feel like it's my dutie.

Went there for lunch twice this week. Can't beat the price. Check the promotions. They're offering promotions for players card members for month of April. Might go back before the promotions are over. Talk about night and day. Went Wednesday night for dinner, about 4:30pm. What was so different with the dinner buffet? The choices seemed to be the same as the lunch buffet. The stuffed shells and ravioli was dried out. The fried chicken needed refilled. The Asian pork was dry. The service was lousy. Dirty plates weren't removed until I started stacking the plates. I had to ask for soda refills. My best experience so far was the Thursday $5.55 lunch buffet. Like I said....the difference between night and day.

Did not eat here found a speck of mold in my drink that’s after I re-ordered the first drink for not having enough flavor in the ginger ale. The only good thing about this place is the faces other than that I would not recommend this to the rats that run around the fields out in the jungle of Jumanji.

Not a variety of meat selections. Brunch, Asian and Italian setups. Service with Henry was great fast and an ideal customer experience. Price was steep for limited selection unless you are a member. Something quick to grab while gambling.

This was my first time at the buffet and it was a steak and seafood night. Here is a list of the good Shrimp, clams, crab cakes, sesame balls. Now time for the bad. The pollock was sour, the steak wasn’t impressive, the lo mein was dry, lemonade was sour as well. The one thing that really blew my mind was allowing a supervisor to dress this way.

Very busy and the Food is absolutely delicious with every penny. It is a clean friendly environment. I had the salad all veggies was fresh and the Salad bar was very neat and presentation was very good. Be sure to have a taste of the fresh baked Macoroni and Cheese.

Definately gone downhill over the last 5 years. Lessor grade food choices. Food sits on the buffet too long, until it's old and dried out sometimes. Flavors aren't as good as they used to be.

My wife and I went here after seeing Les Miserables on Saturday. We were less than impressed. Everything seemed to be from Sisco or GFS. We're pretty sure there were zero chefs, let alone seven. The steaks were thin, fatty and fairly bland. The mashed potatoes seemed to be instant. Stuffed shells were sloppy and overcooked. Very little selection in seafood, with crabcakes, fried and baked fish, and clams. The sautéed green beans taster bad. I could go on and on. The food was just not good. Golden Corral is much better. Lamont, however, was very polite and helpful and friendly. We won't go here again.

Service was great. Food was ok. The turkey is always good. Peel and eat shrimp is good. The food is fine. My biggest complaint is I go to the casino on Saturday. So I eat at buffet just about every Saturday and the food is always the same. I know it is steak nite so its fine to have steak every Saturday. But the sides and just about everything else is the same. It would be nice to mix it up a little. Guess I'll have to start going on different days lol.

Visited Saturday November 26 around 8 pm. The place is a disaster. The food stations are dirty and improperly managed. The food is poor quality. Serving utensils lie in/on top of the food. Unsanitary!! Workers behind the food stations avoid eye contact with patrons. The employees need better trading and to learn how to treat customers since they are in the service and hospitality industry. I didn’t meet one employee that seemed genuinely happy to be working there. Who runs this place? Poor management. Low exceptions of employees.

Just disgusting, no wonder it's FREE get it together! Every single item would have been better out of the trash can! The Chinese food ol and it was only 12:30. The rice hard noodle hard! The kielbasa looked like fingers and toes and was ice cold!Gross! Mashpotoes green in color and old! The meat station old meat turkey sitting out and a brand new one sitting there getting cold! The Italian area was just as gross old and looked things put on top of the old stuff just disgusting! It literally turned my stomach. Beware! Eat anything else but here if you care about your Health

Not the greatest but definitely in rank for the worst buffet ever. Quality of food was top notch garbage, seven blind chefs that have to know the food quality is garbage before it hits the stove or grill . Under horseshoe this wasn’t too bad but not the greatest. I would prefer the casino comp me food from sheetz over their monthly hope i show up in this dump of a buffet, often its not looking clean and food seems days old. Gross . Do not go here .

Service was bad as the food 45 minutes for each drink refill I had the mangers that I been over the 75 minutes even though it's a all you can eat buffet wow

Most of the food on the buffet was empty while the cooks on the buffet ignored you and stood around. No one was cleaning. The server was nice and attentive but this experience felt very disrespectful and a waste of my time.

Stopped here from outta town and recieved a voucher for a free buffet. Got here right when it opened at 11AM and 90% of the items I got were stone cold. Which is wild to me, they loterally just opened, it should be sizzling hot. Flavors were bland on everything. Couldn't finish a full plate of anything. The only decent thing was the salad bar and ice cream.

Probably one of the worst casino buffets I've ever had. Holiday priced. $42. No prime rib. Dried out ham, generic turkey breast. Ran out of turkey and subbed paper thin shoe leather sirloinOne full breakfast section at 2 PM. Dessert area nothing special. Looked like everything came out of a box! Serving areas not kept full and sloppy with spilled food. Second time I've tried this buffet. There won't be a third time! This buffet makes Golden Corral look like a 5☆. Beware!

Very bad. Out of food, toppings, salad stuff, dry overcooked dishes>>> 1hour before closing. The hostess took us to a dirty table and said go get your food I'll wipe it down . Silverware and food , napkins, random garbage All over the floor. There were like 3 or 4 hostess standing around. Like nobody could make the place look presentable CLEAN ???.. work... I was here Over 5 years ago ..it was great !! .but now it's sooooo NOT WORTH IT. . 🤢🤢🤢 .oH and it smells like a big Cigarette in there 🚬. Yummy just what I wanted to eat🤮

I’ve eaten here several times 2nd time I got food poisoning from the seafood no one called me back. Left numerous messages the food is horrible made as cheap as someone can make it. Your better off going to 711 and eating there Very disappointing The presentation of the buffet is nice but the food is terrible Maybe it’s just me Moved here from Vegas last year I can actually say the buffet here is worst then the buffet at the flamingo now that’s BAD!!

Great Buffet had a lot great varieties of Food. Prices for dinner were reasonable. But what matters the food they had there met my healthy needs. The service was good I recommend if your looking for good Buffet in Downtown Cleveland.
