Tldr: food takes foreverrrrrr, staff is unhelpful. Unfortunately, there were high hopes for this place but was an epic fail. I've been to clubs/restaurants/bars around the country and this was by far the worst service and food. If you wish to host a party or bring large groups of individuals I would say stay away from here. They are incapable of dealing with large crowds, and if their technical system fails they are unable to provide refunds after waiting for our food 1.5 hours. The staff were not particularly nice and even when they were at fault, again we're not apologetic. Food was bland or over salted, just bad even for bar food. We had to ask for water three times before we got a glass. Walked away with no refund, because the other half of our food order took too long.

We came here with a group... food took an hour plus. Do not order burgers. Apparently, those take over an hour to cook. Drinks are not mixed well. Beers advertised on draft are all in cans. Will not be coming back. I was here on 12/28 around 7pm. I also want to mention that your β€œall day specials” apparently end at 7. We are at the correct location, in the flats.

This place is fun. The decor is clean and crisp and the bland & blue burger was great. Had a riverside patio that's just the right amount of space. The place is smaller and what I'd call intimate. Not one of the larger Punch Bowl spaces cropping up on the East Bank, but a great place to grab a quality drink with friends and still be able to socialize without being overwhelmed. Two thumbs way up.

Went to East End on a recent early Friday evening in late March to meet a colleague for drinks and apps. Great place! Looked very clean and newly remodeled inside. Bartenders were very friendly, prices decent and appetizers were great. I had the app stable quesadilla, but this one was about the best I ever had. Not just boring cheddar but cheddar, mozzarella and vegetables. Bartender told me they have a large deck outside for spring/summer. I would definitely come back.

Walked in at 3:30 and most servers and kitchen staff were sitting at the bar. We ordered burgers with mushrooms but they were out of mushrooms. Out of any wine we ordered. Then a large hose from a van is pulled thru the restaurant. I asked if it was going to be noisy because we would go somewhere else. Oh no they assure us. We order and they turn on this large vacuum. Pathetic slovenly staff that could care less, average food, terrible atmosphere. Never again and I'd never recommend the place

Music was cool. Seating was limited. It was a total of 4 stools at the bar when it could’ve easily been 12. A lot of the other seating area was reserved for a party which I understood. Food was good but I had to stand to eat until I saw someone leave a unreserved section but that only lasted an few minutes before a bartender said someone just bought our section and we had to leave....

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place the second I walked it I was greeted by the very attractive owner Jesse. He was super sweet and made me feel right at home. The food was also A1 I had the east end prime burger which was by far the best burger I've had. Anytime I'm in the mood for a burger again I definitely will be coming back to East End!!!!!

It's okay. But, good is greasy and the oil content in sweet potato fries are beyond acceptable

The bartender made a Sidecar with the liquor available instead of letting us know she did not have the proper liquors. It was j it st open so there was no crowd. The view was of the water was relaxing. I would go later in the day or evening time for better atmosphere.

Great food, very helpful and friendly staff. Prices are as expected. If I drank, I would be here weekly but I was only here for a networking event. Also, the atmosphere is really nice. The decor is inviting, comforting and makes sense. The bar is made of a soft illuminated marble, don't know if it was real or not but it looked great! Overall a great place to be at.

My friend and I sat at the lower patio on the first floor. The only problem is the " wave of heat" coming from this huge AC that is next to you! We ordered Brussel Sprouts and Pretzel from the appetizer menu during happy hour. They were both amazingly tasty. The pretzel was really soft and warm and sprouts were really tasty.

I was looking for a cute outdoor/ indoor place to hang out with some friends and this place is perfect. It's my favorite lunch place! The staff is really friendly and easy to talk to. I think she was either a manager or owner her name was Virginia, she went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. She was really friendly, were so close now I almost consider her family. Super cool & super chill. Highly recommend.

πŸ‘ March 2022: Stopped here for lunch on a comp from the Jack Casino. They gave me $30 that I used to get the Double melt, tots, vanilla shake, and chili to go. Pros: * Clean restaurant with a bar and plenty of TVs on the walls. * Friendly staff who were attentive to my needs. It was not very busy so...
