My partner took me here for my birthday celebration, and It's truly one of the best restaurants I've been to in Cleveland. It has a romantic classic Hollywood flare I could imagine Marilyn Monroe dinning at. Italian art on plush fabric walls. Mood lighting to make anyone look good especially wearing something fancy and polished. Not sure if there is a dress code but this is not the place for t-shirts and jeans. Make it classy. The food was delicious, fast ,and hot on the plate. Service was warm, welcoming, friendly, and we just had a good time. They have very punctual and attractive staff who always checked in and took their time to make sure we were satisfied. We made reservations at 6 pm, on a Saturday, walking in they were not crowded so we got seated right away. By they time we left, they really picked up a crowd with couples celebrating and a few large groups. Still was not terribly busy but lively. Starting with risotto balls which were creamy, chessy, and crispy outside. Flavor was fantastic and came with an amazing pesto and house tomato sauce. Then, I had a caprese salad that was so fresh and refreshing. Excellent for starting the rack of lamb. The lamb was grilled to perfection being tender, juicy, and robust. I melted on the first bite. My partner had Mushroom Marsala with brown butter pasta. Yummy! Pasta was perfect and sauce had cream to balance the tartness. Last, I finished with cheese cake with fruit. It was light, sweet, and hit the spot. This was a great experience and I absolutely recommend and look forward to going again. The charm and comfort is enchanting so bring someone you want close to you. The only thing is the price point is a bit high so this will be a special occasion destination. I do think the food and service was worth it. If you want to impress than come here. Location is good with lots of parking options. Just be careful on Progressive's Field event as parking might be limited.

My husband took me here for my birthday and it was incredible. Jada was our waitress and she was the best. She made a great wine recommendation, and we decided to share their veal tortellini and ribeye steak so she brought out the dishes one at a time and it made for a really nice dinner where we were able to enjoy everything slowly and appreciate the delicious food. The food quality was also incredible. Jada brought out a nice birthday dessert and overall made it a really special night! Cannot thank Jada and the staff enough for a great dining experience!!

If you remember the original location (or even if you don't) you will love this place. Top-notch service, ambiance, and cuisine. My wife and I recently celebrated her birthday there and were treated to excellent across-the-board service. Hats off to the chef and management!

This place had good food and a good environment and staff. They play neat old movies. The food was really good but I feel it was pretty overpriced for what it was. Also they moved into a bit of an odd location although the interior is super neat.

My experience at Osteria was phenomenal! The service was excellent, the food tasted amazing and the presentation was truly outstanding. These three chefs and the bartenders were like family to us. If you ever want to have some great food, laughs, with a group or a romantic dinner for two! This is the place for you! See you again soon Osteria! 5 stars and more on absolutely everything!

Just dined at Osteria. Our waitress was Jada. She was an absolute superstar. Her food recommendations were spot on and she made sure every aspect of the dining experience was pleasant. Would highly suggest people dine here simply just to get to experience Jada. The food is great too.

Solid downtown Italian restaurant. The food was great, the service could use a little work. Service was very friendly, but little things like delivering dinners but no silverware on table, long time or forgetting things that were asked for, etc. Restaurant is nice inside and there was some live entertainment when we were there as well. What matters most is the food, and everyone at my table enjoyed their dinners. Would definitely go back again.

We just got back... we had lamb, beef, chicken and pork sausage. We all loved our food, our server and even our time with the owner. We dine out often and often I feel like we should have cooked something at home. This place was a happy surprise. I will be recommending this place to all of our friends. It will be our first choice when we have people in from out of town. Great wine selection. Great job!

Osteria has been my absolute favorite restaurant in downtown Cleveland since it switched management two years ago. Anytime I have a colleague in town, I take them for either happy hour or dinner. The ambiance is inviting, the service is top notch and the drinks and food are amazingly delicious! I usually get the salad, calamari or mussels, and blackened salmon. I also have to bring my husband his favorite meal - the chicken piccata. If you live in or visit Cleveland, stop in for drinks with Brandon or Sienna. Or sit at a table and you will likely The staff never misses. From my second visit, they remembered my name and my food order.

I have arranged several business events here, and last night visited with my husband to celebrate our anniversary. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere warm and relaxing, the service was the perfect balance between always on hand yet not intrusive. We were treated like VIPs and I can't say enough good things about Raquel and the staff. Already looking for my next excuse to visit!

My fiancé and I were visiting the area for the weekend and bumped into this gem of a restaurant! I had the gnocchi and he had the bone in rib-eye. We ate everything!! The owners and staff were super nice and chefs were super talented. High fives all around!

Our server was very attentive and friendly. Our food from appetizers to our main dish came out in a timely manner. She kept us informed throughout our stay when drinks and food would be coming out. We were trying to make a comedy show that evening. Their drinks were tasty and had a different twist to some classics, which made them stand out. Their fresh baked bread was so good. Bread is bread, but it's the handmade spread that you smother on that made you keep asking for more.

Our hotel in downtown Cleveland recommended. Didn’t have reservations so sat in bar. We ordered salad, meatball appetizers, and salmon entree. One of the best meals ever! Additionally, they served a hot bread with both regular and tomato basil butter. Delicious! Sienna at the bar was so attentive, and the owner came by to talk to us. We had a truly great experience!

Jada provided the best service and wine/drink recommendation to pair with our meals! The timing of each course was perfect. Both entrees were superb. The cherry smoked old fashioned was beyond excellent as was the lemonchello. The live singer was not overpowering and a great compliment to the meal. This was our first time eating here as we are from out of town but it was quite frankly the best restaurant experience I’ve ever had!

Tonight I had the most amazing evening at Osteria! Started off with an warm welcome from Sharon and Raquel…the drinks and all of the food was so delicious!! Can’t wait to come back and try more entrees!! The rib-eye was the most tender piece of steak I ever had!!! The “Raquel” drink 🍹 is a must try also!!!

Such a lovely place! We had great service from Nia, the manager Jaida (sp?) was great too, and the owner Dexter made sure too that we had a great night. Am I using the word great too much?

Everyone from bar staff to servers to the kitchen staff were incredibly friendly. We had dinner reservations yesterday evening. Our server made great recommendations and obviously enjoyed being a server at Osteria. We will be back. The stuffed peppers, seafood risotto, and linguini with clams were all outstanding!.

The food was absolutely fabulous! The ambience of this restaurant..superior. The staff offered such amazing service to me and my friends. We traveled an hour, and were treated like royalty… please be sure to put them on your list of MUST DO’s in Cleveland!

First time in CLE, rec by Marriott concierge (Matthew), and it was one of the most memorable dinners we have ever had. We were greeted quickly and seated. Nia was our delightful waitress. She suggested the mussels-which were AMAZING! The owner Raquel came to our table to check on us in between waiting on a table herself. We found this to be a special touch! .The chef also rounded. All of the employees seem to care about the customers, work as team . Everyone smiles and made us feel so very special! From beginning to end - absolutely wonderful! A must for fine dining and experience! One for the books!

It is one of the best atmospheres I have seen in quite some time. The wait staff were equally as impressive. Ordered the arancini for an appetizer and was impressed by the portion size, but they weren't seasoned very well. Ordered the veal entrée with green beans and mashed potatoes. The veal was very tender. However, all three items served contained too much salt, making it really hard to eat. The bolognese ordered was very good and plentiful. My coaching would be to lower the price point. It is about 15-20 percent higher than it should be for the northeast Ohio market. Clearly, anyone can have a bad day, which should be noted with the veal entrée.

I can’t recommend Osteria more! We were here for a conference and our hotel concierge recommended this place, and I’m so glad he did! The food was phenomenal and the service was so impressive! We had the owner, Raquel, as our server and she was SO personable, gave the best recs and treated us amazing! The atmosphere is so warm and inviting. We ordered the Gnocchi and Seafood Risotto and both agreed it was the best we’ve ever tasted! Absolutely recommend!

On a work trip, I met Owner Dexter who was very charming, in the hotel lobby with a few of my crew members. He kindly invited us to his Italian Restaurant. Upon entering this classy restaurant we were immediately greeted by the bartender who was very warm and friendly. She served up the most delicious apple martini I’ve ever tasted. The happy hour menu was extensive with great choices. We then were greeted by Owner Raquel, she was amazing with great energy and very beautiful! Raquel and Dexter introduced us to both chefs who were very cool and we got a tour of the restaurant. The ambiance was very inviting and warm and the whole staff were friendly and welcoming. We returned to the bar for some lite apps and enjoyed the christmas atmosphere. I would rate the food, ambiance, and staff 10/10. My personal favorite part is this restaurant is black-owned and the staff is as well. I love supporting black businesses and Raquel and Dexter are doing it right. I can not wait to return to Cleveland to visit Osteria again for another experience. Much Love!

Referred to Osteria Italian by Marriott hotel in Cleveland, Ohio and it did not disappoint. All staff and owners were unbelievably gracious, kind and accommodating. Food is great. This is my second time visiting this restaurant from the west coast, I will be back. I highly recommend. You can always reserve or ask for the gold section.

Fantastic get away in the heart of downtown Cleveland. The new location is bright and upscale and the food has not skipped a beat. Delicious flavors with exceptional presentation served by an attentive staff. The decadence of the Gorgonzola Cream gnocchi and the spiciness and texture of Orrechiette grabbed us at first bite. Wow. This is a must visit for anyone looking for delicious, refined Italian cuisine.
